Types and basic parameters
JB/T6435.1 Small multistage centrifugal pumps
3 Technical requirements
The pump shall comply with the provisions of this standard and be manufactured according to the product drawings and technical documents approved through the prescribed procedures. If the user has requirements for the product that are different from those of this standard, they may be manufactured according to the provisions of the technical agreement or order form. 3.1 Product performance
3.1.1 The performance parameters of the pump shall comply with the provisions of JB/T6435.1 or the contract. The performance deviation of the pump shall comply with the provisions of GB3216C.
3.1.2 The pump manufacturer shall determine the allowable operating range of the product and draw a performance curve (head, efficiency, shaft power, required NPSH and flow rate relationship curve).
3.1.3 When the pump is operating within the allowable operating range, measure the vibration intensity, and its limit value shall comply with the provisions of GB10889. 3.1.4 When the pump is operating within the allowable operating range, measure the noise, and its limit value shall comply with the provisions of GB10890. 3.2 Structural design
3.2.1 Prime mover
Approved by the Ministry of Machinery and Electronics Industry on July 20, 1992 and implemented on January 1, 1993
JB/T6435.292
The power of the prime mover shall be at least 1.2 to 1.4 times the shaft power of the pump at the specified point. If it is less than 4kW, take the larger value; if it is more than 4kW, take the smaller value. 3.2.2 Critical speed
The operating speed of the pump must be less than the first critical speed under the condition of rigid shaft, and should be n<0.8n; under the condition of flexible shaft, it must be greater than the first critical speed and less than the second critical speed. It should be 1.4ne
