3 Terms and Definitions
The terms and definitions established by GB/T18354 and the following terms and definitions apply to this standard. 3.1
Logistics enterprise logisticssenterprist
At least one of the business operations is engaged in transportation (including transportation agency, express delivery of goods) or warehousing, and can organize and manage the basic functions such as transportation, storage, loading and unloading, packaging, circulation processing, distribution, etc. according to the logistics needs of customers, and has an information management system that is suitable for its own business. It is an economic organization that implements independent accounting and independently bears civil liability. Non-legal person logistics economic organizations are comparable and applicable. 4 Classification principles and methods
4.1 Classification principles
The classification principles are as follows:

5 Types of logistics enterprises
5.1 Transport-type logistics enterprises
Transport-type logistics enterprises shall meet the following requirements at the same time: 1) They are mainly engaged in cargo transportation business, including cargo express service or transportation agency service, and have a certain scale; b) They can provide door-to-door transportation, door-to-station transportation, station-to-door transportation, station-to-station transportation services and other logistics services; c) The enterprise has a certain number of transportation equipment; d) They are equipped with network information service functions, and the application information system can query and monitor the status of transported goods; 5.2 Warehousing-type logistics enterprises
Warehousing-type logistics enterprises shall meet the following requirements at the same time: a) They are mainly engaged in warehousing business, providing customers with warehousing services such as cargo storage, insurance, and transit, and have a certain scale; b) The enterprise can provide customers with distribution services as well as other services such as commodity distribution and circulation period; the enterprise has its own warehousing facilities of a certain scale, has customers, and owns or rents necessary freight vehicles; d) It has network information service function, and the application information system can query the status of goods and monitor 5.3 Comprehensive service-oriented logistics enterprises
Comprehensive service-oriented logistics enterprises should meet the following requirements at the same time: a) Engage in a variety of logistics service businesses, and can provide customers with transportation, freight forwarding, warehousing, distribution and other logistics services, and have a certain scale;
b) According to customer needs, formulate operation plans for customers to integrate logistics resources, and provide customers with contractual comprehensive logistics services;

6.1 Level Evaluation Principles
It can comprehensively and systematically reflect the comprehensive capabilities of enterprises. For the three types of logistics enterprises with a certain comprehensive level, they are divided into five levels: AAAAA, AAAA, AAA, AA, and A according to different evaluation indicators. AAAAA is the highest, and the evaluation of logistics enterprises can be carried out by the national logistics industry organization to establish an evaluation agency. 6.2 Evaluation Standards
