1 Subject Content and Scope of Application
This standard specifies the basic requirements for the design, manufacture, quality inspection, use and maintenance of foundry machinery. JB1644-91
Replaces 1644-81
This standard applies to foundry machinery. All types of manufacturing machinery (hereinafter referred to as "machines") shall formulate corresponding standards in accordance with the principles of this standard.

Technical conditions for casting machinery safety protection
3.1 Model, name and parameters
The model and name of the machine shall comply with the provisions of JB3000. Each production unit shall apply for the model to the responsible unit in accordance with the regulations: special machines shall also apply for the model.
The type, parameters and dimensions of the machine shall comply with the provisions of the relevant standards, or be manufactured according to the drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures. 3.2 Design principles
The design of the machine should have a reasonable layout, beautiful appearance, advanced and reliable performance, easy operation and maintenance, and the standardization level of the machine should be improved. Machines transported as a whole or in parts shall comply with the regulations on transportation and loading. Machine Approved by the Ministry of Machinery and Electronics Industry on June 22, 1991, and implemented on January 1, 1992
3.3 Compatibility

The supporting products used on the machine (including electrical equipment, hydraulic and pneumatic components, special tools, etc.) should have the manufacturer's certificate of conformity and comply with the relevant standards. They should be tested for operation at the same time as the machine when leaving the factory. 3.4 Completeness
3.4.1 The machine leaving the factory should be complete, equipped with accessories and spare wearing parts to ensure normal use and maintenance, and specified in the corresponding technical documents.
3.4.2 Accessories and wearing parts (such as blades of shot blasting machine, blades of sand blasting head, scraper plates of sand mixer, etc.) should ensure performance and interchangeability.
3.5 Safety and Health
3.5.1 For parts of the machine that may cause damage to people or equipment, corresponding safety measures must be taken or safety protection devices must be installed, and they must comply with the provisions of JB5549 and GB5083. 3.5.2 The dust, smoke and harmful gases emitted by the machine shall comply with the relevant provisions of GBI4 and the labor and health departments. 3.5.3 There should be no abnormal impact and screaming sounds when the machine is running, and the noise of various machines shall comply with the provisions of relevant standards. 3.6 Electrical System
The electrical system of the machine shall comply with the provisions of GB5226 and relevant standards. 3.7 Hydraulic, pneumatic, cooling and lubrication systems 3.7.1 The hydraulic system of the machine shall comply with the provisions of GB3766, and the hydraulic components with pressure resistance requirements shall be subjected to pressure resistance tests, and the pressure resistance requirements shall comply with relevant regulations.
3.7.2 The pneumatic system of the machine shall comply with the provisions of GB7932. All pipelines, joints, flanges, cylinders, pistons, etc. of the pneumatic system shall be well sealed and reliably connected. The working parts shall not have creeping, stopping, vibration and significant impact within the specified range. 3.7.3 The lubrication system of the machine shall generally have a device for observing the oil supply and an oil mark indicating the oil level. Good lubrication and comply with the provisions of GB6576.
3.7.4 The cooling system of the machine shall ensure sufficient and reliable cooling. 3.7.5 The hydraulic, pneumatic, cooling and lubrication systems and other parts of the machine shall not leak oil, water or air. 3.7.6 The design, manufacture and inspection of pressure vessels must comply with the provisions of relevant standards. Purchased pressure vessels must have a factory certificate. 3.8 Lifespan
3.8.1 Under the condition of complying with the use rules, the first overhaul period (the working time from the start of work to the first overhaul date) of the machine shall comply with the provisions of relevant standards.
3.8.2 Measures should be taken to improve the service life of the machine's guide rails, main shafts, worm gear pairs, high-speed, heavy-loaded gears, springs and other major parts.
3.9 Nameplates and signs
The machine should have nameplates and signs indicating the operation, lubrication, safety, etc. of hydraulic, pneumatic and other systems. The content and signs of the nameplates and signs should be correct and comply with the provisions of relevant standards. The signs should comply with the provisions of JB8. Clear factory names and trademarks are allowed to be inlaid or cast on the machine. 3.10 Random technical documents
3.10.1 The technical documents supplied with the machine include: a.

3.10.2 The preparation of the machine's random technical documents should comply with the provisions of ZBJ50006. 4 Processing and assembly quality
4.1 The brand, mechanical properties and physical properties of various parts materials on the machine shall comply with the provisions of relevant standards. The processing of parts shall comply with the provisions of standards, drawings and process documents.
4.2 Castings, forgings, heat-treated parts, welded parts and machined parts shall comply with the provisions of relevant standards. All planes of cold-worked parts shall be flat and should not be 2

4.3 The machine shall be assembled according to the assembly process regulations and shall comply with the provisions of relevant standards. 4.4 High-speed rotating parts and components (such as the impeller of the shot blaster, the loosening wheel of the loosening machine, etc.) must be balanced and calibrated. 4.5 The cleanliness of the machine shall comply with the provisions of relevant standards. 4.6 The main joint surface of the machine should be tightly joined. The depth of the 0.04mm feeler gauge should not exceed 1/4 of the width of the split surface (and the maximum should not exceed 30mm). The total length of the insertion should not exceed 10% of the perimeter of the split surface. The cumulative contact area tested by the coloring method should not be less than 70%.
5 Appearance quality
5.7 The appearance of the machine should not have protrusions, depressions, roughness and other damages not specified in the drawings. 5.2 The exposed processing surface of the machine should not have bumps, scratches and rust. 5.3 The edges of the exposed joint surfaces of the matching parts should be neat and symmetrical. Except for the design requirements, the general misalignment should not exceed the requirements of Table 1. Table!

5.4 The exposed weld is smooth or uniform with flaky corrugated surface. The surface splashes should be cleaned and polished. 5.5 The screws installed in the countersunk holes should not protrude from the surface of the parts: the fixing pins should generally protrude slightly from the surface of the parts, and the tail end of the bolts should protrude slightly from the end face of the nut.
5.6 The protective layer of electroplated, bluing and irradiated parts should be complete and free of fading, shedding and rust. 5.7 The exposed parts of various pipes and lines on the machine should be compactly arranged, neatly arranged, firmly fixed, and should not rub or collide with other parts.
5.8 Painting
5.8.1 Molding and core making, gold screen molds, investment molds and detection and control equipment should comply with the provisions of ZBJ50011. 5.8.2 Sand treatment, sand dropping, sliding, smelting and pouring, transportation dosing and other equipment should comply with the provisions of JB/T5364. 6 Testing and inspection
Each machine should be inspected and qualified by the manufacturer before it can be shipped out of the factory, and a certificate of conformity should be attached. 6.1
6.2 The test and inspection items of the machine generally include the following: 8.

6.3 Inspection of basic parameters and dimensions

Basic parameters and dimensions shall comply with the provisions of relevant machine parameter standards and dimension connection standards. If there are no standards, they shall comply with the provisions of drawings and technical documents approved through prescribed procedures. 6.4 Basic performance test

The continuous operation time of each machine should be specified in the product standards of various machines. 6.5.2
When the spindle bearing reaches a stable temperature, check the temperature rise and maximum temperature of the spindle bearing, and the value should not exceed the provisions of Table 2. Table 2

6.5.3 The working conditions of hydraulic, pneumatic, cooling and lubrication systems shall comply with the provisions of Article 3.7. 6.5.4. Check the working conditions of the electrical system of the machine. It shall comply with the provisions of Article 3.6. 6.5.5 The automatic and manual operating mechanisms shall be flexible, accurate and screenable, and the tests shall be repeated for many times. 6.5.6
Check the adjustment mechanism, clamping mechanism, reading indicator and other devices. They shall be accurate, sensitive and reliable. 6.5.7
The working mechanism and operating mechanism of the machine shall be flexible, reliable, coordinated, run smoothly and have no abnormal sound. The safety protection device shall comply with the provisions of Article 3.5.1. 6.5.8
The inspection of machine noise shall comply with the relevant standards and the provisions of Article 3.5.3. 6.6 Load test
6.6.1 Random inspection is allowed for finalized products produced in batches. The number of units to be inspected shall be specified in the product standard according to the batch size and manufacturing quality. 6.6.2 The machine shall be tested for maximum load, productivity, maximum working stroke and other indicators according to performance and type. 6.6.3 The working mechanism of the machine shall be tested under load. The actions shall be coordinated, flexible and reliable, run smoothly and without abnormal sounds, and shall meet the design requirements.
6.6.4 The safety protection devices and labor protection devices of the machine shall be sensitive. 6.6.5 For any project that the manufacturer is temporarily unable to conduct test and inspection due to conditions, it is allowed to jointly assess with the user after obtaining the user's consent. ,
6.7 Processing and assembly quality inspection
The processing and assembly quality inspection of the machine shall comply with the provisions of Chapter 1. 6.8 Accuracy inspection
6.8.1 Install and adjust the machine so that the machine is in working position. 6.8.2 The accuracy test method shall comply with the provisions of relevant standards. 6.8.3 The accuracy test of each machine shall be carried out after the idling test or load test. During the test, it is not allowed to adjust the mechanism and parts that affect the accuracy. The measured value shall be recorded in the inspection form. 4

6.10 Packaging test
The packaging test of the machine shall comply with the provisions of Articles 7.1 to 7.1. 6.11 Life test
Machines produced in batches shall be evaluated at the production plant or user plant and comply with the provisions of Article 3.8. 7 Packaging, marking, transportation
7.1 Before packaging, the machine shall be treated with rust prevention. The rust prevention requirements shall comply with the provisions of ZBJ50013. 7.2 The packaging of the machine shall comply with the provisions of ZBJ50014. The packaging of magnesite concrete shall comply with the provisions of ZBJ50015. Simple packaging is allowed according to the type of machine, weight, transportation method, destination and storage period, but moisture-proof, rain-proof and ventilation measures should be taken. Heavy packaging boxes should be reinforced with fastening iron and transportation protection iron plates to ensure the integrity of the machine. 7.3 For large parts such as transport trolleys, roller frames, chamber shells and floors of submerged equipment used in molding lines, they are allowed to be bundled and packaged after anti-rust treatment, but they should be numbered and marked. 7.4 The packaging storage and transportation graphic signs should comply with the provisions of GB191. 7.5 The transportation of the machine should comply with the provisions of railway, highway, waterway transportation and mechanized loading. 8 Machine warranty period
Under the conditions of avoiding the transportation, storage, installation, adjustment, maintenance and use of the machine, if it is damaged or cannot work properly due to poor manufacturing, within the two periods specified in Table 3, the manufacturer shall repair or replace the machine for the user free of charge (except for wearing parts).
