Scope of responsibilities of containers and heat exchangers and tasks in each design stage HG/T 20701.1-2000
Subject content and scope of application
This standard specifies the scope of responsibilities of containers and heat exchangers and the main tasks in each design stage, and is applicable to design management work.
2 Scope of Responsibilities
2.0.1. Responsible for the product design and mechanical design calculation of containers (including reactors, converters, towers, separators, storage tanks, storage tanks, gas cabinets, spherical containers, regenerators, clarifiers, general filters, silencers, etc.) and heat exchangers (including shell and tube, shell and tube, plate, spiral plate, plate-fin heat exchangers, etc.) at all stages of the project design. 2.0.2. Collect, compile and improve the design standards, specifications and regulations of this profession. 2.0.3. Responsible for the technical training and knowledge update of professionals in this profession. 2.0.4
Provide the design manager with the progress report of the professional project. Assist the business department to promote the signing of the contract. Assist the relevant departments to deal with the equipment technology and cost issues related to the professional with users, proprietary technology (or patent) owners, manufacturers, etc.
Estimate and control the man-hour consumption of this profession. Complete the project design completion report and engineering technology summary. Conduct design return visits when necessary and write return visit summaries. Main tasks of each design stage
Preliminary design stage
Participate in the preparation of the commencement report.
Formulate the basic principles for carrying out design work and prepare preliminary engineering design regulations. 3.1.3
According to the conditions published by the process and system professionals, cooperate in equipment selection, preliminary estimate of equipment weight and preparation of process equipment structure diagrams.
3.1.4When it is necessary to conduct preliminary inquiries for some major equipment, a brief inquiry document (including brief data sheets and/or inquiry drawings, etc.) should be prepared.
Prepare the relevant contents of the "Chemical Equipment Design" chapter in the preliminary design documents as required. 3.1.5wwW.bzxz.Net
Provide preliminary design conditions to relevant professionals. 3.1.6
Cooperate with the budget professionals to estimate equipment costs when necessary. 3.1.8
Prepare a technical risk memorandum, point out difficult problems in the design, and put forward opinions and suggestions for solving the problems. 3.2 Engineering Design (Construction Drawing Design) Stage When the equipment is manufactured by the manufacturer, the main tasks of the container and heat exchanger specialty are as follows. If the company undertakes the manufacturing construction drawing design, it can omit the review of ACF, CF drawings and other related work content according to the specific situation of the project: At the same time, in the detailed engineering design stage, the manufacturing construction drawing design is completed according to the equipment schematic (equipment engineering drawing) proposed by the basic engineering design and confirmed by the relevant professionals. 3.2.1 Basic Engineering Design
1 Select, revise or compile engineering design regulations (including mechanical design and calculation regulations used internally in professional design documents).
2 Select, revise or compile general technical regulations, engineering standards (or standard drawings) and procedure instructions for various types of equipment.
3 Prepare equipment purchase orders or technical specifications, draw inquiry version equipment schematics (equipment engineering drawings) and/or data sheets. At the same time, perform strength calculations and indicate wall thickness, size, weight, number of anchor bolts, etc. in the relevant inquiry documents. 4 Recommend the manufacturer for inquiry to the purchasing department and submit inquiry technical documents. 5 Provide equipment schematics (equipment engineering drawings) and/or data sheets and other relevant information to the relevant professionals. 6 Review the quotations of manufacturers, conduct technical analysis and evaluation, and fill in the technical evaluation form. Submit the procurement technical risk memorandum to the design manager when necessary.
7 Conduct technical contacts with the inquiring manufacturers, prepare and participate in the vendor coordination meeting (VCM), and be responsible for collating and signing the minutes of the meeting related to technical aspects. Participate in ordering work and handle technical issues related to ordering when necessary. 8 Revise the ordering technical documents, and modify the relevant equipment schematics (equipment engineering drawings) (ordering version), data sheets and other relevant technical documents according to the consensus reached in the vendor coordination meeting and before ordering. Provide the revised or updated technical documents to the relevant professionals. 9
Detailed engineering design
Review the preliminary confirmation (ACF) drawings and relevant technical information provided by the manufacturer for review. Perform local stress verification calculations based on the load data table of the connection point provided by the pipeline machinery (pipeline mechanics) specialty, and reinforce when necessary.
3Complete the equipment schematic diagram (equipment engineering drawing) and/or data sheet of the manufacturing version according to the ACF drawings provided by the manufacturer and the supplementary conditions provided by the relevant professionals. 4Provide the equipment schematic diagram (equipment engineering drawing) of the manufacturing version to the relevant professionals. Provide the layout, piping, building, and structure professionals with the preliminary confirmation (ACF) equipment outline drawing or general assembly drawing provided by the manufacturer for review. Review the final confirmation (CF) drawings and relevant technical information provided by the manufacturer. 5
Complete the equipment schematic diagram (equipment engineering drawing) and/or data sheet of the construction version. 6
Provide the layout, piping, building, and structure professionals with the manufacturer's final confirmation (CF) equipment outline drawing (or general assembly 7
drawing) or the equipment schematic diagram of the construction version.
Timely handle technical issues related to the design of equipment manufacturing. 8
Participate in the supervision and inspection of equipment products when necessary. 10
Prepare the engineering design completion report.
3.3 Construction and commissioning phase
Handle the design and technical issues related to this specialty raised at the construction site, and dispatch design representatives to the construction site if necessary. 3.3.2
Participate in the commissioning and assessment of the equipment when necessary. 3.3.3 Complete the design and technical summary of the engineering project of this specialty and archive the data.
