Chemical Industry Standard of the People's Republic of China Tractor Flexible Universal Joint Rubber Bushing Subject Content and Scope of Application HG2329-92 This standard specifies the type, size, physical properties, test methods, inspection rules and marking, packaging, transportation and storage of tractor flexible universal joint rubber bushings (hereinafter referred to as bushings). This standard applies to the flexible universal joint rubber bushings of the Dongfanghong-802 crawler tractor and its variant mechanical coupling active and passive discs. The length of the mark shall not exceed 3mm and the width shall not exceed 2mm. 4.4 The technical specifications of the cotton canvas used for the bushing shall comply with the provisions of No. 214 in GB2909.1 standard. 4.5 The technical indicators of the galvanized iron wire metal mesh used for the bushing shall comply with YB554, with a specification of 9 mesh/inch and a steel wire diameter of 0.5±0.03mm. The appearance quality shall ensure uniform color, neat edges, uniform mesh holes, and no rust or broken wire. 5 Test method The appearance of the bushing is measured by visual inspection or a measuring tool with a graduation value of 0.05mm. 5.1 The size of the bushing shall be measured with a measuring tool with a graduation value of 0.05mm. 5.2 5.3 The hardness test of the bushing or rubber shall be carried out in accordance with GB531 or GB6031, GB6032. GB6031 and GB6032 are arbitration methods. 5.4 The tensile strength and elongation at break of the bushing or rubber shall be measured in accordance with GB528. 5.5 The compression permanent deformation of the bushing or rubber shall be measured in accordance with GB7759. 5.6 The brittle temperature of the bushing or rubber shall be measured in accordance with GB1682. The hot air aging test of the bushing or rubber shall be carried out in accordance with GB3512. 5.7 Inspection rules Factory inspection HG 2329-92 6.1.1 The appearance quality of the bushing shall be checked piece by piece in accordance with the provisions of Table 3. 6.1.2 The dimensions and tolerances of the bushings shall be in accordance with the provisions of Table 1, and random inspection shall be carried out using GB2828, with the general inspection level being I and the acceptable quality level (AQL) being 4.0. 6.1.3 Physical property inspection of bushing rubber layer or corresponding rubber compound: 6.1.3.1 The inspection items are hardness, tensile strength, elongation at break, and compression permanent deformation. 6.1.3.2 The same rubber compound produced by the same machine is a batch, and each batch does not exceed 500kg. Bushings are not more than 3,000 pieces per batch, and each batch is inspected once. 6.2 Type inspection All technical requirements specified in the standard shall be inspected. Among them, the hot air aging test (determination of hardness, tensile strength, elongation at break) and brittle temperature shall be inspected at least once every quarter. 6.3 Judgment rules 6.3.1 If one of the physical properties of the bushing is unqualified, double samples are allowed to be taken for re-testing. If it is still unqualified after re-testing, the batch of products is unqualified. If one of the physical properties of the rubber material is unqualified, it is allowed to be repaired once. After the repair, all performance tests must be carried out. If one of the physical properties is still unqualified, the batch of rubber material is unqualified and the products made of this rubber material are unqualified. The physical property test results of the product (bushing) shall be the arbitration result. 6.3.2 If the appearance is unqualified, it is allowed to be repaired once. If it is still unqualified after repair, it is unqualified. 7 Marking, packaging, transportation, storage 7.1 Marking, packaging, and transportation shall be carried out in accordance with the relevant provisions of GB5721, and each box shall not exceed 200 pieces. 7.2 Storage shall be carried out in accordance with GB5722.
