JB/T7067-2002
This standard is based on JB/T8749--1998 "General Technical Requirements for Voltage Regulators" to revise JB/T7067-1993 "Column Contact Voltage Regulators".
This standard replaces JB/7067--1993 "Column Contact Voltage Regulators". Compared with JB/7067-1993, the main changes of this standard are as follows: The name of the standard is changed to "Column Voltage Regulator": The capacity specifications are adjusted and added:
The performance level is improved and adjusted accordingly: 1. The table of technical requirements and tests is added, and the format and content of the table are supplemented and modified. 1. Some clauses in the standard are revised. This standard is proposed by the China Machinery Industry Federation. This standard is under the jurisdiction of the National Technical Committee for Transformer Standardization. The drafting units of this standard: Shenyang Transformer Research Institute, Shanghai Senpu Electric Research Institute, and the main drafters of this standard: Xu Kaiping, Lu Wanlie, Liu Qi. This standard was first issued in 1993.
1 Scope
Column Voltage Regulator
JB/T7067-2002
This standard specifies the definition, product specifications, performance parameters, use conditions, technical requirements, test items and methods, and markings, packaging, transportation, storage and random technical documents of column voltage regulators. This standard applies to dry-type self-cooling and oil-immersed self-cooling column regulators (column core) with voltage levels of 500V and below, rated frequency of 50Hz, continuous operation, and stepless regulation. This standard only puts forward requirements for the special parts of column voltage regulators, and the rest should comply with the relevant provisions of JB/T8749-1998 "General Technical Requirements for Voltage Regulators".
Column voltage regulators whose rated capacity or voltage specifications are not listed in this standard can also refer to the relevant provisions of this standard. Column voltage regulators (hereinafter referred to as voltage regulators) are mainly used in various occasions where the load voltage waveform distortion is small and the voltage can be adjusted steplessly and smoothly. 2 Normative references
The clauses in the following documents become the clauses of this standard through reference in this standard. For all dated referenced documents, all subsequent amendments (excluding errata) or revisions are not applicable to this standard. However, the parties who reach an agreement based on this standard are encouraged to study whether the latest versions of these documents can be used. For all undated referenced documents, the latest versions are applicable to this standard. JB/T8749-1998 General Technical Requirements for Voltage Regulators 3 Terms and Definitions
The terms and definitions established in JB/T8749-1998 and the following terms and definitions apply to this standard. 3.1
Column voltage regulator
A voltage regulator that achieves the purpose of voltage regulation by changing the contact position between the brush and the polished surface of the columnar winding to change the ratio of the primary and secondary windings.
Output voltage range and rated output voltage
The rated input voltage at the rated frequency is applied to the input end of the voltage regulator, and its no-load output voltage ranges from the minimum value to the maximum value of the output voltage when the rated resistance load is applied. The output voltage reaches the specified maximum value, which is the rated output voltage. 3.3
Load loss
When the voltage regulator brush is at 1/2 of the input voltage, the output terminal is short-circuited, and the voltage of rated frequency is applied to the input terminal, when the short-circuit current is equal to the rated output current, the active power absorbed by the input terminal and converted to the reference temperature (see 7.1 in JB/T8749-1998). 3.4
Brush spark
The spark generated at the contact between the voltage regulator brush and the polished surface of the winding when adjusting the output voltage. 3.5
Contact temperature rise
The difference between the temperature at the contact between the brush and the polished surface of the winding and the temperature of the cooling medium. 4 Product model, cooling method mark, basic specifications and performance parameters 4.1 Product model
The product model shall comply with the provisions of JB/T8749-1998. JB/T7067—2002
Example 1: TDGZ-100 indicates 100kVA, 0.5kV, single-phase, dry-type self-cooling column voltage regulator; Example 2: TSZ-250 indicates 250kVA, 0.5kV, three-phase, oil-immersed self-cooling column voltage regulator. 4.2 Cooling method mark
The cooling method mark shall comply with the provisions of JB/T87491998. 4.3 Basic specifications and performance parameters
4.3.1 Rated value
The rated value shall comply with the provisions of JB/T87491998. 4.3.2 Winding connection diagram
The voltage regulator is generally manufactured as a single-phase or three-phase unit product. Multiple unit products can be used to form a single-phase or three-phase product with a larger capacity. The winding connection diagrams of single-phase and three-phase voltage regulators are shown in Figures 1 and 2. AC
Figure 1 Single-phase voltage regulator winding connection diagram
Basic specifications and performance parameters
Basic specifications and performance parameters should comply with the provisions of Table 1 and Table 2a
Figure 2 Three-phase voltage regulator winding connection diagram
Voltage regulators designed for 50Hz are allowed to operate at 60Hz, but the voltage regulators are still assessed according to the frequency of 50Hz and the corresponding performance parameters.
