Add 198mL60℃ reducing solution and reduce at 60℃ in a water bath for 15min. 4.2.4 Dyeing operation
Prepare the numbered cotton cloths that have been boiled in distilled water for 10 minutes (wash and rinse with clean water after boiling) in sequence, dye at 60℃ for 45 minutes, and stir frequently in the first 10 minutes, and stir every 5 minutes thereafter. During the dyeing process, do not let the dyed sample come out of the liquid surface when turning it. After dyeing, take it out, rinse it with running water for several minutes, and then immediately carry out oxidation treatment. 4.2.5 Oxidation treatment
The oxidation liquid contains 5mL of 30% hydrogen peroxide per liter. Place the dyed sample (the cloth sample is not wrung dry) in the oxidation liquid with a bath ratio of 1:20, treat it at room temperature for 5 minutes, and then take it out and wash it with water. 4.2.6 Soap washing
Put the oxidized dyed sample in the following soap solution for treatment: 5g of neutral soap flakes;
3g of anhydrous sodium carbonate
Add distilled water to 1000mL.
Boil for 10 minutes at a bath ratio of 1:20, take out, wash with water, wring dry, arrange flat and air dry or place in an oven at a temperature not exceeding 60℃.
4.2.7 Evaluation of color light and intensity
Perform in accordance with the provisions of GB2374.
4.3 Determination of diffusion performance
Perform in accordance with the provisions of HG2-1120.
4.4 Determination of particle fineness
Perform in accordance with the provisions of HG2-1121.
4.5 Determination of color fastness
Dye the fabric to 1/1 standard depth according to the requirements of GB4841.1. 4.5.1 Determination of comprehensive color fastness shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GJB1352. 4.5.2 Determination of color fastness to light shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB8427. 4.5.3 The determination of color fastness to washing shall be carried out in accordance with the conditions of test solution 1 and method 4 of GB3921. 4.5.4 The determination of color fastness to perspiration shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB3922. 4.5.5 The determination of color fastness to rubbing shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB3920. 4.5.6 The determination of color fastness to hot pressing shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB6152, dry pressing at 200℃. 4.5.7 The determination of color fastness to hypochlorite bleaching shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB7069. 4.5.8 The determination of color fastness to mercerization shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB7073. 5 Inspection rules
5.1 Inspection classification
Items (1) to (3) in Articles 3.1 and 3.2 are factory inspection items, and (4) in Article 3.2 is a regular inspection item, which shall be carried out once a month. Type inspection is conducted when one of the six situations described in Article 6.6.1 of GB1.3 occurs. In normal continuous production, it is conducted once a year.
5.2 Sampling method
Random sampling is conducted in batches. For manufacturers, products that are evenly mixed at one time are considered a batch; for users, products with the same batch number received from the same manufacturer are considered a batch. The number of samples shall not be less than √N/2 (N is the number of barrels per batch of products). If the whole batch is less than 3 barrels, samples are taken from each barrel.
When sampling, do not allow foreign impurities to fall into the product. Use a stainless steel (or aluminum, copper) sampling tube to sample from the top, middle and bottom respectively. After the sample is fully mixed, take about 50g from it and divide it into two clean and dry ground-mouth bottles, seal them with paraffin wax, and label them. Please indicate the manufacturer's name, product name, batch number, and sampling date. One bottle is for inspection and one bottle is kept for reference. 5.3 Manufacturer's inspection
The reduced olive green 5G fine powder should be inspected by the manufacturer's quality supervision and inspection department. The manufacturer should ensure that all products leaving the factory meet the requirements of this standard and be accompanied by a quality inspection certificate in a certain format. 5.4 User acceptance
The user has the right to inspect and accept the reduced olive green 5G fine powder received in accordance with the provisions of this standard. When the supply and demand parties have objections to the quality of the product, they can resolve the issue through negotiation. 5.5 Re-inspection
If one of the inspection results does not meet the requirements of this standard, samples should be taken from twice the amount of packaging barrels for re-inspection. Even if only one indicator in the re-inspection result fails, the entire batch of products cannot be accepted. 5.6 Arbitration
When arbitration is required, the arbitration institution may be selected by agreement between the two parties, and arbitration appraisal shall be conducted in accordance with the methods of this standard. 6 Marking, packaging, transportation, storage
6.1 The packaging barrel shall be firmly and clearly marked with the manufacturer's name, product name, registered trademark, production date, batch number, gross weight and net weight. Each batch of packaging shall be accompanied by a product quality certificate, and the certificate shall be marked with the number of this standard. 6.2 Reduced olive green 5G fine powder shall be packed in an iron barrel lined with a plastic bag, the plastic bag shall be tied and then sealed with a cover. The net weight of each barrel is 50kg, and other packaging can be determined by negotiation with the user.
6.3 Handle with care during transportation to prevent moisture and heat, and do not damage the packaging. 6.4 The product shall be stored in a cool, dry and ventilated warehouse. The storage period is five years from the date of leaving the factory. Additional remarks:
This standard was proposed by the Science and Technology Department of the Ministry of Chemical Industry of the People's Republic of China. This standard is under the technical supervision of Shenyang Chemical Research Institute of the Ministry of Chemical Industry. This standard was drafted by Sichuan Dye Factory. The main drafters of this standard are Zhou Aiqiao, Lv Qin, Ding Yanzi and Zhang He. From the date of implementation of this standard, the former Ministry of Chemical Industry of the People's Republic of China Standard HG2-736-80 "Reduced Flavor 2G Fine Powder" will be invalid.
