3.1.2 The plate rolling machine shall not cause danger to personnel during manufacture, installation, operation, storage and use, and shall meet the requirements of G17120.
3.2 General requirements
3.2. The plate rolling machine produced by the plate production 1. The working diameter of the trigger should be sufficient, and its working accuracy should be guaranteed under the maximum working conditions. Its mechanical properties should not be lower than the requirements of high-quality materials. 3.2.7 The length of the lower folding working part should be greater than the nominal roll width, and the difference should be less than 0mm. 3.2.8 The dynamic bearing mechanism of the belt trigger machine should be light and flexible, and the locking device should be reliable. 3.2.9 The operating force of the handwheel and handle of the pole winding machine should not exceed 90N. 3.2.10 The relative precision and working precision of the lifting plate should meet the requirements of ZBJ62U23. 3.2.1 For the digitally controlled winding machine, the displacement of the working case should not exceed 3.2mm. 3.2.12 The random spare parts and accessories of the differential trigger machine must be interchangeable. 3.2.13 The random technical documents of the coupon trigger machine should include the product's certificate of conformity, packing list and user manual. The user manual should include the requirements for installation, transportation, storage, use and maintenance, safety and hygiene, etc. 3.3 Requirements for belts, forgings and weldments
3.3.1 The castings and forgings used to manufacture the important parts of the boarding machine must contain certificates. 3.3.2 The gray cast iron parts of the plate rolling machine shall comply with the provisions of JB/T5775. 3.3.1 The welded parts of the whole plate machine shall comply with the provisions of JB/T8609. 3.3.4 The important welding hardware components and transfer parts shall be treated to eliminate internal stress. 33.5 The important parts shall be inspected. 3.4 Requirements for processing
3.4.1 The work surface of the parts shall not have burrs, and shall not have any defects that reduce the quality of the plate rolling machine and affect the appearance. 343 The protruding edge bands on the machined parts that are not shown on the product samples should be removed. 3.4.3 The scraped surface should not show any traces of previous processing. The scraped surface of the sleeve, the grinding surface of the dynamic guide and rolling guide, the tongue grinding surface of the adjustment plate, and the grinding points on the entire surface should be uniform. The pressure relief system of the plate rolling machine should comply with the relevant regulations of GB37. When the plate rolling machine is working, the oil in the oil suction port of the hydraulic system should not be higher than 60%. An oil filter should be installed in the hydraulic system.

The lubrication system of the plate rolling machine shall comply with the provisions of GB6576. For other parts of the plate rolling machine, centralized lubrication shall be adopted. When the central lubrication system cannot be adopted, separate lubrication devices can be used.
3.8.7 Separate lubrication signs shall be set up for the lubrication parts: the signs shall indicate the lubricating parts. 3.8.8 The lubrication system shall not have any problems. 3.9 Other requirements
3.9.1 The appearance and layout of the plate rolling machine shall comply with the provisions of 3.1.1: 3.9.2. 41 Performance requirements
4.1.1 The installation level of the plate rolling machine should be adjusted before the test. The installation level should be greater than 0.2/1000. 4.1.2 During the test, the mechanism and parts that affect the performance and accuracy of the plate rolling machine shall not be adjusted, otherwise the relevant items affected shall be carefully measured.
41.3 The test shall be carried out on the assembled machine. Except for the parts that need to be disassembled during the test as specified in the standard technical documents, other parts shall not be disassembled.
4.2 Appearance

The plate rolling machine shall have a usable safety protection device and shall comply with the relevant provisions of GB17120. 4.7 Idle operation test
4.1 Idle operation test time and action specificationsa) The continuous operation test time of the cabinet crane shall not be less than 4h in general, of which the continuous operation time of the half drive shall not be less than 25, the total operation time of the main drive shall not be less than 1h, and the operation time of the auxiliary drive shall not be less than 15;6) The main drive and the slave drive shall be operated simultaneously.c) In the single operation test of the main drive, the engagement frequency of the brake is 5min-1.d) During the operation time of the auxiliary drive, the lifting, super-lifting and tilting tests of the assembly shall be carried out. The opening and lowering test time of the working assembly shall not be less than 0.5h, and the opening and lowering time of the other assembly shall be 1/2 of each other. The lifting and tilting operation tests of the working assembly shall not be less than five times. 4.7.2 Temperature and Temperature Range 4.7.1 The temperature should be measured when the temperature is stable: 1) The temperature rise of the sliding bearing should not be higher than 35℃ and the maximum temperature should not be higher than 70℃. The temperature rise of the dynamic bearing should not be higher than 40℃ and the maximum temperature should not be less than 70%. 6) The oil temperature of the hydraulic system should meet the requirements of 3.8.2. When the plate roll is operated for a certain period of time, the temperature rise of the measured part should be less than 5℃/h, and the test is at the temperature setting value. 4.7.3 Action of each machine
a) During the operation of the machine, check whether the starting, stopping, locking and reversing functions of the actuator are correct, flexible and reliable, and whether the actions of the auxiliary motors are coordinated with those of the main mechanisms, accurate and reliable; 1) Check whether various limit, overload protection devices and emergency stop buttons and other safety devices are operable, and whether the control source is correct, clamped, and tightened; check whether the locking mechanism and other accessories are flexible and reliable; 2) Check whether all 1. 4.92 Noise sound pressure level
According to the method specified in J3533, the noise pressure level of the plate rolling machine during continuous idling operation shall be measured, and its value shall not exceed the provisions of the relevant technical documents.
4.10 Electrical system
According to the relevant provisions of G/T5?26.1, the electrical system of the plate rolling machine shall be inspected. 4. Pressing and lubricating system
Inspect the hydraulic system of the plate rolling machine and measure the working condition of the sliding system, which shall comply with the provisions of 3 and 3. 412 Rigidity

4.15 Overload test (only for type inspection) The plate rolling machine shall be subjected to 1105% of the nominal plate capacity for full load test (an adder can also be used to form an equivalent load on the actuator of the plate rolling machine). Check the sensitivity and reliability of the overload protection device. 5 Inspection regulations
The inspection of the plate rolling machine is divided into factory inspection and type inspection. 5.1 Factory inspection
5.1.1 Factory inspection is to test whether the manufacturing quality of the plate rolling machine meets the requirements of relevant standards, product selection and technical documents: 5.1.2 Each plate rolling machine can be put into use after factory inspection at the manufacturing plant. 5.7 Type qualification
5.2.1. In any of the following situations, type inspection should be carried out and formal production can only be stopped after passing the type inspection: a) When new products or rough products are transferred to the factory for trial production and adjustment; b) After formal production, when materials or processes are changed, which may affect product performance; e) When the product cannot be restored to basic production; d) When the factory run results are significantly different from those submitted for type inspection; d) When the national quality supervision agency proposes that the type inspection is required. 5.2.2 The contents of type inspection include: 1) appearance; 2) accessories and stacking parts; 3) processing and assembly quality; 4) safety protection device 1; 5) temperature rise and single load test; 6) noise sound pressure level and sound power level; 7) electrical system; 8) hydraulic and lubrication system; 9) precision; 10) load test; 11) load test; 12) JB, T8778-198; 13) 6.1 The outside of each plate rolling machine should be fastened with: a) nameplate.
