Table 1 Basic size series of window thickness, mm 3.1.2 If the thickness of the window size series is not listed, it can be close to the basic size series within ±2mm relative to the basic size series. 3.2 Window opening size series 3.2.1 The width and height structural dimensions of the window are mainly determined according to the thickness structural dimensions of the window frame and the opening installation requirements. 3.2.2 The specifications of basic window openings are shown in Table 2. 3.2.3 Except as specified in Table 2, any combination of windows is allowed, and the size of the opening after the combination shall comply with the provisions of GB5824. 3.3 Classification by performance 3.3.1 According to the use requirements of different buildings, the products are divided into three categories: A, B, and C according to the three performance indicators of wind pressure strength, air infiltration and rainwater leakage, as shown in Table 10. 3.3.2 Products are classified according to airborne sound insulation performance. The window frame and sash should be closely matched and the clearance should be uniform. The overlap width between the sash and the frame is allowed to deviate by ±1mm. A force of 50N is applied to the middle part of the movable sash side brace for testing, as shown in the figure, to observe whether the movable sash can be opened flexibly. 50N 6 Inspection rules 6.1 Factory inspection 6.1.1 Inspection items: Inspection shall be carried out in accordance with the requirements of Articles 4.3 and 4.4 of this standard. 6.1.2 Sampling method: 5% of the varieties and specifications of each project shall be sampled, and the number of sampled products shall not be less than three. When one of them does not meet the technical requirements of this standard, the sampled products shall be doubled. If one of them still does not meet the requirements, all of them shall be repaired and can only be shipped after passing the re-inspection. 6.1.3 Products shall be accompanied by a certificate of conformity before leaving the factory. 6.2 Type inspection Type inspection shall be carried out in any of the following situations: a. Trial design identification of new products or old products transferred to the factory for production; after formal production, if there are major changes in structure, materials, and processes that may affect product performance; during normal production, a periodic inspection shall be carried out regularly or after a certain amount of production has been accumulated; when the product is resumed after long-term suspension of production; when the national quality supervision agency proposes a requirement for type inspection. Type inspection items shall be tested according to the test methods specified in Chapter 5 of this standard, and the results shall meet the performance requirements of Article 4.5. 6.2.3 Sampling method: During mass production, three products shall be randomly selected from qualified products for type inspection every two years. 7 Marking, packaging, transportation and storage 7.1 Marking 7.1.1 The product markings shall be marked on the obvious parts of the product: a. manufacturer name or trademark; b. product name, c. product model or mark; d. manufacturing date or serial number. 7.1.2 The markings on the packaging box shall comply with the provisions of GB6388. 3 The packaging box shall have obvious words and signs of "moisture-proof", "handle with care" and "upward", and the graphics shall comply with the provisions of GB191. 7.1.3 7.2 Packaging 7.2.1 The product shall be packaged with non-corrosive materials. 7.2.2 The packaging box shall have sufficient strength and moisture-proof measures. 7.2.3 Quantity Products placed in the box should be ensured not to move with each other. 7.2.4 After the products are packed, there must be a packing list and product inspection certificate in the box. 7.3 Transportation 7.3.1 The transportation vehicle for transporting the products should have rain protection measures and be kept clean and free of dirt. 7.3.2 2 The products should be loaded and unloaded in an appropriate manner to ensure that the geometric shape of the products remains unchanged and the surface is intact. 7.4 Storage 7.4.1 The products should be placed in a ventilated and dry place. It is strictly forbidden to contact with acids, alkalis, and salt substances and prevent rain from intrusion. 7.4.2 The products cannot directly contact the ground, and the bottom should be raised by more than 100mm.
