The main drafters of this standard: Hong Hong, Du Bo, Wang Bing, Liu Fang, Guo Ming. 1 Scope Machinery Industry Standard of the People's Republic of ChinawwW.bzxz.Net Mine Hoist and Mine Winch Cup Spring for Disc Brake Mine Winder Disc Brakes JB/T3812-—1999 Replaces JB3812—84 This standard specifies the type, basic parameters, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of disc springs for mine hoist and mine winch disc brakes. This standard applies to disc springs (hereinafter referred to as disc springs) used in mine hoist and mine winch disc brakes. 2 Referenced Standards The provisions contained in the following standards constitute the provisions of this standard by reference in this standard. When this standard is published, the versions shown are valid. All standards will be revised, and parties using this standard should explore the possibility of using the latest versions of the following standards. Approved by the State Machinery Industry Bureau on June 28, 1999 and implemented on January 1, 2000 JB/T3812—1999 The code and unit of the basic parameters of disc spring are shown in Table 1. Marking: Thickness of disc spring, mm Outer diameter of disc spring, mm Disc spring for disc brake 5 Marking example: Disc spring for disc brake of mine hoist and mine winch with outer diameter D of 140mm and thickness t of 8mm is indicated as disc spring P140×8 4 Technical requirements 4.1 The finished disc spring shall meet the requirements of this standard and be manufactured in accordance with the drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures. 4.2 The disc spring material shall be made of 60Si2MnA or 50CrVA strip plate or forged material (forging ratio shall not be less than 2) specified in YB/T5058 and GB/T3279. 4.3 The chemical composition, mechanical properties and other requirements of the disc spring material shall meet the requirements of GB/T1222. It must have the quality certificate of the manufacturer and can only be used after passing the re-inspection by the disc spring manufacturer. 4.4 The taper of the disc spring and the round roughness before pressing into the taper shall not be made by bar material. 2 Note: The deviation of production is limited to the design and manufacturing of samples. 4.5 The heat treatment hardness of the disc spring is 43~50HRC, thickness Deepness of single-sided decarburization layer JB/T3812-1999 Nominal limit Dimension deviation Strong pressure treatment load single piece weight Quenching times shall not exceed twice, and the depth of surface decarburization layer shall comply with the provisions of Table 3. After shot peening, the pit coverage rate of the inner cone surface should not be less than 90%. 4.11: After shot peening, all disc springs are subjected to strong pressure treatment. The strong pressure treatment load is in accordance with the provisions of Table 2. The number of strong pressure treatments is not less than five times. After treatment, its free height H should meet the provisions of Table 2. 4.12 The fatigue life of the disc spring should not be less than 5×105 cycles. 4.13 The anti-corrosion treatment of the disc spring surface should be bluing or phosphating. 5 Test method The hardness of the disc spring shall be tested in accordance with the provisions of GB/T230. The depth of the decarburized layer of the disc spring shall be inspected in accordance with the provisions of GB/T224. The finished disc spring shall be subjected to compression test in single piece or in groups (using mandrel) according to the strong pressure load and number specified in 4.12. 5.4 Load test a) The disc spring shall be subjected to load test after compression test. The disc spring load test must be carried out under loading condition, and lubricant shall be used during the test. The hardness of the pressure plates at both ends shall not be less than 55HRC, and the surface roughness R value shall be less than 1.6m. The upper pressure plate shall be equipped with a spherical device that can automatically adjust the level: b) The disc spring shall be mounted on the mandrel in single piece or in groups and placed on the center of the platform of the force testing machine for testing. The load accuracy error of the testing machine shall not exceed ±1% 5.5 Dimension inspection a) The free height shall be measured on the inspection platform with a depth caliper at three points of different parts of the disc spring after the compression test, and the average value shall be taken: b) The inner and outer diameters are coaxial The degree of parallelism between the two support lines should be measured on the inspection platform with a measuring stand with an indicator. The upper plane of the disc spring should be measured, and the difference between the maximum and minimum free heights should be taken: The inner and outer diameters of the disc spring are measured with a corresponding vernier caliper with an accuracy of 0.02mm: The arc radius of the F disc spring is measured with a special template. 5.6 The surface roughness is inspected by comparison or direct measurement. 5.7 The appearance is visually inspected or inspected with a 3x magnifying glass. If there is any doubt, it can be inspected by magnetic particle inspection or dye inspection. 5.8 The surface anti-corrosion treatment shall be inspected in accordance with the relevant bluing and phosphating standards. Inspection rules The finished disc spring shall be inspected and qualified by the technical inspection department of the manufacturer before it can be shipped out of the factory. Inspection and test items of disc spring: a) Appearance: b) Hardness; c) Dimensions and geometric tolerances of each part; d) Load; e) Surface treatment quality. 6.3 The inspection shall be carried out in accordance with the items specified in 6.2. The number of random inspections of the product batch shall be 5%~10% of the total number of the batch, but the number of inspections each time shall not be less than five pieces and not more than 100 pieces. If one piece (or group) fails in the random inspection, the product batch shall be sorted or repaired before being submitted for inspection. 6.4 If there are special requirements for inspection methods and inspection rules, they can be negotiated and stipulated by the supply and demand parties. 7 Marking, packaging, transportation and storage Disc springs should be cleaned and coated with anti-rust oil before packaging. 7.1 2 Disc springs should be packed reliably, and the weight of each box should not exceed 60kg. 7.2 7.3 The packing box should be accompanied by a product certificate, which includes the following: a) Manufacturer name; b) Product name and mark; c) Number of pieces: d) Manufacturing date; e) Signature and seal of the technical inspection department. 7.4 The outside of the packaging box should be marked with: a) manufacturer's name, trademark and address; b) product name and mark: c) consignee and address: d) number of pieces: e) gross weight; f) "handle with care", "keep away from moisture" and other marks; g) date of manufacture. JB/T3812-1999 5 The product should be stored in a ventilated and dry warehouse. Under normal circumstances, it should not rust within 18 months from the date of manufacture. 7.5 5 If there are special requirements for marking, packaging, transportation and storage, they should be agreed upon by both the supplier and the buyer. 7.6 JB/T3812-1999 Appendix A (Appendix of the standard) Disc spring guide Disc springs are guided by guide rods, and the gap between the guide and the disc spring shall comply with the provisions of Table A1.
