This standard applies to rolling plates for processing unified threads (ANSI B1.1-82). Rolling plates are divided into two accuracy levels: Grade 1 and Grade 2. Grade 1 is applicable to processing external threads with tolerance grades 3A and 2A; Grade 2 is applicable to processing external threads with tolerance grades 2A and 1A. The standard stipulates the basic requirements for the type, size, technical requirements, marking and packaging of the unified frequency light thread rolling plate (hereinafter referred to as the thread rolling plate).
This standard applies to the thread rolling plates such as .L standard-thread (ANSI 1.1-82). The thread rolling plates are divided into two accuracy levels: 1 and 12. Grade 1 is suitable for machining external threads with tolerance grades 3A and 2A: Grade Z is suitable for hand-processing external threads with tolerance grades 2A and 1A.
