This standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging, marking, storage and transportation conditions of cellulose triacetate and polyester movie tractors.

3 Product classification
The film traction film specified in this standard is divided into two categories: cellulose triacetate and polyester. According to the provisions of HG2355 (film model arrangement principle), the film traction film models of various specifications are: 35mm cellulose triacetate film The model of the traction sheet is 5001; the model of the traction sheet of 332mm cellulose triacetate film is 2001; the model of the traction sheet of 16mm cellulose triacetate film is 6001; the model of the traction sheet of 35mm polyester film is 5002; the model of the traction sheet of 32mm polyester film is 2002; the model of the traction sheet of 16mm polyester film is 6002.4 Technical requirements
4.1 Thickness
5001, 2001, 6001 is 0.180±0.010mm; 5002, 2002, 6002 is 0.125±0.010mm. It can also be produced according to the thickness required by the user.
4.2 Tensile strength
Type 5001, 2001, 6001 ≥80MPa; Type 5002, 2002, 6002 ≥130MPa.4.3 Size
The width and punching size shall comply with the relevant provisions of HG7-1350. The nominal length of small roll is 300m and that of large roll is 600m.4.4 Other performance properties.
4.4.1 The tooth holes and edges of the film should be smooth, without burrs or holes. The Ministry of Chemical Industry of the People's Republic of China approved the standard on August 25, 1992 and implemented it on March 1, 1993.

4.4.2 When used under normal conditions, it should run smoothly and not break. 4.5 Warranty period
Starting from the date of leaving the factory, if the film is transported and used under the specified conditions, the film should be able to meet the requirements of 4.1 to 4.4 within 2 years. 5 Test methods
5.1 Determination of thickness
Perform according to the method specified in GB6845, but 1.5m of the sample should be cut from the head or tail of the sample roll, and the thickness should be measured at least at 10 points, and the average is taken as the result.
5.2 Determination of tensile strength
Perform according to the method specified in GB12683
5.3 Determination of film size
Perform according to the relevant provisions of HG7-1350.
5.4 Determination of other performance properties
The film appearance should be visually inspected under white light, and the running performance should be inspected during use. 6 Inspection rules
6.1 Factory inspection
This product shall be inspected by the quality inspection department of the manufacturer according to the inspection batch and inspection frequency specified in Table 1, and qualified products shall be shipped out of the factory

Type inspection shall be carried out for this product when any of the following conditions are met. The type inspection shall include all items specified in this standard. 6.3 Acceptance inspection
The acceptance batch is based on the axis, and one roll is taken from each batch for inspection. The inspection is carried out in accordance with the items and methods specified in this standard. After inspection, if any item index fails, double the sample is drawn for re-inspection of the unqualified items. If the re-inspection is qualified, the film of the axis number should be accepted. If the re-inspection is unqualified, the batch of products does not meet the standard. 6.4 Quality assurance clauses
Products that have been accepted by the user department can be exchanged or returned within the warranty period under normal transportation and use conditions if there are indeed manufacturing quality problems with the product after verification. 6.5 Arbitration
If the supply and demand parties cannot reach a consensus on product quality issues, the arbitration unit shall arbitrate. The arbitration unit shall be selected by the manufacturer and the user through negotiation. The arbitration determination shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of this standard. 7 Packaging and marking
7.1 This product uses rolls as the minimum packaging unit (16mm, 2 rolls per box). First, roll the film on the core and stick the outer end with adhesive tape. After putting it into a paper bag, put it into a metal film box and finally seal it with adhesive tape or tape. The core used for the film roll should comply with the provisions of GB6848
7.2 The small packaging box of the product should be labeled, and the label should indicate the product name, specification, model, shaft number, roll number, length, factory date, warranty period, registered trademark, manufacturer name, etc. 7.3 For the transportation packaging of this product, the small roll is based on the shaft as the unit. If it is a large roll, each shaft is packed in two boxes. The transport container shall be a wooden box or a carton. The outside of the box shall be marked with the following: registered trademark, product name, model, specification, box number, as well as "handle with care", "moisture-proof and rain-proof" and other signs or contents.
8 Storage and transportation
8.1 During transportation, the film tractor shall not be exposed to the sun, rain or severe vibration. 8.2 The storage of film tractors shall meet the following requirements: 8. The storage temperature shall not exceed 21°C and the relative humidity shall not exceed 65%. b. The product shall be stored flat in its original packaging, more than 15 cm above the ground, and shall not be exposed to direct sunlight. Additional instructions:
