4.1 Environmental conditions for normal operation of the measuring instrument
Temperature 20±10℃, relative humidity 20%~75%; placed on a solid and stable workbench with a flat surface; no vibration, no corrosive gas;
The power supply voltage fluctuation range does not exceed ±10% of the rated voltage. 4.2 The clamping mechanism of the measuring instrument shall comply with the following provisions: a.
The inner diameter of the oil cup is 112.8±0.10mm;
The oil cup should be flexible to flip and accurately positioned;
During the use of the measuring instrument, the oil cup mouth should not leak oil; test pressure
timing range
0~1800
sealing When the gauge pressure in the oil cup is 49±1kPa, it lasts for 30min and the pressure drop value is not more than 2kPa. 4.3 The timing error of the measuring instrument for 1800s is not more than 1s. 4.4 The insulation resistance between the input power supply and the exposed metal part of the measuring instrument is not less than 5M0. 4.5 The wiring of the measuring instrument line system is reasonable and neat, the characters are clear and eye-catching, and the solder joints are firm and beautiful. 4.6 Appearance quality of measuring instrument
Approved by the Ministry of Light Industry of the People's Republic of China on January 15, 1993 and implemented on September 1, 1993
QB/T1663—1992
4.6.1 The appearance of machined parts shall comply with the relevant provisions of GB/T14253. 4.6.2 The surface of painted parts shall comply with the relevant provisions of GB/T14253. 4.6.3 The coating of electroplated parts shall be firm and free of defects such as burns, chrome spikes, and coating shedding. 4.6.4 The surface oxide layer of blackened parts shall be uniform and of consistent color, with no unoxidized areas. 4.7 The assembly of the various parts of the measuring instrument shall comply with the relevant provisions of GB/T14253. 5 Test method
5.1 The test shall be carried out under the conditions specified in 4.1 of this standard. 5.2 Inspection of sealing performance in 4.2d of this standard
Inject 40mL of standard 25* transformer oil into the oil cup, cover the mouth of the oil cup with a piece of oil-proof paper sample, and then line it with three pieces of qualitative filter paper with a diameter of 125mm, and press the oil cup cover tightly. Turn the oil cup 180°, and at the same time increase the pressure in the oil cup to a pressure indication value of 49±1kPa. Continue for 30 minutes, and then observe the pressure indication value. The difference between the two indications should not be greater than 2kPa. 5.3 Inspection of timing device in 4.3 of this standard
5.3.1 Inspection of electronic stopwatch with an average daily error of ±0.5s/d. 5.3.2 Inspection method Start the electronic stopwatch while starting the timing device of the measuring instrument. When the display of the timing device shows 1800s, stop the electronic stopwatch and read the electronic second indication value. The difference between the two indications should not be greater than 1s. 5.4 Inspection of insulation resistance in 4.4 of this standard
5.4.1 Inspection standard: Voltage level 500V, megohmmeter with a measurement range of 0~500Mα. 5.4.2 Inspection method: Use megohmmeter to measure the insulation resistance between the input power plug and the exposed metal part of the measuring instrument. The insulation resistance value shall not be less than 5 M2.
5.5 The requirements of 4.2a~4.2c and 4.5~4.7 of this standard shall be measured or visually inspected. 6 Inspection rules
The factory inspection of the measuring instrument shall be fully inspected in accordance with the provisions of this standard. 6.1
6.2 The main measurable performance indicators of the measuring instrument must all meet the requirements of this standard. Minor defects of non-measurable general performance are allowed to be repaired to meet the requirements.
6.3 Before the measuring instrument is packaged and put into storage, it shall be subject to random inspection and re-inspection. The re-inspection rules are as follows: a. The re-inspection shall be conducted by stratified random sampling;
b. The number of qualified re-inspections is zero;
c The re-inspection sample is 10% of the inspection batch. When the batch is less than 20 units, the sample should be no less than 3 units, and when the batch is less than 10 units, the sample should be no less than 2 units. The decimals of the calculated value of the number of sampling units are rounded up to integers; d. The samples are inspected item by item according to the requirements of this standard. If unqualified products or serious defects appear in the sample, a secondary extended sampling is carried out, and the extended ratio is 20% of the inspection batch (excluding the samples of the first sampling). If defects appear again in the secondary sampling, the entire batch should be rejected. 6.4 The actual measured data of the main items of the factory inspection of the measuring instrument should be recorded in the random documents. Products without documents proving the quality of the products cannot be shipped.
7 Marking, packaging, transportation, storage
7.1 Marking
7.1.1 Product marking
