Test method
6.1 Determination of production capacity
Before the product leaves the manufacturer, a filling test shall be carried out with water as the medium under the working conditions of 5.2 and under normal operation. The production capacity shall reach the nominal production capacity.
QB/T2369—1998
The product is tested at the production site with filling materials as the medium, in accordance with the working conditions of 5.2, adjusting the liquid level accuracy so that the capacity meets the requirements, and under normal continuous operation. The test time is not less than 20 minutes, and the actual measured production capacity should reach the nominal production capacity. The production capacity is calculated according to formula (I).
Q = 60 nF
Where: Q—
Production capacity, cans/h;
-Filling machine speed, r/min,
Number of filling cans per revolution, cans.
6.2 Determination of filling capacity qualified rate
·(1)
5 minutes after the test begins, continuously draw 100 cans of samples that have been filled and capped. After 10 minutes, continuously draw 100 more cans, a total of 200 cans, and use any method in 5.3.2 to test. Take out qualified samples and calculate the filling capacity qualified rate according to formula (2). g

Where: g-—
Number of qualified cans, cans.
6.3 Determination of filling material loss rate
m×100
.....(2)
The filling material loss rate test is carried out within the specified number of continuous tests (under normal filling conditions). The number of continuous tests is greater than 100 times the number of product filling valve heads. After the test, the filling material loss rate is calculated according to formula (3). L=(1G)×100
Where: L—Material loss rate, %,
Gi---Filled finished product quantity, kg;
G2—Recyclable volume defective product quantity, kg, G—Material filling quantity, kg.
6.4 Can (cover) loss rate determination
Under normal filling conditions, count the number of damaged cans (covers) and the number of transported cans (covers) [those damaged due to poor quality of the cans (covers) themselves are not counted]. The number of cans (covers) counted continuously is 100 times the number of filling valve heads. After the test, the can (cover) loss rate is calculated according to formula (4). K
Where: K Can (cover) loss rate, %
Number of damaged cans (covers), cans (pieces)
P—Number of transported cans (covers), cans (pieces). 6.5 Determination of capping qualified rate
(4)
During normal production, randomly take samples that are 5 times larger than the number of capping heads at the outlet of the capping machine, immerse them in hot water at 50-60℃ for 5 minutes, and the cans are qualified if there is no bubble overflow, and calculate according to formula (5). m×100
Where: S-capping qualified rate, %
ml—Number of qualified capping samples, cans;
Number of capping test samples, cans.
6.6 Noise test
..(5)
The product noise test method shall comply with the provisions of GB/T3768. The measurement position shall be 1m horizontally away from the edge of the product and 1.2m from the installation height.
