This standard is a revised version of HG5-1541-834 General Technical Conditions for the Appearance of Rubber and Plastic Machinery. It modifies and supplements some contents of the original standard, and adds definitions, technical requirements for exposed castings and weldments. This standard will replace HG5-1541-83 from the date of implementation. This standard was proposed by China National Chemical Equipment Corporation. This standard is under the jurisdiction of the National Technical Committee for Standardization of Rubber and Plastic Machinery. The responsible drafting units of this standard are Dalian Rubber and Plastic Machinery Factory and Hohhot Rubber and Plastic Machinery Factory. Shanghai Rubber Machinery Factory, Zhangjiagang Second Light Machinery Factory, Ningbo Haitian Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. and Shandong Plastic and Rubber Machinery Factory participated in the drafting. The main drafters of this standard are Zhang Yuxiang, Han Yana and Zhao Quanying. This standard was first issued in October 1983. This standard is entrusted to the National Technical Committee for Standardization of Rubber and Plastic Machinery for interpretation. 1 Model painting

4.2.1.5 After the screws inserted into the countersunk hole are tightened, the head should not protrude slightly from the end face of the nut. The tail of the same group of bolts should be 1.5
, and the surface should be
>1250~3150
The specified allowable value. The layout of the
and the logo are reasonable, the colors are harmonious, and it is convenient to be smooth. There should be obvious eccentricity. The color of the bolt tail line
The color of the fastener should also be consistent.
4.2.1.6 Various exposed pipelines should be reasonably arranged according to the shape of the machine. Twisting is allowed. The bends of the pipes should be smooth and should not have wrinkles. The ratio of the short axis to the long axis of the elliptical deformed section at the bend should not be less than 0. The long pipeline should be fixed with a pipe clamp. 4.2.1.7 The wires outside the machine should have a protective cover and should also be fixed with a pipe clamp along the bends and both ends of the machine. 4.2.2 Exposed iron castings
4.2.2.1 The shuttle angle of the casting should be obvious and clear. The flatness tolerance within the range of Zhusheng×600mm is not more than 2mm. 4.2.2.2 There should be no sand holes, pores, flash, or burrs on the surface of the casting. 4.2.3 Exposed riveted parts||t t||Reasonable shape layout
The quick-protection sleeve should be fixed with a pipe clamp, and the non-machined surface within the protective sleeve surface should be uniform and smooth in fish scales within any 600mm
4.2.3.1 The weld surface should be uniform and smooth, and should not have defects such as leaks, cracks, arc pits, pores, slag inclusions, and burn-throughs. Spatter and welding slag should be cleaned up.
4.2.3.2 For the same plane butt weld, within any 50mm weld length, the difference between the maximum width and the minimum width shall not exceed 3mm, within any 25mm length, the difference in weld height shall not exceed 2mm, and within any 300mm continuous weld length, the straightness of the weld edge shall not exceed 3mm.
4.2.3.3 For parts formed by pressing or bending, the outer surface should not have Wrinkles and visible hammer marks. 4.2.3.4 When riveting, the surface of the riveted parts should not be damaged, nor should the riveted parts be deformed. 2
HG/T3120-1998
4.2.3.5 After riveting, the rivet head should be kept smooth and round, and should not be deformed or broken. 4.2.4 Exposed chrome-plated parts and black (blue) parts 4.2.4.1 The chrome layer should not have burrs, burns, peeling, shedding, exposed bottom and chrome tumors. 4.2.4.2 The surface of black (blue) parts should be uniform in color, without rust and obvious spots 4.2.5 Exposed machined parts

5 Test method
5.1 For 4.1.1 and 4.1.2, use visual inspection
5.2 For 4.1.3, use the State Council's 1964
5.3 For 4.2.1.14.2.1.4 and 4.2
5.4 For 4.2.1.2 and 4.2.1.3, use a straight line
5.5 For 4.2.1.5, use GB152.2~
5.6 For 4.2.1.6, use visual inspection and vernier
5.7 For 4.2.2.1,Gap method inspection
Inspection tools: gauge block, feeler gauge or sheet plug gauge Inspection steps:
" simplified Chinese characters total
Inspection.
Visual inspection and touch inspection
a) On the surface of the workpiece to be measured, about two ends of the flat ruler b) Use a feeler gauge or sheet plug gauge to measure the flat moon
c) The maximum distance measured minus the equal thickness
d) According to the shape of the measured plane, measure in multiple directions (see Figure 3). Figure 3
Gauge block (see Figure 2);
Test results: The largest approximate straightness error is the approximate flatness error of the measured plane. 5.8 For 4.2.2.2, 4.2.3.1, 4.2.3.3~4.2.3.5, use visual inspection. 59 For 423, vernier caliper can be used for inspection. HG/T3120-1998
5.10 For 4.2.4.1, the inspection method for the appearance quality of chrome-plated parts, preparation before inspection: Use a clean soft cloth to remove the oil on the surface of the sample. Put the sample on On a white platform without reflective light, it is also allowed to use translucent white paper to separate the light source for inspection.
Inspection method: Visual inspection is carried out at a distance of 750-800mm under natural light or near natural light with an illumination within the range of 300-600Lx (e.g. 40W fluorescent lamp). In case of dispute, reference inspection is carried out with a 4-5x magnifying glass after consultation between the two parties. 5.11 Visual inspection is used for 4.2.4.2 and 4.2.5.2, and 5.12 Roughness sample is used for comparison for 4.2.5.1. 5.13 For 4.2.5.3, use a vernier caliper to test and calculate to obtain data. 5.14 For 4.2.6, perform inspection according to the provisions of ZEBG95010. 6 Inspection regulations
The appearance of each product shall be inspected before leaving the factory, and shall be inspected and qualified by the quality inspection department of the manufacturer according to the items specified in this standard before leaving the factory
