Some standard content:

QB/T 1654--1998
This standard is a revised version of QB/T1654-1992 "Glossing paste and pigment paste for leather making". With the development of my country's leather making industry, according to the use requirements of leather making enterprises and the production possibilities of production enterprises, this standard has made the following revisions to QB/T1654-1992:
In addition to the provisions for black, white and brown products, this revised version has added provisions for four colors of glossing paste and pigment paste, namely, bright red, purple red, golden yellow and acid blue.
--The "fineness" requirement in the original standard has been improved, which has improved the grade and level of the product and is beneficial to the use of users. From the date of implementation of this standard, the light industry standard QB/T1654-1992 issued by the former Ministry of Light Industry of the People's Republic of China shall be abolished. This standard is proposed by the Industry Management Department of the State Bureau of Light Industry. This standard is under the jurisdiction of the National Fur Leather Standardization Center. The drafting units of this standard are Shanghai Xinhua Leather Chemical Factory, Shanghai Jinshi Leather Finishing Agent Factory, and Tianjin Nanhua Leather Chemical Co., Ltd. The main drafters of this standard are Wang Changying, Zhou Qiping, Yu Wenzhang, and Liu Weiguo. 376

QB/T1654—1998
General rules for sampling and testing shall comply with the provisions of Chapters 3 and 4 of QB/T2412—1998. Test methods for polishing paste and pigment paste products shall be carried out in accordance with QB/T2157. 5 Inspection rulesbzxz.net
5.1 Batch
Products with the same raw materials, the same process and produced once are considered as a batch. Samples are taken for inspection according to the production batch, and the sample for each batch is not less than 500g. 5.2 Factory inspection
5.2.1 Products must be inspected batch by batch before leaving the factory, and they can only leave the factory after passing the inspection. 5.2.2 Inspection items
Appearance, total solids, fineness, pH.
5.2.3 Qualification judgment
If all four indicators are qualified, it is considered qualified. 5.3 Type inspection
5.3.1 Type inspection should be carried out in any of the following situations. a) When there are major changes in product structure, process and materials; b) When the product resumes production after a long period of suspension; c) When the national quality supervision agency proposes the requirement for type inspection; d) When production is normal, type inspection shall be carried out once a quarter. 5.3.2 Sampling quantity
Three to five packaging units are randomly selected from each batch of products, and 150g to 200g is taken from each package. 5.3.3 Qualification judgment
In the technical requirements, total solids, fineness, and hiding power are the main items, and the rest are secondary items. If only two secondary item indicators are unqualified in the test results, the product is judged to be qualified; if there are main item indicators or three secondary item indicators that are unqualified, the sampling should be doubled again; the unqualified items should be retested. If the retest results still show that the main item indicators or only three secondary item indicators are unqualified, the product is judged to be unqualified. 6 Marking, packaging, transportation, storage
6.1 Marking
Each package should be painted or affixed with a firm mark, which includes: product name, model, batch number, production date, shelf life, factory name, factory address, trademark, net weight, standard number, and stamped with the manufacturer's inspection qualification mark or attached with a certificate of compliance. 6.2 Packaging
The products are packed in clean, pollution-free, well-sealed containers that are easy to transport. 6.3 Transportation
When shipping, the products should be loaded and unloaded gently, not inverted, avoid severe impact, prevent damage to the packaging container and leakage, prevent exposure to sunlight, frost, rain, moisture, and transport away from fire sources.
6.4 Storage
6.4.1 The products should be stored in a ventilated and cool warehouse at a storage temperature of 5℃~35℃. They should be kept away from sunlight, frost, moisture, and should be stacked at least 20cm from the ground and the wall, and away from fire sources.
