The general terms of this standard shall be in accordance with the provisions of GB6956. 3.1 Synchronous protection
Prevents the failure of control elements and drive systems such as synchronous operation micro switches, resulting in asynchronism between adjacent tower vehicles. The safety micro switch cuts off the circuit and automatically stops the irrigation machine. 3.2 Guide protection
Limits the automatic shutdown protection when the displacement of the guide sensor of the translation irrigation machine to the guide cable exceeds the safety value. 3.3 Overwatering protection
Prevents the automatic shutdown protection when the water is overwatered due to the slip of the walking wheel. 3.4 Safety fixed-point automatic shutdown protection
The irrigation machine can automatically stop when it runs to the end of the fan-shaped spraying or the end of the ground. 3.5 Automatic flameout protection of diesel unit
Due to the failure of the water pump, the water pressure and flow rate drop, the diesel engine water temperature is too high or the oil pressure is too low, the diesel unit can automatically shut down. 3.6 Single-sided electric translation sprinkler

4.1 Type
The large electric sprinkler specified in this standard is divided into the following according to the working mode: a. Electric circular sprinkler;
b. Electric horizontal sprinkler.

5 Technical requirements
5.1 Basic requirements

5.1.1 Large sprinkler shall comply with the provisions of this standard and be manufactured according to the drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures. 5.1.2
The materials used must comply with the relevant standards and should be accompanied by chemical composition and mechanical properties reports when entering the factory. The mechanical properties of substitute materials shall not be lower than the original design materials. Diesel engines, generators, right-angle transmission gearboxes, water pumps, tires, nozzles, cables, electrical components and standard parts purchased from outside 5.1.4
All parts should comply with the relevant standards and be accompanied by the manufacturer's inspection certificate. After entering the factory, they can be installed after acceptance by the inspection department. 5.2 Performance requirements for the whole machine
5.2.1 Conditions of use
a. In general, use normal temperature clean water (well water or surface water) that can pass through a 200-mesh filter, and the water quality should meet the requirements of GB5084.
b. Fertilizers and pesticides can be sprayed under the condition that the wind speed is less than 1.5m/s, but special equipment must be equipped, and the water source must not be polluted. The water pipeline must be flushed after use.
c. The ambient temperature is 4~45℃.
d. The wind speed is below 5.4m/s (equivalent to level 3 wind). 5.2.2 Hydraulic performance requirements
5.2.2.1 The sprinkler heads should be reasonably configured, and their spraying uniformity coefficient should not be less than 80% under the condition that the average wind speed is less than 1.5m/s. 5.2.2.2 The sprinkler water depth should be adjustable within the range of 5~60mm. The raindrops should meet the requirements and have a diameter of 1~3mm.
The sprinkler intensity should meet the soil texture requirements. 3
5.2.3 Synchronous performance requirements

5.2.3.1 The main water supply pipeline of the tower car connected to the center support or the driving trolley is allowed to swing vertically up and down. 5.2.3.2 The connection method between tower vehicles should ensure that the main water supply pipeline of the tower vehicle swings up and down and left and right. 5.2.3.3 The synchronous control angle of the tower vehicle should be less than 1°, and the safety control angle should be no more than 1.5°. 5.2.3.4 The front and rear wheels on the same tower vehicle should be withdrawn at the same wheel when traveling. 5.2.3.5 The displacement of the feeler rod of the guide system of the translation filling machine to the guide cable should not exceed 250mm. 5.2.4 Pass performance requirements
5.2.4.1 Good performance for different soils and newly plowed land. 5.2.4.2 Under the conditions of spraying, the slope of the terrain that the circular sprinkler is allowed to pass through with a span of 30m and 40m is not less than 20%, the slope of the terrain that the 50m span is allowed to pass through is not less than 8%, and the slope of the terrain that the horizontal sprinkler is allowed to pass through is not less than 5%. 5.2.4.3 It can run forward and reverse, and can stop at a fixed point. 5.2.4.4 A towing device is required when transferring plots, and the towing speed does not exceed 2~3km/h. 5.2.5 Safety protection performance requirements
5.2.5.1 Electric large sprinklers must have synchronous protection, guide protection, over-watering protection, safety fixed-point automatic shutdown protection, diesel engine automatic shutdown protection, and be equipped with safety operation lights, lightning protection devices, fault display devices, etc. 5.2.5.2 The whole machine should be equipped with accident prevention signs and safety warning symbols in a conspicuous place. The manufacturer's instruction manual should have clear provisions on accident prevention content.
5.2.6 All hot-dip galvanized structural parts of large electric sprinklers shall be guaranteed to be rust-free for ten years. 5.2.7 The average working time of large electric sprinklers before the first failure shall not be less than 2100h5.3 Requirements for the use of major components
5.3.1 The center support of the electric center pivot sprinkler shall be firmly connected to the foundation and convenient for connecting to water and power sources. 5.3.2 The driving trolley of the translation sprinkler shall be equipped with a power unit, a water supply unit and a main control system, and shall have a compact structure and good shock absorption performance. 5.3.3 The height of the tower vehicle shall meet the ground clearance requirements of the entire machine, and its bottom beam transmission mechanism shall be reasonably configured, and the wheels shall have working positions and towing positions. 5.3.4 The span of the arch truss is 30, 40, and 50m, and the arch is uniform. It can withstand 9~12 level gale and dynamic load during operation. The actual safety factor of the truss reinforcement should not be less than the allowable safety factor of 1.7. 5.3.5 The rubber flexible joint is required to be easy to disassemble and assemble, with a water pressure resistance of not less than 1.5 times the terminal pressure, and has anti-aging and anti-fatigue properties, and a service life of not less than 3 years.
5.3.6 When the filling machine is operating, the truss drain valve can seal and stop water, and can automatically drain water when the operation stops. The end cantilever drain valve should be easy to open and close. 5.3.7 The nozzle type and parameters should be selected according to factors such as soil texture, crop type, wind force, etc. under the condition of ensuring uniform spraying. You can refer to GB5670.1.
5.3.8 The control cable laid on the truss should be protected from mechanical wear. The cable sheathing should be resistant to sunlight, moisture, corrosion, and have flexibility and mechanical wear protection.
5.3.9 The specifications of low-pressure rubber pneumatic tires should be selected according to the weight of water carried by the tower truck, soil texture and crop types, in accordance with the provisions of GB2979.
5.3.10 Requirements for the use of motor reducers
5.3.10.1 The motor output power of the motor reducer is 0.75, 1.1, 1.5kW. Generally, a worm gear reducer should be used, and its transmission efficiency should not be less than 40%.

5.3.10.2 Suitable for frequent starting, the starting torque is 1.5~2.2 times the rated torque, and the maximum torque is 2.2 times the rated torque. 5.3.10.3
The lubricating oil of the reducer is a hyperbolic gear oil with a distillation of not less than 18. 5.3.10.4 The output shaft should rotate flexibly, the lubricating oil should not leak out, the water should not penetrate, and the seal should be reliable. 5.3.10.5 The motor should be equipped with an overload protection device and an overheating protector. According to the instructions for normal maintenance, the service life should not be less than 4 years. 1 Requirements for the use of wheel reducers
The wheel reducer adopts a worm drive form, the transmission efficiency should not be less than 35%, and it has a rubber diaphragm expansion chamber. 5.3.11.2
The input shaft should be flexible, water should not penetrate, oil should not leak out, and the seal should be reliable. It can withstand a maximum torque of 2500Nm.
Use hyperbolic gear oil of not less than No. 18. According to the instructions for maintenance, the service life should not be less than 5 years. 2 Requirements for the use of the electric control system
5.3.12.1 It should be safe, sensitive, reliable, and meet the requirements of the synchronization performance and safety protection performance of the whole machine. For details, please refer to the relevant provisions in Articles 5.2.3 and 5.2.5 of this standard. The service life of major electrical components shall not be less than 2 years. 2 The input voltage shall not be less than 400V, and the voltage drop between the first and the last terminals shall not be greater than 6.4% of the input voltage. 5.3.12. 2
The resistance of the lightning protection grounding wire of the filling machine shall not be greater than 42. The insulation resistance of the power line and the control line to the ground shall not be less than 2M. 5.3.12.42
The pressure of the spring of the collector ring pressing the brush shall not be less than 0.02MPa, and the contact area between the brush and the slip ring shall not be less than 80%. 5.4 Materials of major parts
Materials such as steel pipes, steel sections, and round steel shall comply with the provisions of GB700. 5.4.14
Iron castings shall comply with the provisions of GB9439.
5.4.3 Steel castings shall comply with the provisions of GB5676. Aluminum castings shall comply with the provisions of GB1173.
The rubber compound of rubber seals shall comply with the relevant provisions of Class IⅡ-2 in HG4-329. The motor reducer worm wheel is recommended to be made of ZQSn10-1 tin bronze, and its material shall comply with the provisions of GB1176. The worm is recommended to be made of 45 steel, and its material shall comply with the provisions of GB699. 5.4.7 The wheel reducer worm wheel is recommended to be made of HT300 gray cast iron, and its material shall comply with the provisions of GB9439. The worm is recommended to be made of QT60-2 ductile iron, and its material shall comply with the provisions of GB1348. 5.4.8 The tower box cover and transmission shaft sleeve shall be made of polyvinyl chloride (PVC) with good toughness and other mechanical properties, and anti-ultraviolet and anti-corrosion additives shall be added. The formula of GB5761 and HG2-775 shall be referred to. 5.5 Manufacturing and process of main parts
5.5.1 The processing accuracy of main parts shall comply with the requirements of drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures. 5.5.2 The surface of the casting should be smooth, and no defects such as cracks, sand holes, pores, shrinkage, etc. that affect the performance and appearance are allowed. 5.5.3 The weld of the welded parts should be flat, and no defects such as desoldering, cracks, burn-through, weld nodules, slag inclusions and pores are allowed. The mechanical strength of the weld shall not be less than 80% of the welded parts.
5.5.4 The galvanizing thickness of hot-dip galvanized structural parts is 0.08~0.12mm (the weight of the galvanized layer per square meter is 567~851g). The galvanizing requirements can refer to the relevant provisions in GB5896 and GB3091. 5

5.5.5 Parts with protective paint on the surface shall comply with the provisions of NJ/Z3. Among them, the wheel reducer is painted black, and the motor reducer is vermilion or black and sea blue.
5.5.6 The manufacture of the motor part in the motor reducer shall comply with the provisions of ZBK22007. 5.5.7 The electrical control diagram shall comply with the provisions of GB6988.4. 5.6 Unindicated tolerance dimensions
5.6.1 The processed parts without tolerance dimensions shall be manufactured according to the tolerance level not lower than IT14 in GB1804. 5.6.2 The stamping parts without tolerance dimensions shall be manufactured according to the tolerance level not lower than IT14 in GB1804. 5.6.3 The rubber seals without tolerance dimensions shall be manufactured according to the provisions of HG4-329. 5.6.4 The parts without tolerance dimensions with basic dimensions greater than 2500mm shall be manufactured according to the tolerance level IT12 in GB1804. 5.7 Requirements for assembly of the whole machine
Make preparations for the installation of water wells, water hydrants, channels, power supplies, bases and necessary tools. 5.7.2 Install in the field according to the procedures specified in the instruction manual. Bolts in all parts should be tightened and not loosened. After the lubricating oil or waterproof glycerin is injected into the oil filling point according to the regulations, no leakage and water infiltration are allowed. 5.7.3 The nozzles on each irrigation machine must be installed according to the nozzle configuration table provided by the manufacturer. 5.7.4 The pair of tires on each tower vehicle should be installed in opposite tread directions. 5.7.5 The end of the cantilever (10, 15m) should be 300~500mm higher than the horizontal main center line of the main water pipe rack. 5.7. 6
Change.
The truss tie rods should be installed firmly, and the deflection should meet the design requirements. The maximum deflection difference between waterless and water is within the range of 100~160mm. 5.7.7
Debug each mechanical part and control part according to the instruction manual to make the whole machine in the use state specified in Article 5.2 of this standard.
5.7.8 When the sprinkler is operating, the water pipe must not leak. 6 Test methods and inspection rules
6.1 The test methods for the various technical performance indicators specified in this standard shall be implemented in accordance with the provisions of JB/T6280.2. 6.2 Inspection rules
6.2.1 General requirements
6.2.1.1. The filling machine products must be tested for performance indicators, manufacturing quality, and assembly quality before they can leave the factory. 6.2.1.2 The test inspection is divided into factory inspection and type inspection. 6.2.2 Factory inspection
6.2.2.1 Inspection items
a. Appearance: neat and symmetrical, and no obvious deformation or scratches are allowed on the outer surface. b. Matching parts: All should comply with the provisions of Article 5.1.4 of this standard. c. Wheel reducer: Before leaving the factory, each unit must be tested for forward and reverse rotation under a load of 1250Nm for 1 hour. The worm shaft should rotate flexibly, without abnormal sound and oil leakage. Then drain the lubricating oil, clean it, and perform anti-rust treatment. d. Motor reducer: After assembly, it must be tested for no-load, forward and reverse rotation for 1 hour each, and there should be no abnormal sound and oil leakage. Then drain the lubricating oil, clean it, and perform anti-rust treatment. e. After the collector ring is assembled, an insulation strength test should be performed. The slip rings and the ground can withstand a voltage of 50Hz, 1800V for 1min, and there should be no penetration or flashover. When the collector ring is loaded with a current of 15A and the collector ring is rotated, the needle should not swing significantly when the ammeter is used for detection, and the brush should not be stuck.
f. Castings, welded parts and hot-dip galvanized structural parts should be implemented in accordance with the relevant provisions of Articles 5.5 and 5.6 of this standard before leaving the factory. 6.2.2.2 Sampling and judgment rules should comply with the provisions of GB2828. 6.2.3 Type test
6.2.3.1 Inspection conditions
a. When the new design or new improvement product is trial-made and identified; b. After formal production, if there are major changes in structure, materials, and processes that may affect product performance; c: When the factory inspection results are significantly different from the last type inspection: d. When the product that has been discontinued for two years or more resumes production; e. When the national quality inspection agency proposes a type inspection request. 6.2.3.2 Inspection items
All technical requirements specified in this standard shall be inspected or partial sampling shall be carried out according to user requirements. 6.2.3.3 Sampling and judgment rules shall comply with the provisions of GB2828. 7 Marking, packaging, transportation and storage
7.1 Marking
7.1.1 The filling machine label shall be installed at the head of the filling machine. The label size shall comply with the provisions of GB/T13306. Filling machine label content:
a. Product model, name, registered trademark; b. Factory number, date;
c. Manufacturer name;
d. Main parameters: machine length (m), flow rate (m/h), terminal pressure (MPa). The content of the export product label shall be expressed in English, and the English words "Made in the People's Republic of China" shall be attached. 7.2 Packaging
7.2.1 The packaging of the parts of the filling machine shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of JB2759. 7. 2. 2
The motor reducer, wheel reducer and transmission parts, nozzle, main control box, tower box, standard parts and other parts not exceeding 1~2.5m in length shall be packed by category.
7.2.3 Diesel engines or generator sets, water pumps, etc. shall be packed in wooden boxes. 7.2.4
Long structural parts such as water pipe welding, tensioning bars, tower car bottom beams, etc. shall be bundled and packed by category. And ensure that they are not damaged during transportation, loading and unloading.
The packaging surface shall have durable and obvious markings, including the name and address of the receiving unit;
b. Manufacturer name;
c. Product name, quantity, weight and dimensions; d. Safety mark.
7.2.6 The accompanying documents of the irrigation machine when leaving the factory should include:7
a. Irrigation machine quality certificate;

7.3 Transportation and storage
7.3.1 During long-term storage, the welded parts of the water pipes should avoid contact with corrosive media, and the machined surfaces with threads and bearings should be protected from corrosion.
