This standard specifies the product codes and markings, technical requirements, test methods and inspection rules for flexible graphite composite reinforced pads (hereinafter referred to as composite pads) and flexible graphite composite reinforced plates (hereinafter referred to as composite plates). Technical requirements
Technical requirements for composite pads
The technical requirements for composite plates for composite pads shall comply with the provisions of Article 5.2. The inner and outer circumferences of the composite pads shall be neat, and the appearance quality shall comply with the provisions of Articles 5.2.1 and 5.2.2. The dimensions and limit deviations of the composite pads shall comply with the relevant standards. The sealing leakage rate of the composite pads shall be less than 1.0x10-3cm2/s. 5.2 Technical requirements for composite plates
The surface of the composite plate shall be flat, without obvious impurities, cracks, wrinkles, scratches and other defects. For double-sided composite plates or multi-layer composite plates, the metal core plate or fiber mesh shall be well bonded with the flexible graphite layer; for fiber-mixed composite plates, the fibers shall be evenly mixed with the flexible graphite, and no obvious fiber clusters shall appear. 5.2.3
The allowable deviation of the thickness of the composite plate is shown in Table 2.

Test method
6.1 Dimension measurement of composite pad
JB/T 6628-1993
The dimensions of composite pad shall be measured with a vernier caliper with an accuracy of 0.02mm, accurate to 0.1mm. The inner and outer diameters of the composite pad shall be the arithmetic mean of the measured values at three points of equal arc. The thickness of the composite pad shall be the arithmetic mean of the measured values at three points evenly arranged along the circumference. 6.2
Composite gasket sealing performance test The composite gasket sealing performance test is carried out in accordance with GB12385. The test conditions should comply with the provisions of Table 5. Table 5

6.3.1 At 3cm from the edge of the composite plate, measure the thickness of each point with a micrometer at uniform intervals of 10 to 15cm, accurate to 0.01mm. The arithmetic mean of the measured values at each point is the thickness of the sample. 6.3.2 The difference between the measured thickness and the nominal value of the composite plate thickness is the thickness deviation. 6.3.3 The difference between the maximum and minimum values of the measured values at each point of each sample is the thickness difference of the same sheet. 6.4 Composite board density deviation test
The apparent density test of composite board shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of ZBJ22009. 6.4.2
The difference between the measured sample density and the nominal density of the composite board is the density deviation. 6.5 Composite board compression rate and rebound rate test
6.5.1 Samples and their preparation
On the extracted composite board, cut 50mmx50mm samples. The edges of the samples should be neat, without wrinkles, delamination, scratches, obvious impurities and other defects. Each group of samples should be no less than 3.
6.5.2 Test conditions
The test conditions should comply with the provisions of Table 6.

6.5.3 Test equipment and devices, test procedures and test result calculation
Except the indenter diameter and test load, the test equipment and devices for compression rate and rebound rate test of composite plate, test procedures and test value calculation of single specimen4

The test value calculation shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of ZBJ22012. Each specimen shall be tested at one point in the center. The test results shall be expressed as the arithmetic mean of the test values of each group of specimens, with two significant figures.
6.6 Composite plate stress relaxation test
The composite plate stress relaxation test is carried out according to GB/T12621 method A. 6.7 Composite plate heat resistance loss determination
6.7.1 Sample requirements
The sample size is 50mmx25mm, and the sample surface should be free of dust and oil pollution. Each group of samples is not less than 3. Before the test, the sample should be dried in an electric constant temperature drying oven at 100±5℃ for 1h. 6.7.2 Test conditions
The test conditions should comply with the provisions of Table 7.

The samples should not touch each other or the container wall. 6.8.5.3 After the gasoline and diesel test samples are immersed in the oil for the specified time, take them out, dry the surface with filter paper, and weigh them immediately to an accuracy of 0.001g. If volatile oil is used, the sample should be placed in a weighing bottle for weighing after immersion. 6.8.5.4 For engine oil test, 30 minutes before the sample is immersed in the oil for the specified time, take the sample out from the hot engine oil and quickly immerse it in normal temperature engine oil. Take it out after the specified time, dry the surface with filter paper, and weigh it immediately to an accuracy of 0.001g. 6.8.6 Test results and calculations

Composite (plate) pads shall be inspected and qualified by the quality inspection department of the manufacturer before they can leave the factory. 7.2 Product inspection is divided into factory inspection and type inspection. 7.3 The sampling method for composite (plate) pads is random sampling in the warehouse. 7.4 Factory Inspection
7.4.1 The factory inspection items for composite mats are the items specified in Articles 5.1.1 to 5.1.3, and the factory inspection items for composite boards are the items specified in Articles 5.2.1 to 5.2.3.
