Main Application
Iron red epoxy primer is used for priming and anti-rusting of steel surface. It is used for priming and anti-rusting of steel surface with low requirements indoors and outdoors. It is used for inner surface of oil container with oil resistant and anti-rusting coating
Heat-resistant and anti-corrosion coating on various metal surfaces
Surface coating of smokestack
Surface coating of steel
Anti-rust and anti-corrosion coating on smokestack
Moisture-proof, waterproof and anti-corrosion coating on metal surface. Coating on inner surface of boiler to prevent scale from sticking directly to metal surface and facilitate cleaning.
Solid surface coating
Solid surface protection and decorative coating
Processed surfaces that need to be rust-proof (such as flange sealing surfaces) are coated with higher-grade finishing surface coating
Processed surface coating
Indoor and outdoor metal surface coating
3.2 Paints and coatings must have a factory certificate. Paints and coatings that have exceeded their effective storage period must be re-identified and can only be used after they are qualified. 3.3 The materials used for packaging boxes, packaging racks or bundling shall meet the requirements of packaging design. When there is no packaging design, they can be selected according to the principle of firmness and stability according to local conditions.

For pipes with a protective layer, only the side or the place where the protective layer falls off needs to be repainted.
If the raw material already has a protective layer, it is not necessary to paint each
The shell should be sealed and dried
When the shell cannot be sealed and dried, it should be painted. Parts made of stainless steel, copper or aluminum alloy with good corrosion resistance do not need to be painted. Painting and anti-rust treatment
Parts should be inspected and qualified by the inspection department according to the provisions of the manufacturing technical conditions before they can be painted or anti-rust treated. 5.1
Painting or anti-rust construction should be avoided under the scorching sun, rain, snow or dense fog. 5.2
5.3 Before painting or coating, the surface of the parts should be dry, and the oil, rust, easily flaking oxide scale, welding spatter or other debris that affects the quality of the paint film or coating should be removed. The scale of the boiler shell or header manufactured by hot rolling or hot pressing must be removed before painting or rust prevention. 5.4 The inside of the boiler shell, header or desuperheater should be cleaned. 5.5 The exposed machined surface of the parts should be coated with rust-removing paint or rust-proof grease. For the machined surface that needs to be rust-removed but is not allowed to be painted, butter can be applied. For the higher-grade finished surface, "201" rust-proof grease or acid-free industrial vaseline should be applied. Other appropriate rust-proof measures can also be taken. The inner surface of the oil container should be coated with magnetic paint or other oil-resistant paint. 5.6
JB/T1615-91
5.7 The paint film on the surface of the painted parts should be uniform, and there should be no defects such as bubbles, inclusions, cracks, peeling, exposed bottom, severe wrinkles or variegated colors. Otherwise, it should be repaired and qualified. However, tubular air preheaters painted by shower or immersion method are allowed to have local wrinkles, sags or exposed bottom.
5.8 When painting two or more layers of paint, the next layer should be painted after the previous layer is dry. The previous layer of paint film should be properly cleaned and prevented from rust. 5.9
The paint of the product must be intact when it leaves the factory. 6 Packaging
6.1 The packaging of the product shall comply with the requirements of the packaging design and process documents. 6.2 The product shall be accompanied by a delivery list (or delivery list, packing list, the same below) when it leaves the factory. 6.3 The product shall be wrapped or packed according to the delivery list only after the paint is dry and the inventory is qualified. For the packed parts, a corresponding packing list shall be prepared for each box. When packing, the packing list shall be reviewed and the packing quality shall be checked. After passing the inspection, the packing list shall be placed in the box before sealing.
The delivery list shall be sent out in time so that the user can check and accept it. 6.4 The wrapped or packed parts shall be attached with signs or labels, and the signs or labels shall indicate the production order number (or engineering number, factory number, the same below), part number (or drawing number, the same below), name and quantity. For packed parts, large parts or parts shipped separately without packaging, the above contents can also be marked in obvious places with paint or other firm methods without attaching signs or labels. 6.5 All parts that are easily damaged or lost should be packed, and parts that are not easy to be damaged can be bundled or clamped, but they must be firm and reliable to prevent loosening during loading, unloading, transportation and storage.
6.6 Parts should be packed tightly, securely and firmly to prevent sliding or collision in the box during transportation and loading and unloading. Fasteners used for installation should be packed together or packed separately, and the drawing number and quantity of the parts should be noted. 6.7 Precision or fragile parts must be packed and filled with soft materials to prevent vibration or impact. Parts that are not suitable for moisture should be wrapped with kraft paper or other moisture-proof measures should be taken, and then packed in a packaging box with oil felt paper padding the box wall. 6.8 The water, dirt and debris inside the boiler drum, header and desuperheater should be removed before packaging. The expansion pipe holes on the boiler shell should be coated with anti-rust oil and covered with oil felt paper and wooden strips. The pipe joints and welded pipe holes on the boiler drum, header or desuperheater and the pipes that are not packed should be sealed. In addition to applying anti-rust oil, the flange sealing surface on the drum or header should also be wrapped with moisture-proof materials (such as kraft paper, plastic paper or linoleum paper, etc.) and then sealed with a lid. 6.9 All movable parts on the wrapped or boxed parts should be adjusted to the minimum wheel magic size and fixed. 6.10 The positions of the parts should be as symmetrical as possible when they are packed into the box, and the center of gravity should not exceed one-half of the box height. 6.11 The maximum size of the cross section after packaging should comply with GB146.1. 6.12 Each packaging box should be attached with a transportation operation mark and a delivery mark. The transportation operation mark shall comply with the provisions of GB191, and the delivery mark shall comply with the provisions of Article 6.13.
