5 Inspection rules
HG2558—94
5.1 Slurry-process diammonium phosphate fertilizers shall be inspected by the quality inspection department of the manufacturer, and the manufacturer shall ensure that all products leaving the factory meet the requirements of this standard. Each batch of products leaving the factory shall be accompanied by a quality certificate, which shall include: manufacturer name, address, product name, product grade or main nutrient content, batch number or production date, product net weight and this standard number. 5.2 The user shall have the right to verify the received slurry diammonium phosphate fertilizer in accordance with the provisions of this standard to check whether its indicators meet the requirements of this standard.
5.3 Slurry diammonium phosphate fertilizer shall be inspected in batches, with each shift or day as one batch, and the maximum batch is 200 tons. 5.4 Slurry method Diammonium phosphate bagged products shall be randomly sampled according to GB/T6679 as per Table 2: Table 2

For more than 512 bags, the number of sampling bags shall be calculated as follows:Total number of bags per batch,

Number of sampling bags
Use a sampling needle to obliquely insert it from one side of the bag opening to 3/4 of the depth of the opposite bag to take uniform samples. The total amount of samples taken shall not be less than 2.5kg. 5.5 Combine the samples, mix thoroughly, and use a divider or quartering method to reduce the samples to about 0.6kg. Pack them into two clean, dry wide-mouth bottles or polyethylene bottles with ground stoppers. Label them with the manufacturer's name, product name, product grade, batch number, sampling date and name of the sampler. One bottle is for inspection and the other is a reserved sample. Seal and store for two months for inspection. 5.6 Take about 100g of the reduced sample, grind it quickly with a grinder or mortar until it all passes through a 0.5mm aperture sieve, mix it evenly, and place it in a clean, dry bottle for component analysis. The remaining reduced sample is used for particle size and average particle crushing resistance determination. 5.7 This standard uses the "rounded value comparison method" in GB1250 to determine the test results. If one of the indicators in the test results does not meet the requirements of this standard, twice the number of packaging bags should be selected and samples should be taken from them for re-testing. As a result of the re-inspection, even if only one of the indicators does not meet the requirements of this standard, the entire batch of slurry-process diammonium phosphate fertilizer is unqualified. 5.8 When the supply and demand parties have disputes over product quality and need arbitration, arbitration should be carried out in accordance with the relevant provisions of the "Product Quality Law of the People's Republic of China". The arbitration shall be carried out in accordance with the inspection rules and test methods specified in this standard. Packaging, marking, transportation and storage
6.1 The packaging of slurry-process diammonium phosphate fertilizer shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of "ammonium phosphate" in GB8569. The net weight of each bag is 25±0.5, 40±0.8, 50±1.0kg, and the average net weight of each bag of each batch of products reaches 25.0, 40.0, and 50.0kg. 6.2 The packaging bag of slurry-process diammonium phosphate fertilizer shall be marked with the manufacturer's name, address, product name, trademark, product grade or main nutrient content, product net weight and this standard number.
6.3 Slurry-process diammonium phosphate fertilizer can be transported by vehicles, trains, ships and other means of transportation. During transportation and storage, it should be protected from moisture, sunlight and damage to the packaging bags.
