Operation method of common fishing rod type falling object tools (reference)
Operation method
Used for fishing in tubing or casing
After the tool is lowered to the vicinity of the expected fish top, slowly turn and gently lower it to fish. When the weight indicator shows a reduction, lift the fishing pipe string. If the hanging weight increases, pull out the drill and fish out the falling object. After the sucker rod is caught and traced, once it is stuck, the maximum pulling force shall not exceed the allowable load of the sucker rod. If it cannot be unstuck, you can first hit it slightly, then slowly rotate right, lift and withdraw. The tool is used to salvage the sucker rod in the tubing or casing. When the tool is lowered to the vicinity of the expected fish top, it should be rotated right slowly and gently to allow the sucker rod to enter the cylinder. When the indicator weight shows a reduction, stop lowering and then lift the pipe column to fish out the fallen objects. It is used to salvage the sucker rod in the tubing or casing arm. When the tool is lowered to the vicinity of the expected fish top, slowly turn and gently release it to introduce the fallen objects. When the indicator weight shows a reduction, stop lowering and lift the pipe column. If the hanging weight increases, start drilling and fish out the fallen objects in the oil pipe. Fishing the sucker rod in the pipe or casing
Lower the fishing string with a suitable eccentric sleeve into the well. When it reaches the expected fish top depth, slowly rotate and gently lower it. When the weight indicator shows a lightening, continue to lower it by 0.5-0.6m. Lift and lower it 2-3 times. After confirming that the fallen fish is caught, lift the tool and hold the fallen object out. Used to fish the sucker rod in the tubing or casing. When the tool is lowered to the vicinity of the expected fish top, slowly rotate and lower it. When the weight indicator shows a lightening, lift the tool string and fish out the fallen object. Used to fish the sucker rod in the casing
When the tool is lowered to the vicinity of the expected fish top, slowly rotate and gently lower it to allow the fallen fish to enter the guide shoe. Pay attention to the weight indicator. If there is a slight change in the hanging weight, stop lowering immediately, lift the pipe, and pull out the fallen objects. Used for fishing sucker rods in casing. After the tool passes the fish head fishing position, stop lowering and slowly lift it up. If the hanging weight on the weight indicator increases, lift the pipe column to pull out the fallen objects. Used for fishing sucker rods in casing. Put the fishing hook through the upper joint of the second sucker rod, rotate the sucker rod into the hook, and lift the pipe column to fish out the fallen objects. 9.
