(4) The glass should be free of cracks and obvious scratches; (5) There should be no bubbles in the center of the glass, and the edge (within 2tnm from the bonding surface) should not have dense bubbles and dispersed bubbles exceeding the specified size. The maximum size of dense bubbles should not be less than 0.5mm, and the number of dispersed bubbles of 0.5~~1.5mm should not exceed 3 in an area of 40m2.
4.0.4.2 The surface of the level gauge should be smooth.
4.0.4.3 The connection surface of the level gauge body shall be smooth and free of burrs, harmful scratches and other defects that reduce strength and connection reliability. 4.0.4.4 The stainless steel level gauge shall be pickled and passivated, and the entire metal surface shall present a uniform passivation film.
4.0.5 The dimensions and accuracy of the connecting thread shall comply with the 6H grade requirements of GB196 and GB197.
4.0.6 The dimensions and requirements of the connecting flange shall comply with the provisions of HGJ44~~76 "Steel Pipe Flange".
4.0.7 Pressure Test
4.0.7.1 Hydraulic Test
Carry out the hydraulic test according to the method in 5.0.2.1. There shall be no deformation, cracks and leakage. 4.0.7.2 Design Strength Hydraulic Verification Test
Carry out the test according to the method in 5.0.2.2. There shall be no deformation, cracks and leakage. 4.0.8 Air tightness test
Test according to 5.0.3 method, there should be no deformation, cracks and leakage. 4.0.9 Thermal stability test
Test according to 5.0.4, the lens should not break, and there should be no cracks on the lens and the joint surface.
4.0.10 Other provisions
The automatic closing pressure of the needle valve is 30.2MPa. The end faces of the connecting flanges on the equipment should be on the same vertical plane, and the verticality tolerance of the upper and lower and 4.0.10.2
left and right is 1mm, and the center distance deviation is L/1000 and not more than 2mm.
The flange stud hole straddles the center line.
.5.0.1 Appearance inspection
5 Test method
The appearance inspection of the glass adopts visual inspection with a 5x magnifying glass method, which should comply with the provisions of 4.0.4.1.
5.0:2 Pressure test
5.0.2.1 Hydraulic test
Install the level gauge on a special test device. The test medium is clean water or lubricating oil. The pressure gauge accuracy should not be lower than Class 1.5. Use two pressure gauges with the same range (preferably the range is twice the test pressure) and are calibrated and within the validity period. During the test, slowly increase the pressure to 3.75MPa at a speed not higher than 0.1MPa per second and maintain the pressure for 3 minutes. It should comply with the requirements of 4.0.7.1.
5.0.2.2 Design strength hydraulic verification test
According to the method of 5.0.2.1, slowly pressurize the test piece to 2.5MPa, and release the pressure to zero; then slowly pressurize to 7.5MPa, and then release the pressure to zero, and finally slowly pressurize to 7.5MPa, and maintain the pressure for 5min. After the inspection meets the requirements of 4.0.7.2, perform the air tightness test according to 5.0.3, which shall meet the requirements of 4.0.8. 5.0.3 Air tightness test
Install the level gauge mirror on a special test device. The test medium is clean air or nitrogen. The pressure gauge is required according to 5.0.2.1. Safety protection measures should be taken during the test. During the test, slowly increase the pressure to 2.5MPa at a speed not higher than 1.0MPa per minute, maintain the pressure for 1min, and check with foaming liquid or immersion method, which shall meet the requirements of 4.0.8. 5.0.4 Thermal stability test
Place the level gauge in an electric furnace at 180±1℃, keep warm for 15 minutes, and immediately put it in an ice bath container at -20±1℃, repeat 5 times, each time interval is not less than 30 minutes, the result should meet the requirements of Article 4.0.9, and then conduct air tightness test according to the provisions of Article 5.0.3, which should meet the requirements of Article 4.0.8.
6..1 General requirements
Inspection rules
Products shall be inspected and qualified by the quality inspection department of the manufacturer according to this standard and relevant standards and technical documents before they can leave the factory.
