This standard specifies the circular cross-section metal steel wire for industrial wire screenswoven wire cloth by weaving and other processing methods, with a diameter of 25 to 0.018 mm. This standard applies to industrial wire screens. 2 Referenced standards

3.1 Size
The diameter of the metal wire shall comply with the provisions of Table 1. 3.2 Shape
3.2.1 Each coil or shaft of metal wire must consist of one wire. 3.2.2 The wire coil should be neat and tidy, without any looseness or "C" shape. 3.2.3 The wires of the wire shaft should be evenly hooked and solid. When the wire is freely hanging, S-shaped curling and the movement that affects the weaving are not allowed.
3.2.4 The curvature of straight wire shall not exceed 4mm per meter. 3.3 Weight
The wire is delivered in the form of straight wire, coil or shaft, and its weight shall comply with the agreement between the supplier and the buyer. 3.4 Marking

4 Technical requirements
4.1 Surface quality
The surface of the metal wire should be smooth and free from longitudinal marks, burrs, cracks, knots, folds, rust and other obvious defects. The metal wire should not have knots, depressions and welding points that affect the tensile strength. The surface of the metal wire is allowed to have oxidation color that does not affect the use. 4.2 Tolerance
4.2.1 The diameter deviation of the metal wire shall comply with the provisions of Table 1. 4.2.2 The roundness tolerance of the metal wire shall not exceed half of the diameter deviation specified in Table 1. Table 1

Finished metal wires shall be subjected to tension and elongation tests, and the requirements shall be in accordance with the agreement between the supplier and the buyer. 5 Test methods
5.1 The surface quality of general metal wires shall be visually inspected, and may be observed with the aid of a low-power magnifying glass if necessary. Density

5.2 The diameter deviation and roundness error of the metal wire shall be measured separately, and the measurement shall be made at no less than five locations, and the average value shall be taken as the measured value. 5.3 The tension test of metal wires shall comply with the provisions of GB/T228, and the length of the test piece shall be 100mm or 200mm. The finished metal wire tensile test shall be completed with a test report, which shall include: 5.4
a) nominal diameter of the metal wire;
b) material grade of the metal wire;
c) maximum, minimum and average diameter of the metal wire;
d) tensile force and elongation of the metal wire;
e) test date and stamp of the technical supervision department. 6 Marking, packaging, transportation and purchase and storage
6. 1 Marking
6.1.1 The finished metal wire shall be attached with product marking, which shall include: a) product name;
b) standard number;
c) material grade of the metal wire;
d) nominal diameter of the metal wire;
e) weight (net weight);
f) date of manufacture (or production date);
g) stamp of the technical supervision department.
6.1.2 Each outer packaging unit shall be marked with: a) product name;
b) manufacturer name;
c) net weight and gross weight;
d) date of publication;
e) packaging storage and transportation pictorial mark.
6.2 Packaging

6.2.1 The inner packaging of finished metal wire shall be made of neutral moisture-proof paper, paraffin paper, plastic film and other materials that do not affect the surface quality of the gold wire.
6.2.2 Each outer packaging unit shall be accompanied by product certificates and other accompanying documents. 6.2.3 Each batch of products shall be accompanied by a quality certificate, the content of which shall comply with the provisions of GB/T2103. 510
