3 Design documents with table contents
SI/T 10719-1996
Method for reducing electrical schematics Cable connection diagram and cable connection table Method for reducing electrical schematics General layout drawing
CAI) Symbol library for drawing electronic product drawings The design documents with table contents include complete item list, complete equipment list, complete set list, complete item summary list, accessories and tool summary list, complete set application document list. The preparation of its examples complies with the provisions of S207.4-82, Sections 6 to 11. 3.1 Complete item list (MX)
The complete item list is the basic document for determining the content and quantity of the components of the complete item. It is the basic basis for enterprises to organize production and conduct production management.
The example of the whole item list is consistent with the provisions of Chapter 6 of S207.4-82. It is compiled based on the assembly drawing details column, wiring diagram details column of the whole item, and the assembly drawings and wiring diagram details column of the components directly installed or installed into the whole item through components. Some whole items are products sold as commodities; some whole items are components of their products, so the examples of whole item lists are different. Example 3-1XX2.000.037MXXX communication machine details list This example is a product details list, which fully reflects the content and data of the components of the communication machine. This details list is divided into the following sections, namely "documents\,\whole item",\components", "parts", "standard parts", "purchased parts", "materials\ and "complete sets\. a) "Document section" is in accordance with ST207.b) Fill in the product standards, assembly drawings, block diagrams, circuit diagrams, wiring diagrams, debugging instructions and summary tables of the whole unit in the order of Table 5 in 1-82.
b) In the "whole unit", "components", "components\and\standard parts" sections, fill in the whole units, components, parts and standard parts that are directly installed in the whole unit and installed through components in the ascending order of the classification number. Standard parts refer to standard parts made by the enterprise, which are prefixed with a slash and a letter before the decimal classification number.
) The purchased parts in the "purchased parts" section refer to purchased standard parts and non-standard parts, that is, purchased products that are not produced according to the design documents compiled by the enterprise, but arrive at the enterprise in the form of finished products. The order of filling is purchased parts, fasteners and other products with outline drawings. Fasteners can be arranged in the order of screws, bolts, nuts, washers, etc. and specifications. d) In the "materials" and "sets\sections, fill in the materials and complete sets of packaging equipment required for this unit. e) In the "Remarks" column, when the self-made parts are used as rough parts, fill in the word "rough parts" in this column; and for self-made parts processed from rough parts, fill in the "rough parts and decimal classification number" in this column: the same rough parts are also given. Four ways of indicating self-made parts processed from the same rough parts; for purchased fasteners that require plating, fill in the plating mark in this column. Example 3-2XX2.76G.001/002MX
Wireless coil test only specification table
This example is a form of simplified compilation of the whole part list. Its drawing numbers are consecutively numbered, but the drawing numbers of the "phase shifter" and "high-frequency circuit unit" in the "whole part" section are not consecutively numbered, so the drawing number used for that whole part is filled in the "Remarks" column. Example 3-3XX2.800.009MX Driver Amplifier Detailed List This example is a whole part detailed list of products sold as a commodity. There is no "whole part" section and no "complete set" section. In the \Purchased Parts\ and \Material\ sections, components can be arranged in the order of letters and their parameter sizes specified in S2907 or GB5094. For purchased parts and materials with the same name and code but different models, specifications and registration numbers, their names and codes are filled in a simplified way, that is, they are only filled in once in the first line.
Example 3-4XX2.988.010MXXX Complete Waveguide Component List There is no assembly drawing in the "File" section of this example, because there is no fixed assembly relationship between these waveguide components, and they are combined according to the specific conditions of use. Passband, its components have no components and parts. 3.2 Complete Equipment List (MX)
The complete equipment list is the basic document used to determine the content and quantity of the components of a set of equipment (level 1 product). The compilation of this example implements the provisions of Chapter 7 of S207.4-82. Fill in the sections according to "File", "Complete Equipment", "Complete Parts" and "Complete Kit". Due to the complexity of the product and actual needs, the settings of the "sections" and the contents of each section in each example are different. Example 3-5XX1.200.136MX shortwave radio transmitter detailed list rTKAONTKACa-
This is a commonly used detailed list
SJ/T 10719-1996
a) The filling of the "documents" section implements the provisions of Article 7.2.1 of SJ207.4-82. The filling order is in accordance with the order of Table 5 in SJ207.1-82, that is, product standards, drawings, schematics, instructions and summary tables.) In the "whole set" section of the component, the "quantity of each complete set of equipment" column of the "water-cooled dummy load" is not filled in, and the supplementary instructions "according to user needs" are filled in the "remarks" column. c) The "complete set of application document list", "complete set of installation parts", "complete set of spare parts", and "complete set of packaging equipment" in the "complete set" section are all compiled in the form of complete set detailed lists. And fill in the order specified in Section 7.2.4 of SJ207.4-82. Example 3-6XX1.206.001MX Portable Radio List This example does not have a summary list of accessories and tools in the "Document" section, because when the types or quantities of accessories and tools are small, they can be provided to the user in the form of a list without compiling a summary list. According to Sections 8.2.3 and 8.3.3 of SJ207.4-82, when there are no parts and not many items in various types of kits, the kit list can be omitted, and they can be directly filled in the "Kit" section of the complete equipment or whole item list. In this example, the spare parts and tools and other complete sets are directly filled in the "Complete Set" section. Example 3 - Detailed List of 7XX1.221.062/065MX Programmable Digital Switch In this example, in the "File" section, in addition to the contents of Table 5 in SJ 207.1-82, "Software Flowchart", "System Debugging Instructions", "Installation Instructions" and "Source Program" also appear, and are represented by the file numbers "XL", "S", "$I" and "CX" respectively. "CX" is based on SJ/Z2583 standard.
In the "Complete Set" section, in addition to the self-made complete sets, there are also purchased complete sets *centralized power supply\ and "PC": The "Quantity of Each Complete Set" column is not filled in, and the number is given by the system configuration table on the third sheet of this detailed list. Example 3 - 8XX1.231.005MXXX Equipment List The "Document" section of this example contains a lot of content, which is filled in according to the order of Table 5 in SJ207.1-82. The "Atlas" that appears is represented by the document abbreviation "T".
Because this complete set of equipment also includes smaller complete sets of equipment, there is also a "Complete Set" section. The "Complete Set" section is filled in the ascending order of the decimal classification number, and the complete set abbreviation is filled in the complete set abbreviation in the column of the complete set abbreviation. The various complete set lists in the "Complete Set" section are filled in according to the order specified in Article 7.2.4 of S207.4-82, and examples are given in Article 3.3 of this standard.
3.3 Complete Set List (MX)
The complete set list is a document used to determine the types and quantities of complete sets of installation parts, complete spare parts, complete tools and accessories, complete sets of storage equipment, and complete sets of packaging equipment required for complete sets of equipment or complete sets. The compilation of the example implements the provisions of Chapter 8 of SJ207.4-82. When there are not many items in the kit and there are no parts, the kit list can be omitted and its contents can be directly filled in the "Kit" section of the equipment or complete item list.
3.3.1 Complete Installation Parts List (MX)
The complete installation parts list is a document used to determine the types and quantities of complete installation parts and installation materials required to install the complete equipment or complete item at the place of use. Its compilation method is basically the same as the complete item list. The difference between the example 3-9XX4.070.014MX complete installation parts list and the complete item list is that there is no "file" section. Since the installation parts have components, although there are not many installation parts, the content cannot be directly filled in the "Set" section of the complete set of equipment or the whole part.
This list is the specific content of the corresponding installation parts list in the "Set" section in Example 3-8 of this standard. 3.3.2 Complete set spare parts list (MX)
The complete set spare parts list is a document used to determine the types and quantities of self-made and purchased parts that fail in the replacement of products in the complete set of equipment or the whole part during operation (spare parts attached to the purchased products are not included in this list) Example 3-10XX4.071,051MX Complete set spare parts list This list is a document that shows the types and numbers of spare parts in Example 3-8 of this standard. The filling method is the same as the whole part list. —2
TKAONKACa
SJ/T 10719-1996
In the "Purchased Parts" section, the filling of "Resistor", "Semiconductor Tube" and "Tube Fuse" adopts a simplified method, that is, the code and name of components with the same code, the same name and different parameters are only filled in once in the first line. 3.3.3 Tool Set and Accessory List (MX) The tool set and accessory list is a document used to determine the type and number of tool sets and accessories of a complete set of equipment. When the tool sets and accessories are separately packed in one or several boxes, one or several box-packed tool sets and accessory lists can be prepared accordingly, and the list can be directly filled in the "Complete Set" section of the complete set of equipment or the complete item list. In this case, the tool set and accessory list should not be prepared.
Example 3---11XX4.073.008MX Tool Set and Accessories List This list is used to identify the tool sets and accessories in Example 3-8 of this bid, and is divided into two sections: "Tools" and "Parts and Materials". Under each section, there are two additional headings: "Self-made" and "Purchased". In the "Purchased" section of the "Tools" section, first fill in the purchased parts from the country of origin.

3.4.1 Component summary table (2H)
The component summary table is a document that summarizes the types and quantities of each product component list (including the complete set detailed list). It is filled in the ascending order of decimal classification numbers for all self-satisfied components that directly constitute this product and are loaded into this product through assembly. It is used for organizing and managing production. The compilation method is in accordance with the provisions of Section 9 of SJ207.4-82. Example 314XX1.204.044MXXXX type ultra-short wave communication machine component summary table The component XX3.640.187MX in this example is not only directly used in this ultra-short wave communication machine, but also used in the other two components XX4.850.247MX and XX4.850.251MX. Example 3—15XX1.231.005ZHXX Equipment Component Summary Table Because this complete set of equipment also includes a complete set of equipment “inquiry machine”, the complete set summary table of “inquiry machine\” is no longer included. The complete set summary table of equipment\inquiry machine\ should be added at the end of this complete set summary table. See XX1.231.007ZH for the complete set summary table. 3.4.2 Spare Parts and Tools Summary Table (BH)
The spare parts and tools summary table is a document used to determine the types, quantities and installation locations of spare parts, accessories, materials and tools required when using the product. The preparation method is based on SJ 207.4-82, Chapter 10. Example 3—16XX1.231.005BHXX Equipment Spare Parts and Tools Summary Table. This example is compiled based on Examples 3-10 and 3-11 of this standard, and is divided into "Spare Parts", "Tools", and "Accessories and Materials" sections. The filling order of each section is the same as the entire item list. In the "Placement Place" column in the "Spare Parts with Products" column, a simplified filling method is used. The items placed in the same box are enclosed in square brackets, and the decimal classification number of the box is filled in the middle of the square brackets. 3.5 Complete Set of Application Documents List (YQ)
