1 Subject Content and Scope of Application
JB/T 8360.1-96
This standard specifies the requirements and inspection methods for the geometric accuracy, transmission accuracy and working accuracy of CNC gear hobbing machines. This standard is applicable to CNC gear hobbing machines with a maximum workpiece diameter of 125~2000mm. 3.1 Refer to 3.1 in JB2670 to adjust the installation level of the machine tool. Special bridge plates are placed at both ends of the bed rails, and a level is placed on them. The horizontal and vertical readings of the level in the bed rails shall not exceed 0.04/1000. 3.2 The order of geometric accuracy inspection items is arranged according to the machine tool components and does not represent the actual inspection order. In order to facilitate the installation and disassembly of inspection tools and inspections, inspections can be carried out in any order. Working accuracy inspection should be carried out after other items have passed the inspection. 3.3 Working accuracy inspection should be carried out on test pieces after precision rolling. The manufacturer shall select appropriate feed rate and cutting speed during precision cutting. 3.4 The decimals of the tolerance calculation results shall be rounded off in accordance with the provisions of GB8170, accurate to 1um. 3.5 Inspection items may be increased or decreased based on the agreement between the user and the manufacturer.
