4 Content composition of fond list
4.1 The fond list is a statistical document that reflects the basic situation of the fonds and the composition and quantity of the archives in the fonds in the form of a table. 4.2 The content of the fond list consists of two parts: an introduction to the fonds and statistics on the composition and quantity of the archives. 5 Format of the entire archive
The entire archive has a cover page and a main page.
5.1 Format of the cover page of the entire archive
5.1.1 The size of the cover page is A-type 297mm×210mm (length×width) or 16-page 260mm×184mm (length×width (see Figure 1).
5.1.2 Items of the cover page of the entire archive
a. Name: entire archive.

d. For personal fonds before the founding of the People's Republic of China, the era to which the person belongs should be indicated in parentheses after the name. Example: 1. Duan Fang (Qing Dynasty)

6.1.2 Start and end dates of the name of the collection
Generally fill in the Gregorian calendar, and you can use the dynasty year or other calendar years when necessary. When using the Gregorian calendar, fill in according to the provisions of GB2808, and add "~" between the start and end years. 6.1.3 Original collection number

Fill in the number of catalogued archives and uncatalogued archives received by archive category. The contents to be filled in include: the number of files and the length of the shelves (meters) of document archives, the number of volumes and the number of base maps of scientific and technological archives, the number of boxes (disks) of audio-visual archives (film archives) and the number of sheets of photo archives (negatives), and the number of volumes (books, boxes) of other professional archives (urban construction archives, accounting archives, place name archives, population census archives, art archives, etc.) and various materials.
6.2.6 Number of removed archives
Fill in the number of removed (transferred or destroyed after identification) catalogued archives and uncatalogued archives by archive category. Please refer to 6.2.5 for the contents to be filled in.
6.2.7 Number of existing archives
Fill in the number of catalogued archives and uncatalogued archives remaining after deducting the number of removed from the number of received archives by archive category. Please refer to 6.2.5 for the contents to be filled in.
