This standard is difficult to apply to direct, vulcanization, reduction, reaction and color development for textiles The naming of nine categories of dye products including acidic, medium, dispersed and cationic.
1 The composition of dye product names
The name of dye products consists of the title, color name and suffix in order. 1.1 The title
indicates the name of the dye classified according to its application method and performance. According to the definition of GB6686-86 "Dye Classification", it is named with the class name or individual series name. There are 12 titles including direct, vulcanization, reduction, reaction, color development, acidic, medium, dispersion, cationic, oxidation, acid cyanine and alkaline. 1.2 Color name
indicates the name of the dye color. According to GB3389.2-86 "Dye Product Naming Standard Color Card", evaluate the color area where the dye color is located and determine the color name. The standard color card has 37 color areas and 39 color names. Among them, dark blue and navy blue are in the same color area, and gray and black are in the same color area. The color name is shown in the table."

1.3 suffix
GB 3899.1--86
Indicates characteristics such as dye series, shade, performance and use. Use Chinese characters, letters and numbers to indicate "general" series of dyes without adding a series
1.3.1 According to GB6686--86, when the series name has no characters, add the series name between the title and the suffix. *Listed. The Chinese characters representing the series name are determined according to the definition of GB6686--86. The Chinese characters of the series name are shown in Table 2. 2 Naming method
To be named. Dyes are named according to the following regulations. 2.1 Preparation of dye dyeing color cards
2.1.1 Dye samples
Dye samples should be in compliance with national standards, professional standards, local standards, and enterprise standards (including enterprise trials) Standard) samples: New products should take identification samples
2.1.2 Fabric

specifications 42/2×42/2, 90×50
are used as fabrics dyed with disperse dyes. 2.1.2.4 Jinglun Gabardine
Specification 50/2×50/2,102×53
is used as a fabric dyed with cationic dyes. 2.1.3 Dyeing method and dyeing depth
2.1.3.1 According to the type of dye product, dye according to the method specified in GB2374~2403-80 "Unified Inspection Methods for Dyestuffs and Dyestuff Intermediates", and dye it to comply with The depth of GB4841.1-84 "1/1 dye dyeing standard depth color card". When there is no national standard method to refer to, the method provided by the manufacturer can be used to make a dyeing sample that meets the 1/1 standard depth. When some dyes are dyed less than 1/1 of the standard depth using standard methods, pad dyeing can be used to achieve this depth. 2.1.3.2 Fluorescent pink, bright pink, and peach red dye products are dyed to a depth that complies with GB4841.4-85 "1/3 Dye Dyeing Standard Depth Color Card".
3 Navy blue and black dye products must first be dyed to a depth that complies with GB4841.2-84 "Navy and black dye dyeing standard depth color 2.1.3.3
card", and then dyed separately. Dark blue and gray that meet the 1/1 standard depth are used to determine the tail name of the color light. 2.1.4 Paste color card
Use polyvinyl acetate emulsion as adhesive, apply the adhesive evenly on 210g copper plate base paper, stick the dye sample flatly on the paper, dry and cut into 5cm ×5cm size color card. 2.2 Naming
2.2.1 Determination of title
Determine the title according to the dye application classification and the principles specified in 1.1. 2.2.2 Determination of color name and tail name
Make a visual evaluation of the dyeing sample color card dyed according to 2.1 and GB3389.2-2-86 "Dye Product Naming Standard Color Card" to determine the color name and color tail name say. The remaining suffixes are determined according to the provisions of 1.3. 2.2.3 Evaluation method
The evaluation must be carried out under the specified lighting and surrounding environmental conditions. 468 | | tt | Artificial Dss light source.
2.2.3.2 The surrounding environment should conform to Munsell N5-~7 matte gray. 2.2.3.3 Evaluation handle 2.1. Place the prepared dyeing sample color card and standard color card under the square hole of the black cover plate for visual evaluation. Use the closest color card to determine the color name and shading tail name of the dye. 2.2.4 The dosage form and strength of the dye can be indicated by words and numbers after the entire name. Examples of dye product naming are shown in Table 4.
