5.6 Various special signs on the machine, such as the manufacturer's name, trademark, indicator symbol, warning sign, etc., should be painted with a color that is obviously different from the color of the part where the sign is located, coordinated and eye-catching.
5.7 If the coating of the purchased and outsourced parts that have been painted is not damaged and does not affect the overall appearance after assembly, they do not need to be painted again. Otherwise, they must be repainted with the same paint as the original color.

During coating construction, various regulations on temperature, humidity, recoating interval, mixing method, precautions, etc. of various coatings must be strictly observed. 61
Requirements for construction conditions
6.1.1Coating construction should be carried out in a clean, dry, well-ventilated and well-lit place. The ambient temperature should be maintained at 10-35℃. The relative humidity shall not exceed 75%. If the construction is carried out at a higher immersion than this, moisture-proof measures shall be taken. 6.1.2 Painting tools must be clean. Compressed air for spraying should be kept clean and dry. 6.2 Requirements for surface cleaning
6.2.1 The surface of parts treated by shot peening (sand blasting) shall be of metallic color and shall not have any residual oxide scale, molding sand, rust, etc. 2 The surface of parts treated by pickling and phosphating shall be free of oxide scale, rust, dirt, oil, acid and alkali solution, etc. The phosphate film shall be densely crystallized, 6-2.2
continuous and uniform, and defects such as green spots, severe dust hanging, and loose crystals are not allowed. 6.2.3 The surface of parts polished by hand shall not have any residual floating rust, oxide scale, molding sand, welding slag, oil, etc. 6.3 Painting requirements
6.3.1 Primer application
6.3.1.1 After the painted surface is cleaned, a primer should be applied within 4 hours. 6.3.1.2 Except for the following cases, all other metal parts should be primed. Processed surface of parts;
Standard parts;
Nonferrous alloy castings (except aluminum alloy);
Parts that need to be welded during assembly of parts and components. The primer spraying (brushing) should be uniform, and the coating should not have bubbles, cracks, shedding, missing coating, wrinkles, etc. 6.3.1.3
Inner cavity paint application
Inner cavity surface painting should be carried out after the primer is completely dry. The inner cavity paint should be applied evenly without missing coating. However, the inner cavity surface of a completely enclosed weldment does not need to be painted. 6.3.2.2
Putty-scraping
For the surface of parts and components that are directly related to the appearance quality, if there are local unevenness and scars, putty can be applied 1 to 3 times. 6- 3- 3 1
Putty should not be applied too thickly. If multiple layers are required to make it level, it must be done after the previous layer is completely dry and polished. 6.3. 3-2
Putty-scraping should be done after the base is completely dry. After polishing, the entire surface of the part should be flat, smooth, hard, and matte, with clear lines and corners. There should be no obvious joint marks between the putty and the surface of the part.
Putty-scraping should not be done on the main welds.

The last topcoat of the product or the whole machine surface should be sprayed (painted) after inspection, installation, adjustment and test run. During installation, adjustment or movement, if the original coating is damaged, the damaged part should be repainted with the same paint, and then at least two coats of topcoat should be applied. The next coat can be applied only after the previous coat is completely dry. Each coat should be applied once in both the vertical and horizontal directions. The coating should be uniform and there should be no surging.
