This standard defines the basic parameters, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking and packaging of non-lubricated LPG circulating compressor (hereinafter referred to as circulating machine).
This standard is applicable to circulating machines with nominal suction pressure of 1.0MPa, exhaust pressure of 1.5MPa and nominal suction pressure of 1.6MPa, exhaust pressure of 2.4MPa, and drive motor power of 5.5~30kW. 2 Referenced Standards

Technical conditions for ductile iron castings for positive displacement compressors 3.1 The model compilation of the circulating machine shall comply with the provisions of JB2589 3.2 The relationship between the nominal volume flow rate, suction and exhaust pressure of the circulating machine and the power of the driving motor used shall comply with the provisions of Table 1. When the actual volume flow rate is always greater than 10% of the value specified in Table 1, it is allowed to use the actual volume flow rate value to compile the product model. The circulating machine shall comply with the provisions of this standard and be manufactured according to the drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures. 4.1
2Specified working conditions of the circulating machine:
a) Medium composition (by volume):
: Internal combustion 70%, J combustion 30%
b) Suction temperature: 30℃;
c) Suction and exhaust pressure: as specified in Table 1, MPa: d) Speed: as specified in the product technical documents, r/min. 4.3
The actual volume flow of the circulating machine under the specified working conditions shall not be less than 95% of the nominal volume flow. 4.4The specific power of the circulating machine under the specified working conditions shall not be greater than the provisions of Table 2, and the noise sound power level and cleanliness value index shall not exceed the provisions of Table 2.

The electrical equipment of the circulating machine shall be flameproof, and the flameproof level shall comply with the provisions of GB3836.1, not less than dIIBT4. JB/T8052—96
4.7 The joints of the cylinder and gas circuit shall be sealed reliably without leakage. The liquefied petroleum gas leaked from the packing shall be led to a safe place by pipeline. 4.8 When the crankshaft, connecting rod, decelerator, etc. of the circulating machine adopt pressure circulation lubrication, the oil pressure shall not be less than 0.1MPa and shall be adjustable. The pressure that the lubrication system can withstand shall not be less than 0.4MPa4.9 The lubricating oil temperature of the circulating machine shall not exceed 70℃. 4.10 A full flow filter and oil pressure indicator shall be installed in the lubricating oil pressure circulation system. The oil filter precision is 40um. 4.11 The safety valve shall be installed on the exhaust pipe before the first stop valve, and its vent hole shall be connected to the air intake pipe to prevent the medium from leaking out. The spring of the safety valve shall be resistant to liquefied petroleum gas corrosion. Other requirements for the safety valve shall comply with the relevant provisions of the safety valve in the "Regulations on the Safety Management of Liquefied Petroleum Gas Tank Trucks" issued by the National Labor Department. 4.12 The design and manufacture of the gas storage tank of the circulation machine shall comply with the relevant standards and the "Regulations on Safety Technical Supervision of Pressure Vessels". 4.13 The circulation machine and its system shall at least have the following alarm and alarm shutdown safety protection devices: a) Exhaust pressure is too high;
b) Oil pressure is too low:
c) Suction pressure is too low.
4.14 The air cavity of the pressure-bearing parts such as the cylinder, cylinder head and piston shall be subjected to water pressure test. The test pressure is 1.5 times the maximum working pressure of each part. The pressure should be maintained for 30 minutes without leakage.
4.15 The gray iron castings of the circulating machine shall comply with the provisions of JB/T6431: the ductile iron castings shall comply with the provisions of ZBJ72016; the forgings shall comply with the provisions of JB/T6908.
4.16 Parts in direct contact with liquefied petroleum gas shall not be made of pure copper and aluminum-magnesium alloy. 4.17 The vibration intensity of the circulating machine shall not exceed the provisions of Table 2 in GB777787. 4.18 The replacement period of the piston ring, guide ring, packing, valve plate and gas valve spring of the circulating machine shall not be less than 2000h. 4.19 The paint on the outer surface of the circulating machine shall be smooth and the fasteners shall be decorated. The outer surface of the cylinder and cylinder head of the air-cooled circulating machine shall not be puttyed, and the paint shall have good thermal conductivity and heat resistance. 4.20 The complete set supplied to the user together with the main unit of the circulation machine shall include: a) flameproof motor and transmission device;
b) a complete set of special tools for disassembling and assembling the circulation machine; c) major wearing parts and other spare parts that need to be replaced during the warranty period; d) accompanying documents (product certificate, quality certificate, product manual, installation drawing, assembly diagram, packing list). 4.21 According to the agreement between the supply and demand parties, the manufacturer may additionally provide: a) starting device:

c) automatic protection device.
4.22 Under the condition that the user complies with the provisions of the product manual, the manufacturer will guarantee the circulation machine for one year within one and a half years from the date of shipment. During the warranty period, if the product is damaged or fails to work properly due to poor design and manufacturing, the manufacturer shall repair or replace parts free of charge until the whole machine is fully functional. 5 Test methods
5.1 The performance test method of the circulating machine shall refer to the provisions of GB3853, and the measurement of volume flow shall comply with the provisions of Chapter 7 of GB/T154871995. 5.2 The on-site measurement of the noise sound power level of the circulating machine shall comply with the provisions of JB/T7195. 3

5.3 The mechanical vibration measurement method of the circulating machine shall comply with the provisions of GB7777. 5.4 Cleanliness inspection method of the circulating machine: dismantle the circulating machine after the running test, and use a cleaning agent to clean the inner surface of the machine body, crankshaft, bearing seat, connecting rod, middle body, interior, crosshead, filler, cylinder mirror and other parts and components that come into contact with lubricating oil one by one. The dirt is filtered with a Class 3 precision copper wire mesh with a basic mesh size of 0.08mm that meets the requirements of GB5330, heated to 80℃ and dried for 1h, and the residue is weighed with an ordinary balance with a precision of not less than Class 7. The weighed weight is the cleanliness value. 6 Inspection rules
6.1 Inspection type
a) Type inspection;
b) Factory inspection;
c) Sampling inspection.
6.2 Type inspection
6.21 The type inspection of trial-produced circulating machines (including old products produced in transferred factories) is allowed to use air as the medium. During the inspection, the continuous operation at full load should be no less than 500h, of which 48h is carried out with a continuous overpressure of 5%. 6.2.2 For normal production cycle machines, such as those with major changes in structure, materials, and processes that may affect product performance, or cycle machines that resume production after long-term shutdown, type inspection should be carried out. During the inspection, the continuous operation time at full load shall not be less than 200 hours, of which 24 hours shall be carried out at an overpressure of 5%. 6.2.3 Items and requirements for type inspection
6.2.3.1 Check the assembly quality of each part and component and the correctness of their interaction. 6.2.3.2 Carry out a performance test before and after the start and end of the cycle machine operation, convert the measurement results into volume flow and specific power indicators under the specified working conditions, and measure the noise sound power level and vibration intensity. The measured results shall comply with the provisions of this standard. 6.2.3.3 After the operation is completed, it shall be disassembled for inspection and the cleanliness value shall be measured. The result shall not be greater than the provisions of Table 2; the wear of wearing parts and friction surfaces shall be measured and recorded, and the wear shall be normal. 6.3 Factory inspection
Each cycle machine shall be inspected before delivery. Air is allowed to be used as the medium for factory inspection. The test for inspection shall be carried out after the circulation machine has stabilized and has been running continuously at full load for more than 2 hours. In addition to checking the assembly quality and the correctness of the interaction between parts and components during the test, a simplified performance test shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of Appendix C of GB3853-83. The measured volume flow, specific power, suction and exhaust pressure and temperature shall be compared with the values measured in the type inspection. The deviation shall not exceed the provisions of Table C4 of GB3853-83, and the suction and exhaust temperatures shall comply with the provisions of this standard. 6.4 Sampling inspection
6.4.1 Batch-produced circulation machines shall be subject to sampling inspection, and the sampling plan shall be the one-time sampling plan specified in Table 3. Sampling inspection allows air to be used as the medium, and the sampling time shall be evenly distributed throughout the year. Table 3

6.4.2 The cycle machine sampled shall be subjected to the following tests: JB/T8052-96
Continuous operation test for more than 24 hours. In addition to checking the working conditions of all mechanisms during operation, the performance of the cycle machine shall be tested and the results shall be converted into volume flow and specific power indicators under specified working conditions. The noise sound power level, vibration intensity, suction and exhaust pressure and temperature shall be measured. The measured results shall comply with the provisions of this standard. After the operation, it shall be disassembled for inspection and the clarity value shall be measured. The result shall not exceed the provisions of Table 2. 6.4.3 When the batch sampled is unqualified, the manufacturer shall check the batch of products one by one and remove or repair the unqualified products found. 7 Marking and packaging
7.1 Each cycle machine shall be fixed with a nameplate and trademark in a conspicuous and flat position. The size and technical requirements of the nameplate shall comply with the provisions of GB/T13306. The nameplate shall at least indicate the following information:a) Product model:

h) Overall dimensions (length × width × height), mm;

I) Name and location of the manufacturer. 7.2 The packaging and delivery and receipt marks of the circulation machine shall comply with the provisions of JB/T7663.1 and GB6388 respectively. 7.3 The exposed machined surfaces of the wearing parts, spare parts, special tools and auxiliary equipment attached to the circulation machine shall be packaged after being coated with anti-rust oil and fixed in the box. The accompanying documents shall be properly packaged and placed in the unit box. 7.4 The circulation machine shall be stored in a dry and ventilated warehouse or a covered place that is not exposed to moisture. 7.5 From the date of shipment, the manufacturer shall ensure that the product will not be rusted, moldy, etc. due to poor packaging within one year under normal storage and transportation conditions. For special needs, the supply and demand parties shall implement according to the agreement. 5
