3 Product classification
3.1 According to the type of inclined pipe material, the products are divided into polypropylene (including ethylene-propylene copolymer) plastic inclined pipes and polyvinyl chloride plastic inclined pipes (hereinafter referred to as "plastic inclined pipes"). 3.2 Plastic inclined tube products are divided into semi-finished products and finished products. 4 Technical Requirements
4.1 Appearance
The plastic sheet used to make the plastic inclined tube should have a smooth surface, without cracks, bubbles, obvious color difference, impurities, and obvious concave and convex points.
4.2 Dimensions
The dimensions of the inclined tube should comply with the provisions of Table 1.

5.1 Visually inspect the appearance of the sheet and finished product. Polyvinyl chloride
5.2 Use a measuring tool with an accuracy of 10mm to measure the outer dimensions of the inclined pipe, a measuring tool with an accuracy of 0.5mm to measure the diameter of the inscribed circle of the water-passing section of the inclined pipe, a square ruler with an accuracy of 1° to measure the inclination angle of the inclined pipe, and a measuring tool with an accuracy of 0.01mm to measure the material thickness. 5.3 Determination of mechanical properties of materials

5.4.1 Determination of the horizontal bearing strength of the pipe opening of a single group of inclined pipes Place the single group of inclined pipes on the horizontal ground in the same way as they are placed in the sedimentation tank, and use the waist surface of the trapezoidal body (see Figure 2) to support the inclined surface of the inclined pipe. Place a board on the upper pipe opening of the single group of inclined pipes. The board is 1000mm long, 500mm wide, and 40mm thick. Both sides of the board are flat. Apply weights evenly on the board. The sum of the weights and the board is 70kg. After bearing the load for 10 minutes, remove the load and visually check for desoldering, cracking or debonding. 5.4.2 Determination of impact strength

Hang horizontally with a single set of inclined tubes in the A direction at a height of 1m from the ground, and fall freely to the flat concrete floor, once on both sides of the A direction. After the above test, use visual inspection to check for desoldering, cracking or debonding. 5.4.3 Determination of side pressure deformation rate
Place one side of the single group of inclined tubes in the A direction on the horizontal ground, and then place a wooden plate with the same shape and size as the inclined tube in the A direction and a thickness of 40mm on the other side of the A direction. Apply weights evenly on the board. The sum of the weights and the board is 60kg. This lasts for 5 minutes. Remove the weights and the plate. After the inclined tube is left to stand for 10 minutes, use a measuring tool with an accuracy of 1.0mm to measure the external dimensions of the single group of inclined tubes and calculate the deformation rate.
5.5 Hygienic indicators
5.5.1 The hygienic indicator inspection of polypropylene plastics shall be carried out in accordance with GB5009.60. 5.5.2 The hygienic indicator inspection of polyvinyl chloride plastics shall be carried out in accordance with GB5009.67. 6 Inspection rules
6.1 Single group of inclined tubes shall be inspected and qualified by the quality inspection department of the manufacturer according to the factory inspection items of this standard before they can be shipped, and a product certificate shall be attached. If the product is assembled on site, the quality inspection personnel of the manufacturer shall go to the site to conduct factory inspection on the assembled product. 6.2 Product type inspection shall be carried out in any of the following situations. a. New trial products;

When there are major changes in product structure, raw materials, and manufacturing process; ℃.Under normal circumstances, at least once a year; d When the national quality supervision agency puts forward the requirement of type inspection. Type inspection shall be carried out item by item according to the technical requirements of this standard. During the inspection, two single-group inclined tubes shall be randomly selected from the qualified products leaving the factory as samples.
6.3 Sampling rules
6.3.1 Products are in batches. Plastic inclined tubes made of the same batch of resin pressed sheets are the same batch; inclined tubes made of the same batch of sheets purchased in the same batch are the same batch. 6.3.2 For the factory inspection items, see Articles 4.1, 4.2 and 4.4 of this standard. 6.3.2.1 Inspect the items in Articles 4.1 and 4.2 (i.e. Table 1) piece by piece (except for the theoretical quality of single-group inclined tubes). For each single-group inclined tube to be inspected, randomly select 5 points to test the diameter of the inscribed circle of the water-passing section, and randomly select 1 point to test the wall thickness. 6.3.2.2 The overall strength of a single group of inclined tubes shall be in accordance with Article 4.4, and 1% of each batch of products shall be sampled for inspection. 6.3.3 Type inspection shall be carried out in accordance with Articles 4.3 and 4.5. 6.4 Judgment rules
6.4.1 If one item of the inspected single group of inclined tubes does not meet the requirements of Article 4.1 or Article 4.2, the single group of inclined tubes shall be deemed as unqualified products.
If one item of the inspected single group of inclined tubes does not meet the requirements of Articles 4.3 and 4.4, double sampling shall be conducted in the same batch of products to re-inspect the unqualified items. If the re-inspected products are qualified, the batch of products shall still be qualified products except for the unqualified samples in the first inspection. Otherwise, the entire batch of products shall be deemed as unqualified products.
6.4.3 If the inspected single group of inclined tubes does not meet the requirements of Article 4.5, the entire batch of products shall be deemed as unqualified products. 7. Marking, packaging, transportation, storage and installation management 7.1 Marking
Each product packaging material should be affixed with a mark indicating the manufacturer's name, product name, trademark, product model, batch number, and manufacturing date.
7.2 Packaging and transportation
During long-distance transportation, the products should be packed in wooden or rattan boxes and stacked neatly. The single set of inclined pipes should use the inclined pipe mouth as the force-bearing surface. The packaging box should be accompanied by a certificate of conformity. During transportation, the product must not be thrown, impacted, pressed or scratched. Storage and installation management
The product should be stored in a clean and flat warehouse or site, and should be kept away from sunlight and rain, and should not be close to fire sources and high-temperature objects, or toxic and harmful objects. The product should be inspected before installation, and products with damage, cracks, etc. should not be loaded into the pool. Additional Notes
