1 Subject content and scope of application

This standard specifies the brand, use, type, specification and technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules and packaging, marking, storage, transportation and other details of tungsten heaters.
This standard applies to tungsten heaters for vacuum evaporation. 2 Brands, uses, and specifications
The brands and uses of tungsten heaters shall comply with the provisions of Table 1. Table 1
Heating elements for vacuum devices, aluminum evaporation, mirror evaporation, and plastic coating. For the types and specifications of commonly used tungsten heaters for heating elements for vacuum devices, aluminum evaporation, and plastic coating, see Appendix A. 3 Technical requirements
The chemical composition of tungsten heaters shall comply with the provisions of Article 2.1 of GB4181 "Tungsten Wire". 3.1
3.2 The service life of tungsten heaters: not less than 8 times/piece for vacuum devices, and not less than 10 times/piece for other uses. 3.3 The dimensions of tungsten heaters for belts shall comply with the requirements of Appendix A. The two legs of the tungsten heater shall be on the same plane and parallel. 3.4 Surface quality
The surface of the tungsten heater shall be bright, silvery white or silvery gray, without obvious burrs, cracks, and oxidation. 3.5 The supply and demand parties shall negotiate to resolve the special requirements for tungsten heaters. 4 Test methods
4.1 According to the requirements of Article 3.1, the chemical composition shall be analyzed according to Article 2.1 of GB4181. 4.2 According to the requirements of Article 3.2, the service life test method is shown in Appendix B. 4.3 According to the requirements of Article 3.3, the molding size shall be inspected by the naked eye, ruler or vernier caliper. .4.4 According to the requirements of Article 3.4, the surface quality shall be inspected by the naked eye. If there are doubts, it shall be inspected with a 5x magnifying glass. 5 Inspection rules
5.1 The product shall be inspected by the supplier's quality inspection department to ensure that the product complies with this standard and fill in the quality certificate. Approved by the Ministry of Machinery and Electronics Industry of the People's Republic of China on March 24, 1989, implemented on January 1, 1990, GB11247.2-89. 5.2 The buyer shall accept the product according to this standard within three months from the date of receipt. If the acceptance result does not conform to this standard, it is still unqualified after identification by both parties, and it is considered a defective product. 5.3 According to the requirements of Article 3.1, take a sample from each submitted batch for chemical composition analysis. If it is unqualified, double sampling shall be conducted. If it is still unqualified, it is considered a defective product. 5.4 Each submitted batch shall consist of tungsten heaters of the same brand, type and specification. 5.5 According to the requirements of Articles 3.2, 3.3 and 3.4, 50 pieces are randomly selected from every 500 to 1000 pieces for service life, size and surface quality inspection. If 5 pieces fail to meet the requirements, repeat the inspection. If there are still 5 pieces that fail to meet the requirements, they are considered unqualified products. 6 Marking, packaging, storage, transportation and quality certificate Tungsten heaters are packed in a box of 100 to 500 pieces or 1 to 2 kg. The packaging box should be strong, sealed, moisture-proof, and accompanied by a product certificate of conformity, which should indicate: product name and brand, production batch number, type and specification; quantity or weight, production date: inspector's stamp, standard number and manufacturer's name. 6.2 Each submitted batch should be accompanied by a quality certificate.
6.3 The outer packaging of tungsten heaters is a sturdy, moisture-proof carton or wooden box with a quality certificate attached. 6.4 After being packaged as required, tungsten heaters should be stored in a dry room (relative humidity not exceeding 65%) and free of acidic or alkaline atmosphere. 6.5 The outer packaging box of tungsten heaters should be marked with words such as "Do not throw" and "Prevent moisture". During transportation, they must be strictly protected from acidic and alkaline atmospheres and rain and snow erosion. 2
