This standard is applicable to various casing packers used in oil and gas fields. 2 Packer classification 2.1 Classification method Classification is carried out according to the way the packer seals. 2, 2 Classification 2.2.1 Self-sealing type: A packer that achieves sealing by the interference fit between the outer diameter of the packer and the inner diameter of the casing and the working pressure difference.
