3.1 The speed regulating motor consists of an electromagnetic slip clutch (hereinafter referred to as the clutch), a traction motor and an electromagnetic speed regulating controller (hereinafter referred to as the controller). Its structural form is a combined structure in which the traction motor is directly installed on the clutch base by means of the flange end cover stop, and the installation type is IMB3 (see GB997).
3.2 The housing protection level of the speed regulating motor is IP21 (see GB4942.1). 3.3 The cooling method of the speed regulating motor is IC01 (see GB1993). 3.4 Rated speed regulating motor
When driving constant torque load, the nominal power is 11kW and below, and it is S1 in the rated speed range; the nominal power is 15kW to 30kW, and it is S1 in the 3:1 speed range; when the speed range exceeds 3:1, short-term constant torque operation is allowed, and the operation time is specified by the manufacturer in the sample. 37~90kW is mainly used for driving decreasing torque load. 3.6 The traction motor of the speed-adjusting motor is a B5-type 4-pole Y-series three-phase asynchronous motor with special requirements for installation dimensions. Its various electrical properties shall comply with the provisions of ZBK22007, or a special matching motor shall be used. 3.7 The tachometer generator used for the speed-adjusting motor shall be able to output corresponding feedback voltage to the controller as the speed changes. When the speed is 1000r/min, its output voltage shall not be less than 20V and not more than 35V. 3.8 The speed-adjusting motor shall be able to adjust the speed continuously and smoothly within the rated voltage, rated frequency and rated speed range, and its speed change rate shall not exceed the provisions of Table 1.

4.15 Technical requirements for controllers are shown in Appendix A. Inspection rules and test methods

Inspection test of the controller.
Type test must be carried out in any of the following situations: 5.3
After the identification and finalization, the manufacturer's first trial production or small-scale trial production; when the design or process changes of the speed regulating motor are sufficient to cause changes in certain performance and parameters; when the inspection test results and the previous type test results have an unacceptable deviation; regular sampling test of batch production, at least once every two years. The type test items of speed regulating motor include: all items of inspection test; determination of speed change rate; determination of steady speed accuracy; determination of open-loop mechanical characteristics (only when the structure is finalized); clutch temperature rise test (internal bearing temperature is only carried out when the structure is finalized); determination of clutch stall torque guarantee value; determination of clutch static residual torque value; hot overspeed test; hot short-time overtorque test; vibration measurement; noise measurement; controller type test. When conducting type test. Parallelism inspection of the axis of the speed regulating motor to the foot support surface should comply with the provisions of Article 3.12.4. The inspection of the flatness tolerance of the foot support surface should comply with the provisions of Article 3.12.4. The radial runout inspection of the shaft extension of the speed regulating motor should comply with the provisions of Article 3.12.3. The inspection of the symmetry of the shaft extension keyway shall comply with the provisions of Article 3.12.5. The flatness of the foot support surface and the symmetry of the keyway are allowed to be inspected on the parts.
5.7 During the inspection test, a and b in Article 5.6 must be inspected for each unit; c and d can be inspected randomly, and the inspection method is determined by the manufacturer. 5.8 The number of test pieces for the type test shall not be less than 2 units. If unqualified products are found during the test, the batch of speed-controlled motors must be inspected one by one. 5.9 Determination of speed change rate: When the speed-controlled motor is in the hot state after the temperature rise test at the rated maximum speed nmx and the rated minimum speed nmin, its mechanical characteristics are measured separately under the closed-loop control state. In the above two cases, the load torque is changed from the rated value to 10% of the rated value, and the corresponding speed value is recorded. At least three points are measured and the corresponding two closed-loop mechanical characteristic curves are drawn. The speed change rate shall be checked in accordance with the provisions of Article 3.8 of this standard.
5.10 Determination of steady speed accuracy: After the speed regulating motor runs for 20 minutes at rated voltage, rated frequency, rated maximum speed and 50% rated output torque, the power supply voltage of its controller changes from 198V to 242V (the power supply voltage and frequency of the traction motor remain rated at this time). For speed regulating motors with a nominal power of 11kW or less, at rated torque, the test is conducted at two speeds, neux and nsin; for motors with a nominal power of 15 to 30kW, at rated torque, the test is conducted at two speeds, nm and nm; for motors with a power of 37kW or more, the test is conducted at two states, nr, rated torque and 4/9 rated torque.

5.16 Determination of static residual torque: After the speed regulating motor is instantaneously strongly excited in the cold state (excitation voltage is 90V), the clutch stall torque value under no excitation shall be measured, which shall comply with the provisions of Article 4.9 of this standard. 5.17 The inspections specified in c and d of Article 5.6 of this standard shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB4772 and JB/Z231. 5.18 j of Article 5.4 of this standard shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB10068, and the distribution of test points shall be in accordance with Figure 1; k of Article 5.4 shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB10069.

When the speed motor leaves the factory, each motor shall be accompanied by a shaft extension key, operation and maintenance instructions, product certificate and packing list. The shaft extension chain of the speed motor shall be tied to the shaft extension, and the shaft extension and key surface shall be protected against rust. The packaging of the speed motor shall be able to avoid moisture and damage during transportation, and the transportation and storage of the controller shall comply with the provisions of JB3085. The words and marks on the outer wall of the packing box should be clear and neat, and the contents are as follows: a.
Shipping station (port) and manufacturer name;
Receiving station (port) and receiving unit name,
Product name, model and packing date;
Net weight and gross weight of the speed regulating motor;
Outer dimensions of the packing box;
The appropriate position of the packing box should be marked with words or graphic signs such as "Handle with care", "Prevent moisture", "Upward", etc., and the graphic signs should comply with the provisions of GB191.
9If the user uses and stores the speed regulating motor correctly according to the provisions of the operation and maintenance instructions, the manufacturer shall ensure that the speed regulating motor can operate well within one year of use or within a storage period of no more than two years from the date of shipment from the manufacturer. If the speed regulating motor is damaged or cannot operate normally due to poor manufacturing quality within this specified time, the manufacturer shall repair, replace parts or replace the entire speed regulating motor for the user free of charge.
