This standard is compiled according to the needs of the development of domestic industrial production and with reference to the standard HG5-1232-79 "Glass Tower Section".
This standard is compatible with all glass equipment standards issued after 1991, and is also compatible with other relevant standards. This standard will replace HG3-1232-79 from the date of implementation. This standard is proposed by China National Chemical Equipment Corporation. This standard is under the jurisdiction of the National Technical Committee for Standardization of Glass Equipment. The responsible drafting unit of this standard is Shanghai Pharmaceutical Design Institute of the State Pharmaceutical Administration. Zibo Chemical Equipment Factory participated in the drafting. The main drafters of this standard are Li Yijun and Ji Chuanhui. 1 Scope

Part of Tower Shell of Glass-lined Sieel This standard specifies the type, basic set number, main dimensions and requirements of tower shell of glass-lined sieel. HG/T3127-1998
Replaces HG3-1232-79
This standard is applicable to tower shell of glass-lined sieel with nominal pressure less than or equal to 0.25MPa, medium temperature higher than 0℃ and lower than 200C, and nominal diameter of 150mm to 1500mm.
This standard can be used for distillation columns with glass vaporizer containers. 2 Cited standards

3 Types, basic parameters and main dimensions
3. 1 Type
Glass tower sections are divided into three types: Type A, Type B and Type C. Type A is the tower body, Type B is the tower top, and Type C is the tower bottom specially used for sugar glass distillation containers. The connection types between A, B and C tower sections are divided into high neck flange type (Type I) and screw hole flange type (Type II). 3.2 Basic parameters and main dimensions

3.3 Marking example
The nominal diameter of the glass tower section is 400mm, the length is 1000mm, the A-type tower section, the high-neck flange connection AIDN400X1000
HG/T $127-1998.
4.1 The manufacture, inspection and acceptance of the glass tower section shall comply with the relevant provisions of GB150 and HG2482 standards, and the product quality classification shall comply with the relevant provisions of HG/T2638 standards.
4.2 All accessories of this standard such as: clips, slip-on flanges, gaskets, flanges, etc. shall comply with the relevant provisions of the glass parts industry standards promulgated in 1991-1992. bZxz.net
4.3 The product can be inspected according to the user's requirements before leaving the factory, such as high voltage re-inspection at the time of delivery. 5 Packaging, transportation and storage
5.1 The exposed glass surface must be protected. 5.2 Packaging and transportation must comply with the relevant provisions of Ho2432. 5.3 The product should have a packing list, product certificate and instruction manual. 5.4 The product should be stored indoors.
