This standard is a revision of JB/T56153-94 Test Transformer Product Quality Grading. The main changes between this standard and the original standard are as follows: 1 The format of the standard is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T1.1-1993. 2 The referenced standards are confirmed in accordance with the current standards, and the relevant contents are modified. 3 The provisions for determining the quality grade of test transformer products in accordance with GB/T12707 are added. 4 The concepts of the item rate of the required test items and the item rate of the main test items are added, and the quality grade of the test transformer is carried out according to the calculated item rate. 5 Since the concept of "usable" in the original standard is vague, this standard adopts the concept of "Class C non-conformity" and explains it in the standard.

3 Definitions
Test transformer
This standard adopts the following definitions.
3.1 Mandatory test item rate
The ratio of the number of mandatory test items that reach a certain quality characteristic level to the total number of mandatory test items. 3.2 Test item rate

4.2.2 For products with a capacity of 300kVA and above, a single unit inspection method is allowed. 4.2.3 When inspecting two or more series sections at the same time, they should be carried out separately in accordance with this regulation. 4.3 Semi-finished product sampling
4.3.1 Coil: At least one high and low voltage coil is sampled at the manufacturing site, and its voltage, wear and structure should be close to the sample. 4.3.2 Core: At least one unit is sampled at the manufacturing site, and its diameter should be close to the sample. 4.3.3 Body: At least 1000 pieces shall be tested at the manufacturing site, and its structure, electrical and capacity parts shall be close to the detailed specifications. 5 Principles of quality grade division, classification of assessment items and rate of failure 5.1 According to the principle of product quality grade division specified in GB/T12707, the quality of the test transformer is divided into three levels: superior product, first-class product and qualified product.
5.2 According to the principle of importance classification of product quality characteristics, the assessment items are divided into mandatory test items and main test items. 5.3 The rate of failure is divided into the rate of mandatory test items and the rate of main test items. 5.1 After the product is evaluated item by item according to Table 3, the rate of failure of each item is calculated, and the rate of failure of qualified products, first-class products and superior products shall comply with the provisions of Table 2.
