Introduction to standards:

SN/T 1828.7-2013.Test method of classification for import and export dangerous goods-Part 7: Compressed gases.
1 Scope
SN/T 1828.7 specifies the test and classification of imported and exported compressed gas dangerous goods.
SN/T 1828.7 is applicable to the test of hazardous characteristics of imported and exported compressed gas dangerous goods with a critical temperature less than or equal to -50℃.
2 Normative references
The following documents are indispensable for the application of this document. For all dated application documents, only the version with issue 8 is applicable to this document. For all undated referenced documents, the latest version (including all amendments) is applicable to this document.

SN/T 1828.10 Test methods for classification of dangerous goods for import and export Part 10: Toxic gases
SN/T 1828.12 Test methods for classification of dangerous goods for import and export Part 12: Flammable gases
Recommendations on the Transport of Dangerous Goods Model Regulations (United Nations, 17th revised edition)
3 Terms and definitions
The terms and definitions defined in the Recommendations on the Transport of Dangerous Goods Model Regulations) and the following terms apply to this document.
3.1 Compressed gases
Gases that are completely gaseous when packaged under pressure at -50℃ for transport, including all gases with a critical temperature less than or equal to -50℃.
4 Tests
4.1 Flammability test
For the test method, see the provisions of SN/T 1828.12.
4.2 Toxicity test
For the test method, see the provisions of SN/T 1828.10.
4.3 Identification of compressed gas
For the identification process, see Figure A.1 in Appendix A.
5 Classification determination
According to the provisions of SN/T 1828.5, compressed gas is classified into 2.1 flammable gas, 2.2 non-flammable and non-toxic gas and 2.3 toxic gas, of which 2.3 is superior to other items and 2.1 is superior to 2.2.
This part of SN/T 1828 specifies the tests and classification determination of compressed gas dangerous goods for import and export. This part is applicable to the test of hazardous characteristics of compressed gas dangerous goods for import and export with critical temperature less than or equal to -50℃.
