4.1 Vibration gauge
A resistor is attached to the inner surface of the main frame made of steel sheets with good elasticity, and a dynamic strain gauge is installed. One end of the gauge is fixed on a fixed bracket, and the other end is in contact with the upper surface of the screen side. The alarm is adjusted and the sand screening machine is started. The sensor is deformed by force, causing the resistor to have a signal and output. This signal is recorded by the dynamic resistance strain gauge and the optical recording oscilloscope to obtain the amplitude curve. The sensor is statically calibrated and the calibration curve of displacement and strain is obtained to measure the amplitude. In addition, the amplitude can be measured by a vibration sign with a line error of less than 0.4mm, or by a method with an error lower than the above method. 4.1 Frequency

When the sand screening machine is running with positive belt, the motor power and the current at the time of starting should be measured with an accuracy level of 0.5 or a set of current attenuation meters with an error not exceeding ±2%. Product inspection is divided into factory inspection and type inspection. 5.1 Factory inspection
Each sand screening machine shall be tested by the technical inspection department of the manufacturer for empty running, and can be shipped after receiving the technical inspection.
