Mechanical Industry Standard of the People's Republic of China JB/T6125-92 Test Method for JQH Pneumatic Winch Published on 1992-06-09 Implementation of the Ministry of Machinery and Electronics Industry of the People's Republic of China on 1993-01-01 1 Subject Content Mechanical Industry Standard of the People's Republic of China Test Method for JQH Pneumatic Winch This standard specifies the test method for JQH pneumatic winch. Reference Standards GB3768 Simplified Method Determination of Sound Power Level of Noise Source JB/T2500JQH Pneumatic Winch Inspection Classification Product inspection is divided into type inspection and factory inspection. JB/T6125-92 Type inspection is a comprehensive assessment of product quality. All products that meet any of the conditions listed in Article 6.3.1 of JB/T2500 shall be subject to type inspection. Factory inspection is a test that must be carried out when the manufacturer delivers the product. Test conditions All working devices specified in the design shall be installed. 4.2 The test environment conditions shall meet the following requirements: atmospheric pressure: 0.096±0.010MPa; Ambient temperature: 20±2℃; Compressed air temperature: 20±5C. During the test, the temperature shall be as close to the above requirements as possible, and the deviation shall be recorded in the test report. If the atmospheric pressure deviates from the requirements, the test shall be avoided. 4.3 During the test, the air inlet pressure of the pneumatic motor shall be maintained at 0.620±0.015MPa. 4.4 The test tower required for the test and the test instruments and equipment listed in Table 1 shall be available. Table 1 Pressure gauge Tachometer Flowmeter Point thermometer Millisecond meter Sound level meter Travel switch Force gauge Approved by the Ministry of Machinery and Electronics Industry on June 9, 1992 Accuracy level Shantong level Implemented on January 1, 1993 JB/T6125—92 4.5 The test load shall be accurately calibrated, and the deviation shall not exceed 1% of the actual load. 4.6 All technical documents required for the test. 4.7 All tests specified in this standard shall be completed by qualified personnel. 5 Type inspection Visually inspect the appearance quality and check whether the content of the label is complete. 5.2 Measure the mass of the whole machine (excluding wire rope) by weighing method. 5.3 No-load test Start the product in the test tower, first slowly and then quickly, gradually accelerate to full speed. Forward and reverse rotation for 15 minutes each, and check: whether there is any jamming and abnormal sound in each moving mechanism, whether the operating system, brake, and clutch are correct, flexible, and reliable; a. Whether each fastener is loose; Whether each seal is leaking oil or air; d. Measure the air intake pressure and temperature at the inlet of the air motor; e. Use a tachometer to measure the maximum forward speed at full flow. 5.4 Load test 5.4.1In the test tower, the winch drum is retracted and wound one layer, and loaded at 25%, 50%, 75%, and 100% of the first layer load, and run for 15 minutes each, and check: Use a point thermometer to measure the oil temperature, which should not exceed 65℃; a. b. Use a millisecond meter to measure the time it takes to lift each level of load through the specified distance at full flow. Measure each load level twice and take the average value; c. Calculate the wire rope speed and output power according to formula (1) and formula (2): S Wire rope speed, m/s; Where: S—the specified distance that the load is lifted through, m; t—the time that the load is lifted through the specified distance, s. P=Fu.. Where: P—output power, kW; F—wire rope tension, kN. d. Make tension-speed curve and power-speed curve. 5.4.2 Load at 125% of the first layer load, lift and lower twice each. Check whether the parts and fasteners are loose or damaged. 5.4.3 Use a sound level meter to measure the working noise of the winch. The average sound pressure level should meet the requirements of Article 4.20 of JB/T2500. 5.4.3.1 The test condition is that the winch drum axis is not less than 1m from the ground, the rated load is lifted at full flow, and there is no silencer. 5.4.3.2 Selection of measuring points Four points are evenly distributed on the horizontal plane where the drum axis is located, and each point is 1m away from the winch corridor, but the measuring point should not be directly opposite the exhaust port; a. b. The fifth measuring point is 1m away from the geometric center of the air motor. 5.4.3.3 The working noise shall be handled and determined in accordance with the relevant provisions of GB3768. 5.4.4 Measurement and calculation of air consumption rate · (2) Lift the load at the speed corresponding to the maximum power on the power-speed curve through the specified distance, and use a flow meter to measure the compressed air consumption at the inlet of the air mover. Measure twice and take the average value. Convert the average value into compressed air consumption per unit time, m\/min; b. Use a pressure gauge and a point thermometer to measure the actual pressure and temperature of the compressed air at the inlet at the same time: c. Convert the compressed air sand removal per unit time into free air consumption per unit time under standard conditions according to formula (3): qo Where: 90 JB/T6125—92 Free air consumption per unit time under standard conditions, m*/min; T. ——Free air temperature under standard conditions, K; po\ Absolute pressure of free air under standard conditions, MPa; Consumption of compressed air per unit time, m/min; T——Compressed air temperature at inlet, K; P Absolute pressure of compressed air at inlet, MPa. d. Air consumption rate: Where q- The free air consumption rate under standard conditions per unit time and per unit output power of the winch at maximum power, i.e., air consumption rate, m\/(min-kW); p—The maximum power on the power-speed curve, kW. 5.5 Braking test 5.5.1 The winch drum is wound in one layer and braked at a force of not less than 1.25 times the rated static moment. The drum should not rotate after braking. It is allowed to increase the intake pressure. 5.5.2 Use a dynamometer to measure the operating force of the manual brake handle or the operating force of the foot brake. 6 Factory InspectionWww.bzxZ.net Inspect according to Article 5.1 of this standard and check whether the supporting equipment is complete. 6.2 Inspect according to Article 5.3a, b, c, d of this standard. 6.3 According to Article 5.4.1 of this standard, perform rated load test twice and record the time. 6.4 Perform brake test according to Article 5.5.1 of this standard.
