The metal mesh inside should be tightly clamped to the protective layer, and the overlap should not be less than 30mm. 6.5.12 The gap between rigid or semi-rigid insulation pipe shells should not be greater than 5mm for insulation and should not be greater than 2mm for cold insulation, and should be filled with adhesive materials. The longitudinal seams should be staggered, and the horizontal seams of the outer layer should be located at the lower side. 6.5.13 Rigid or semi-rigid pipe shells should be tied with metal wire or corrosion-resistant webbing, with a spacing of 300mm to 350mm, and at least two ties per section.
6.5.14 When the coiled material is used as a moisture-proof layer, it can be firmly attached to the insulation layer by spiral winding. The overlap width of the coiled material should be 30mm to 50mm.
6.5.15 When the tarpaulin paper is used as a moisture-proof layer, it can be wrapped by wrapping, and the overlap width should be 50mm to 60mm. 6.6 Installation and acceptance of conveying equipment
The installation and acceptance of conveying equipment shall comply with the relevant provisions of GB50270. 6.7 Installation and acceptance of ventilation and air-conditioning systems The installation and testing of ventilation equipment and air-conditioning systems shall comply with the relevant provisions of GB50243. 7 Trial operation and commissioning of coating equipment
7.1 The measurement and commissioning of coating equipment shall be carried out according to the following procedures and projects: a) Equipment single machine operation:
b) System linkage trial operation:
c) Measurement and adjustment of system joint trial operation without production load: d) Measurement and adjustment of comprehensive efficiency test with production load. 7.2 The performance of the instrument used for measurement shall be stable and reliable, the accuracy shall be higher than the level of the measured object, and shall comply with the provisions of relevant national metrology regulations and verification procedures.
7.3 The measurement and commissioning of coating equipment shall comply with the requirements of the design documents and the provisions of the current national standards. 7.3.1 The ventilation and air-conditioning system shall comply with the relevant provisions in GB50243. 7.3.2 Compressors, fans and pumps shall comply with the relevant provisions in GB50275.
