4.4. 1 Tightness
Fill the brake chamber with compressed air, and under the condition of normal displacement and working stroke, the pressure should not be full for 5 minutes. 4.4.4 Durability
The brake chamber shall be subjected to a durability test on a bench with 25×10 cycles of action. No parts shall be damaged. During the test, no blocking or jamming shall occur in any moving parts, and no loose or jamming shall occur in any connecting parts. The sealing shall meet the requirements of 4.4.1, and the thrust characteristics shall meet the requirements of 4.4.2.
4.5 Warranty period
If the user complies with the installation, maintenance and use rules specified in the instruction manual of the tractor trailer air brake device, the warranty period is the same as that of the main engine.
During the warranty period, if the brake air brake fails or cannot be used normally due to the responsibility of the system, the system shall be responsible for all expenses and shall be replaced.
5 Test method
5.1 Sealing test

5.1.2 Test system

5.3 Test
5.3.1 Test device

5.3.2.1 The test pressure shall not be less than 125% of the rated pressure of the brake air chamber. 5.3.2.3 The frequency of the brake air chamber action shall be 5.30 times/min, and the air intake time shall not be greater than 0.5s/min. The brake air chamber shall be operated in a step-by-step cycle of emergency braking, pressure maintenance, and rapid release of the brake. a) Brake chambers should be inspected in batches, each inspection batch N-26~50 units, one inspection batch can be composed of one production batch that has passed the factory inspection, or it can be composed of two production batches. If the number of products in a batch is large, each batch can also be divided into several inspection batches. b) According to GB2828, this standard adopts a normal sampling plan, and stipulates the use of special inspection level S-1, sample size n-2, qualified quality level AQL-=6.5, and can also be tested according to the sampling method agreed by the parties. 6.2.3 Judgment rules
(self) The durability test is assessed separately, and the test results should meet the requirements of 4.4.4.
