3.1 Sand screening machine shall comply with the requirements of the small standard and JD1 research and development 4, and shall be manufactured according to the drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed sequence. 3.2 The air system shall include the requirements of GB/T5226.1. 3.3 Casting, forging, All the above parts shall comply with the provisions of the current standards. 3.4 The limit deviation of the final tolerance size of the machined parts shall comply with the m-level tolerance requirements specified in GB/T1804-1992. 3.5 The screen (super) pressing material shall meet the following requirements: 3.5.1 The screen bars of the chain screen shall be made of steel with a mechanical property of less than 16mm. 3.5.2 The woven screen shall be made of magnetic wire or high-rust steel wire. 3.6 The precision of the spring shall not be lower than the second grade precision specified in GB/T1239.41989, and the surface shall be strengthened by shot peening. 3.7 The gear tip shall meet the specification of GD/T10095-[988]8GJ. 3. 3.9 The noise of the sand screen when loaded is not more than B5dB (4) 3.10 The paint color of the sand screen shall comply with the provisions of JB/T5364. 3.11 The linear vibrating sand screening machine shall meet the following requirements: 3.11.1 The side panels shall be made of materials with strength and toughness not less than No. 10 in GB699-1988, and shall not be spliced. 3.11.2 The roughness R of the peripheral surface of the steel plate and profile shall not be greater than 25um, and shall not have burrs. 3.11.3 The flatness tolerance of the screen surface bracket after forming shall not be greater than 2mm per half square meter, and the deviation of the equal length of the two diagonals shall not be greater than 1mm per 100Dmm.
3.11.4 The actuator case shall be made of steel, or welded with steel plates with mechanical properties not less than Q235. 3.11.5 The crossbeam shall not be spliced in parallel. 3.11.6 The screen mesh shall be fixed firmly on the screen frame and shall not be moved once. 3.11.7 The springs used in each machine should be of equal height, and their deviation should not exceed 2mm. 3.11.8 When the straight velvet vibrating sand screening machine is in operation, there should be amplitude signs with a measurement error of less than 0.4mm at both ends of the screen and the appropriate position of the upper part.
3.12 The screen bars and screen frames should be treated to eliminate internal stress after welding. 3.13 The vibrator of the vibrating sand screening machine should meet the following requirements: 3.13.1 The vibrator must use oil-enhanced bearings. After the box and other parts are cleaned, the specified lubricating oil is injected, and no paint oil is allowed. The axial moment of the main shaft must be kept within the range of 0.7~2.2m. 3.13.2 The actuator parts should not have cracks and other visible defects, and welding repairs are not allowed on rotating parts. 3.13.3 The deviation of the effective time per minute shall not exceed ±2.5%. 3.13.4 The difference in the grip of the symmetrical points of the two measuring plates of the screen cabinet shall not exceed 20% of the average value of the double amplitude test of these two points, and the lateral vibration shall not exceed 1mm.
3.14 The screen body of the raft sand screening machine shall meet the following requirements: 3.14.1 The screen body size and screen body length, as well as the screen body measurement and chain length deviation of the cylinder screen, shall comply with the provisions of the relevant technical documents. 3.14.2 The screen is fixed on the screen cylinder body. After the screen is clamped with a press plate around the periphery and the overlap, the length of the steel wire extending out of the press plate shall not be less than 1/inch of each mesh.
3.14.3 The roller screen assembled on the circular screen must be fixed, and the parallelism of the driving axis and the circular axis shall comply with the provisions of GB/1184-1996.
3.15 The roller screen machine has a belt transmission device. The end surface of the pulley should not be more than 0.1mm in diameter. The end surfaces of the two pulleys should be on the same plane. The offset of the installation should not be greater than 0.7m1m3.16 The axis of the transmission device of the motor and reducer of the roller screen machine should be on the same straight line1. The normal displacement of the installation should not exceed 0.1mm for the shaft diameter of 65 or less, and should not exceed 0.2mm for the shaft diameter of 65mm. The axis of the circular screen should not be greater than 5mm3.17 The structure of the roller screen machine also stipulates:

3.20 The maximum temperature of the screen bearing shall not exceed 75%, the temperature rise of the sliding bearing shall not exceed 25, and the temperature rise of the rolling bearing shall not exceed 35%. 3.21 The screening efficiency of the screen machine shall be above 95%. 4 Test method
4.1 Vibration gauge
A resistor is attached to the inner surface of the main frame made of steel sheets with good elasticity, and a dynamic strain gauge is installed. One end of the gauge is fixed on a fixed bracket, and the other end is in contact with the upper surface of the screen side. The alarm is adjusted and the sand screening machine is started. The sensor is deformed by force, causing the resistor to have a signal and output. This signal is recorded by the dynamic resistance strain gauge and the optical recording oscilloscope to obtain the amplitude curve. The sensor is statically calibrated and the calibration curve of displacement and strain is obtained to measure the amplitude. In addition, the amplitude can be measured by a vibration sign with a line error of less than 0.4mm, or by a method with an error lower than the above method. 4.1 Frequency
When measuring the amplitude of the optical recording oscilloscope, input the time number into the record to measure the vibration frequency. In addition, other methods with an error of less than 2% can be used to measure the operating frequency. 4.3. Measuring angle of the moving surface
Place measuring and displaying signs at the two ends and the middle of the side plate of the screen, and visually observe the measuring angle of the moving surface of the sand screen. The scale of the signs is based on the half-line of the water, and the error does not exceed ±1°. The error between the standard and the screen surface does not exceed 1.5\. 4.4. The inclination angle of the screen surface
The inclination angle of the screen surface is calculated by measuring the ratio of the height difference of the screen surface to the length of the screen, and the sine is calculated, and it meets the requirements. 4.5. The noise is measured by using a grade meter according to the provisions of JB/T6331.2. 4.6. The screen machine is stopped after running for a certain time, and the highest temperature is measured. The running point thermometer is placed in the auxiliary bearing hole until the shaft is outside the shaft. When the bearing seat is provided with oil holes, the highest temperature at the bearing seat can be measured directly, and then the auxiliary bearing temperature rise is the difference between the highest temperature of the bearing and the ambient temperature,
4.7 Motor power
When the sand screening machine is running with positive belt, the motor power and the current at the time of starting should be measured with an accuracy level of 0.5 or a set of current attenuation meters with an error not exceeding ±2%. It can also be measured by the method of standard error not less than the above method. The motor power of the motor should not exceed the rated power of the motor.
4.8 Screening efficiency is calculated according to formula (1)

When there is a dispute between the data measured by different test methods, the method with higher test accuracy shall prevail. 5 Inspection rules
Product inspection is divided into factory inspection and type inspection. 5.1 Factory inspection
Each sand screening machine shall be tested by the technical inspection department of the manufacturer for empty running, and can be shipped after receiving the technical inspection. When leaving the factory, it shall be accompanied by the product certificate, instruction manual, packing list, equipment list and drawings of each part. 5.2 Empty running test
After the product is assembled, it shall be tested for empty running. The product shall meet the following requirements. 5.2.1 Linear dynamic sand screening machine
