This standard is compatible with all glass equipment standards issued after 1991, and is also compatible with other relevant standards. This standard will replace HG3-1232-79 from the date of implementation. This standard is proposed by China National Chemical Equipment Corporation. This standard is under the jurisdiction of the National Technical Committee for Standardization of Glass Equipment. The responsible drafting unit of this standard is Shanghai Pharmaceutical Design Institute of the State Pharmaceutical Administration. Zibo Chemical Equipment Factory participated in the drafting. The main drafters of this standard are Li Yijun and Ji Chuanhui. 1 Scope Chemical Industry Standard of the People's Republic of China Tower Shell of Glass-lined Sieel Part of Tower Shell of Glass-lined Sieel This standard specifies the type, basic set number, main dimensions and requirements of tower shell of glass-lined sieel. HG/T3127-1998 Replaces HG3-1232-79 This standard is applicable to tower shell of glass-lined sieel with nominal pressure less than or equal to 0.25MPa, medium temperature higher than 0℃ and lower than 200C, and nominal diameter of 150mm to 1500mm. This standard can be used for distillation columns with glass vaporizer containers. 2 Cited standards The following standards contain provisions that constitute the provisions of this standard through reference in this standard. When this standard is published, the versions shown are valid. All standards will be revised, and parties using this standard should explore the possibility of using the latest versions of the following standards. Type A is the tower body, Type B is the tower top, and Type C is the tower bottom specially used for sugar glass distillation containers. The connection types between A, B and C tower sections are divided into high neck flange type (Type I) and screw hole flange type (Type II). 3.2 Basic parameters and main dimensions 3.2.1 Basic parameters and main dimensions of type A are shown in Figure 1, Tables 1 to 3. 3.2.2 Basic parameters and main dimensions of type B are shown in Figure 2, Tables 1 to 3. 3.2.3 Basic parameters and main dimensions of type C are shown in Figure 3, Tables 1 to 3.
