Method for determining the performance of wet dust collector
A type of wet dust collector. The dust collector cavity is divided into two parts by the upper and lower blades on the water surface. After entering the dust collector, the dust-laden gas impacts the water surface, and large dust particles fall into the water. When the dust-laden gas passes through the S-shaped channel formed between the upper and lower blades, it stirs up a large amount of water, so that the water and air are fully in contact, and most of the dust particles are mixed into the water. The dust-laden gas is fully purified and discharged from the dust collector after dehydration. The dust captured by the wet dust collector settles in the water and is discharged from the dust collector by the scraper mechanism. The water content in the mud is relatively low. 3.3 Slurry discharge valve type The dust captured by the wet dust collector is discharged from the dust collector in the form of slurry by water through the valve, and the water content in the slurry is relatively high. 4 Technical requirements
4.1 The dust collector shall comply with the requirements of this standard and be manufactured according to the drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures. 4.2 Performance and energy consumption of dust collector
