SJ/T 10219-91
This standard specifies the main control methods and basic control methods of the manufacturing process of thin film resistors. This standard specifies the manufacturing process of three types of thin film resistors: carbon type, metal type, chemically resistive thin film type, and oxide film type. The quality control of the manufacturing process of other thin film resistors can also refer to this standard. When applying this standard, the content of the standard should be appropriately tailored according to the characteristics of the product manufacturing process. Reference standards

3.1 Raw materials and parts
3.1.1 Grading and monitoring requirements for suppliers of purchased and outsourced raw materials and parts According to the quality assurance and quality history of raw materials and parts suppliers, the suppliers are divided into excellent, good, acceptable and poor types and included in the grading table.

Based on the impact of process quality on product sustainability, process complexity and quality history, the whole process should be divided into three categories: critical, important and general: For key processes, quality control points must be set for key control: For important processes, effective control should be exercised, and quality control points can be set up when necessary; For short processes, appropriate control should be given. 3.2-2 Final manufacturing process

3-3.1 Equipment point control

3. Quality Management
3.9.1 Product Audit

Product quality management records shall be reviewed once every October. 6.3.8.2 The process quality management system should conduct a process quality audit every three months. The quality audit record card is shown in Table 3.3.9 Personnel training Regular training should be conducted for all types of personnel.
