5.4.2 When the groove depth of the repair welding casting defect exceeds 20% of the wall thickness or 25mm (determined by one of the two values), or when the groove area exceeds 65cm2, it is considered It is a large-area repair welding. Large-area repair welding requires the prior consent of the purchaser. 6 Test methods and inspection rules
6.1 Chemical analysis
6.1.1 Chemical analysis of castings Samples are taken from the ladle during the injection process, and one sample is taken from each bag. 6.1.2 Chemical analysis shall be in accordance with the provisions of GB223. 6.2 Mechanical property test
6.2.1 The test block for measuring mechanical properties shall be as specified in Appendix B (Supplement), and the test block shall be prepared during the pouring process. 6.2.2 The tensile test shall be in accordance with the provisions of GB228. 6.3 The shape and size of castings should comply with the drawing requirements. If the party provides a sample, it will be determined based on the size of the sample. 6.4 The surface quality of castings shall be inspected visually. 6.5 The cast holes in the castings must be inspected one by one with sample blocks for passability. 6.6 Finished product approval analysis shall be carried out by the purchaser from representative castings of each furnace (or batch). The carbon analysis sample shall be taken at a distance less than 6rmrm from the surface of the casting. | | tt | For qualified projects, the results must all meet the regulations to be qualified. 6.7.2 When the performance of the heat-treated sample does not meet the requirements in Table 2, the test block and the casting can be re-heat-treated and retested, but the heat treatment cannot be repeated more than 2 times.
7 Quality certificate, logo and packaging
7.1 The quality certificate should include: supplier name, order number, drawing number, name, steel number, heat number, chemical composition, mechanical properties, etc. 7.2 Castings should be marked as follows: order number, drawing number, name, steel number, heat number, etc. 7.3 Packaging and shipping shall be determined by agreement between the supplier and the buyer. 183

The structure is basically shapeless, and can be used in refinery heating furnaces, cement Dry and dense, ore roasting furnace and heat treatment furnace components
High temperature strength and good oxidation resistance. By adjusting its composition within the specification range, the structure can contain some ferrite or single-phase austenite. It can be widely used in a variety of furnace components, but it is not suitable for use in situations where the temperature changes rapidly. It has high temperature oxidation resistance. The use is the same as that of ZG40Cr25Ni20. It has high caries change and lasting strength, and strong resistance to high-temperature gas corrosion. It is often used as furnace rollers, radiant tubes, steel bad slides, heat treatment furnace rollers, tube supports, hydrogen production conversion tubes, and ethylene media tubes || tt||has good corrosion resistance in high-temperature sulfur-containing gases and is used for gas separation devices and roaster linings
for heating protective conveyor belts, screws, fasteners and other high-temperature bearing components. It has good thermal fatigue resistance. Used for carbon furnace components, heat treatment furnace plates, guide rails, wheels, brazing fixtures, stills, radiant tubes, glass rollers, porcelain dense components and periodic heating fasteners
Anti-oxidation and carbon fall resistance Good, high temperature strength, used for ethylene cracked tubes, radiant tubes, elbows, joints, tube brackets, furnace rollers and heat treatment clamps, etc. For furnace parts above 1000℃
