3.1 Basic provisions
3.1.1 The design, manufacture, installation and use of carousels shall comply with the relevant provisions of this standard and GB8408, approved by the State Administration of Quality and Technical Supervision on July 31, 200042m

3.1.2 The circumferential speed and dynamic load coefficient of the carousel shall comply with the provisions of Table 1 of 4.1.1 in GB8408-2000. 3.1.3 The rated load of the carousel is calculated as 70kg per person. 3.1.4 For parts with relative motion between bearings and contact surfaces, lubrication measures should be taken and lubricants should be added conveniently. Oil droplets should not be allowed to form; parts without relative motion should not leak oil. Test under rated load. 3.1.5 The temperature rise of the end cover of the rolling bearing shall not exceed 30℃, and the maximum temperature shall not exceed 65℃. The temperature at the oil hole of the sliding bearing shall not exceed 35℃. And the maximum temperature shall not exceed 70℃. Test after the heating is stable under rated load. 3.1.6 The whole machine of the rotary horse should operate normally, and the start and brake should be smooth. No creeping and abnormal vibration, impact, swing, heating and sound are allowed.
.3.1.7 The parts of the rotary horse should have sufficient strength and rigidity, and their connection should be firm and reliable. 3.1.8 Important shafts and pins should be made of materials with mechanical properties not lower than that of No. 15 steel. The hardness after quenching and tempering should meet the requirements of GB/T699 and GB/I3077, and the surface roughness Ra value of the mating surface should not exceed 1.6um. 3.1.9 The allowable values ​​of wear and corrosion of important shafts and pins shall comply with the provisions of 7.12 Table 11 of GB8408-2000. 3.1.10 The materials used for important parts must have a certificate of conformity. Otherwise, samples should be taken for testing, and their chemical composition and mechanical properties should comply with relevant standards.
3.1.11 Standard electromechanical equipment should be reasonably selected and have a product certificate; non-standard electromechanical equipment must be inspected and qualified by the quality inspection department before use.
3.1.12 Slope FRP parts

3.1.17 In various tests, parts should not have permanent deformation and damage. Stress testing should be carried out when necessary. 3.1.18 The service life of various wearing parts should not be less than 6 months under normal operation. 3.1.19 A nameplate and the production license mark and number must be fixed at a prominent position on the carousel. The nameplate content must at least include the manufacturer's name, product name, product model or mark, and manufacturing date or number. 3.1.20 The mobile carousel must comply with the provisions of Article 4.20 of GB84082000. 3.2 Foundation
3.2.1 The carousel foundation must be constructed according to the design drawings, and it can only be installed after confirming that the foundation has the installation conditions. The foundation of a large carousel can only be installed after being inspected and qualified by the relevant quality inspection department: 3.2-2 The foundation should not have abnormal phenomena such as uneven sinking, cracking and loosening that affect the normal operation of the carousel. 3.2.3 When the user unit purchases a large carousel, it must provide local meteorological, seismic and geological data for verification by the design and production unit. 3.2.4 Anti-loosening measures must be taken for the carousel anchor bolt connection, and it should comply with the relevant provisions of GB50231. 3.3 Supporting parts
3.3.1 The verticality tolerance of the center line of the center support shaft to the horizontal plane shall not be less than 1/1000. 3.3.2 The pressure of the driving wheel and supporting wheel on the rail surface of the peripheral transmission should be adjusted appropriately. 3.3.3 There should be no obvious deviation of the driving wheel and supporting wheel on the rail surface. 3.3.4 When the driving wheel and supporting wheel are made of rubber or nylon materials, their mechanical properties should comply with Table 2 and Table 3 respectively. When using rubber pneumatic wheels, the inflation pressure should be moderate.

3.4.1 The track surface of peripheral transmission should be half-smooth. The gap at the track joint should not be greater than 2mm, and the height difference should not be greater than 0.5mm. The raised part should be flattened.
3.4.2 The transition of the curved track should be smooth. There should be no obvious impact phenomenon. 3.5 Rotating platform
3.5.1 The rotating platform surface shall be provided with anti-skid measures. 3.5.2 The live load of the rotating platform shall be 4kV/m2. 3.5.3 The gap between the rotating platform and the fixed part shall not be greater than 30mm. 3.6 Passenger part
3.6.1 The frame material of the passenger part shall be metal material. 3.6.2 The seat size and cabin depth shall comply with the relevant provisions of 5.8.1 of GB8408-2000. 122

3.6.3 Where passengers may touch, no exposed sharp edges, sharp corners, burrs and dangerous protrusions are allowed. 3.7 Mechanical transmission system
3.7.1 The mechanical transmission system shall be stable and reliable, and the installation accuracy shall comply with the relevant standards. 3.7.2 The transmission gears shall comply with the relevant gear standards and have no abnormal eccentric meshing and eccentric wear. The requirements and measurement methods for the contact spots of gear meshing shall refer to the relevant provisions in GB50231. 3.7.3 The belt and roller chain transmission shall be properly tightened, and the assembly requirements shall comply with the relevant provisions in GB50231. The wear state of the belt shall comply with the provisions of Table 8, 7.12, GB8408-2000. 3.7.4 The motor, coupling, and reducer shall be installed well, and the coaxiality and end clearance of the two shafts of the coupling shall comply with the relevant provisions in GB50231. The measurement method shall refer to the relevant provisions in GB50231. 3.8 The hydraulic and pneumatic systems of the rotary horse shall comply with the provisions of Article 4.25 of GB8408-2000. 3.9 Electrical system
3.9.1 Voltage level, insulation resistance and grounding resistance shall comply with the relevant provisions of GB8408. The measurement method shall comply with Appendix E of GB4706:1-1998, GB/T1032, GBJ65 and GB/T998. 3.9.2 The primary and secondary windings of the power transformer with an operating voltage of less than 5V shall be isolated by double insulation or reinforced insulation. The insulation resistance between the primary and secondary of the transformer shall not be less than 7MΩ, and the insulation resistance between the transformer winding and the metal shell shall not be less than 2MΩ.
3.9.3 The installation of electrical equipment shall comply with the requirements of the relevant national electrical installation engineering construction and acceptance specifications. 3.9.4 The full load current of the motor shall not be greater than the rated current value of the motor. 3.9.5 The voltage of decorative lighting that is easily touched by passengers shall adopt a safe voltage of no more than 50V. 3.9.6 Control system
a) The control system must meet the requirements of the amusement machine working conditions; b) When automatic control or interlocking control is adopted, each electrical equipment (motor or solenoid valve, etc.) should be able to be manually controlled separately: c) The control elements should be sensitive and reliable, easy to operate, and the operating buttons should have clear signs. The color signs of signal lights, buttons, etc. should comply with the provisions of GB/T2682:
d) The electric switch operated by the passenger should adopt a safe voltage not exceeding 24V; e) Necessary sound and other signal devices should be installed; f) Emergency switches should be installed in obvious places in the operating room and on the platform, and the switch buttons should adopt raised manual reset type. 3.9.7 Collector
a) The brush and the slipper should have good contact and meet the current capacity requirements. The minimum distance between the slipper is 8mm, and there should be no breakdown or flashover in the slip ring withstand voltage test;
b) The exposed collector must be equipped with a bacteria-proof cover. 3.10 Safety Devices
3.10.1 Safety measures shall be provided in places where the carousel may endanger the safety of passengers. 3.10.2 The passenger part shall be equipped with handles or safety bars and other forms of safety devices. 3.10.3 After normal operation, if the carousel has not stopped running for more than 60 seconds or requires accurate stopping, a braking device shall be provided. 3.11 Appearance and Painting
3.11.1 The shape, decorations and paint patterns of the carousel shall be beautiful, bright and eye-catching, and shall not have any bruises, cracks and roughness that affect the appearance.
3.11.2 The surface of the electroplated parts shall be flat, bright and even. There shall be no defects such as delamination, bubbles, obvious scratches and exposed bottom. 3.11.3 The exposed metal parts shall not be rusted. 3.11.4 Painting
a) Rust and other dirt must be removed before painting, and the quality of manual rust removal must reach St2 level in JB/T5000.12: b) The inner surface of scattered metal components should be coated with anti-rust paint with a thickness of 60~-80um: the exposed surface of metal parts must be sprayed with paint or sprayed with plastic, and the coating thickness should be 100~150μm; the plastic layer thickness should be 200~500μm! C) The outer surface of FRP must be treated before spraying; d) The coating should not have obvious defects such as sagging, wrinkling, shedding, cracks and missing coating. 3.12 The placement of safety fences, platforms, stairs and operating rooms should comply with the provisions of 4.13.4.18.5.8.2 in GB8408-2000. 4 Test methods
4.1 General requirements
4.1.1 All new products, products transferred to other factories and products with major improvements shall be tested in accordance with this standard before leaving the factory. 4.1.2 Formal product identification, issuance of production licenses, quality supervision spot checks and safety inspections shall be tested in accordance with this standard. According to the requirements of the test, the test items may be increased or decreased. 4.2 Test conditions
4.2.1 The wind speed during the test shall not exceed 8m/s.
4.2.2 If there are no special requirements, the ambient temperature during the test is generally between -1035℃. The relative humidity of the environment is not more than 85%. 4.2.3 The error between the test load and its rated value shall not exceed ±2%. 4.2.4 The production unit shall provide the inspection data, records, drawings and technical documents of the product. The various tests specified in this standard can only be carried out after the inspection department confirms that it is qualified.
4.2.5 For carousels with special requirements, additional test items may be considered. 4.3 Test instruments and measuring tools
4.3.1 According to the test requirements, select the test instrument and measuring tools with corresponding accuracy. 4.3.2 The instruments, meters and other measuring tools used for the test must be qualified by the statutory metrology department, and must be checked and calibrated before and after the test. The conversion components should be calibrated in reverse before and after the test, and their deviation must be within the specified range. 4.4 The inspection of safety devices shall comply with the provisions of Article 3.10 of this standard. 4.5 The inspection of the foundation, support, track, rotating platform, passenger part, platform, ladder, safety fence, operating room, appearance and coating of the rotating platform shall comply with the relevant provisions of Chapter 3 of this standard. 4.6 No-load test
4.6.1 Carry out the dynamic and automatic tests for no less than 3 times respectively. 4.6.2 Test continuously for 8 hours according to the actual working conditions.
4.7 Full-load test
4.7.1 Each passenger is loaded evenly according to the rated load. 4.7.2 Carry out continuous tests for 10 days under actual working conditions, 8 hours per day. 4.8 During the no-load, full-load and eccentric load tests, the machine should operate normally and comply with the relevant provisions of 3 and 1 of this standard. The mechanical transmission system, hydraulic and pneumatic system, and electrical system should comply with the provisions of 3.7, 3.8 and 3.9 of this standard respectively. 4.9 Test of mechanical properties of rubber of solid wheels
The tearing strength test of rubber and iron of solid wheels shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T11211, and the rubber properties shall be inspected in accordance with the provisions of GB/T528, GB/T531 and GB/T1689. 4.10 Stress test

4.11.1 The center support of the rotary horse, the vertical shaft of the rotating cabin and the crankshaft must be subjected to 100% ultrasonic and magnetic particle or penetrant testing. 4.11.2 Important welds must be subjected to 100% magnetic particle or penetrant testing. 4.11.3 The ultrasonic testing method and quality assessment shall be carried out in accordance with the relevant provisions of GI3/T4162. The inspection quality level shall not be lower than Grade A, 4.11.4 The magnetic particle testing method and quality assessment shall be carried out in accordance with the relevant provisions of JB4730. The inspection quality level shall not be lower than Grade 1. 4.11.5 The penetrant testing method and quality assessment shall be carried out in accordance with the relevant provisions of JB4730. The inspection quality level shall not be lower than Grade 1. 4.12 Disassembly and inspection requirements
The equipment with problems should be disassembled and inspected, and the disassembly and inspection situation should be recorded in detail. The problems found should be studied in time to determine the cause. The records can be made in the form of text and photos.
4.13 Test report
After each test, a test report with clear conclusions and in compliance with relevant regulations should be written. 5 Inspection rules
5.1 Product defects that do not meet the requirements of the standards are divided into major defects and minor defects. The major defects are shown in Table 5. If each sample has more than one (including one) major defect or more than one (including five) minor defects, it is a defective product.
