This standard specifies the quality grade indicators, test methods and inspection rules of box chain drying plate tea dryer (hereinafter referred to as tea dryer) products.

Tea dryer products are manufactured according to product drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures and comply with the provisions of JB/T6674. Product quality classification
According to the technical level and quality level of tea drying machine products, it is divided into qualified products, first-class products and superior products. 3.3 Machine performance
3.4 ​​Tea drying machine products are divided into four types according to the total effective leaf spreading area (㎡): <10, ≥10~16, >16-25, >25-50.
4 When the tea drying machine uses the third-grade fresh leaves as raw materials to make black broken tea or black and green tea, the moisture content of the fermented leaves or rolled leaves is 58%~62% and the moisture content of the raw tea is not more than 6%. 5.4.1 For bearing seats, adjustable seats and related joint surfaces fastened with bolts and nuts, use the corresponding fixed wrench to tighten the bolts and nuts. If they can be rotated less than or equal to 1/2 circle, the tightening requirements are met. 5.4.2 For joint surfaces fastened with more than three bolts and nuts, three bolts and nuts must meet the tightening requirements; for joint surfaces fastened with less than three bolts and nuts, all must meet the tightening requirements. 5.4.3 After the tea dryer has been running for 1 hour, use a semiconductor point thermometer or thermometer to measure the bearing temperature rise on the bearing shell close to the shaft neck, and measure its working temperature in the detector oil pool.
5.4.4 Detect oil leakage after the tea dryer has been running for 0.5 hours. 5.5 Appearance quality
5.5.1 The appearance quality and welding quality are checked by observation. 5.5.2 The quality of paint shall be tested in accordance with the provisions of JB/T5673. Three points shall be randomly inspected and the percentage of the peeling area to the specified area shall be calculated. 6 Inspection rules
6.1 Sampling method
6.1.1 The sampling method shall be in accordance with the provisions of GB/T2828. 6.1.2 Random sampling shall be adopted, and random sampling shall be conducted among the products produced in the factory within the past six months. When sampling in the factory, the inventory of complete machines shall be no less than 16 to 25 units; when sampling in the sales department, this limit may not apply. 6.1.3 The number of complete machine samples shall be 2 units.
6.2 Classification of unqualified items
6.2.1 Any item that does not meet the relevant requirements of the quality indicators in Chapter 3 shall be considered unqualified. 6.2.2 According to the impact of the inspected items on product quality, they are divided into Class A, Class B and Class C non-conformities. The non-conformity classification is shown in Table 5. 6.3 Judgment rules
Evaluate each item one by one, and determine the grade based on the lowest grade reached by each group in the non-conformity classification table. 6.3.1
