This part specifies the classification principles and methods of the main storage operations in grain storage enterprises, the coding method of the code, the code structure, the coding principles, the classification of storage operations and the code table and other technical indicators.
This part is applicable to information processing and information exchange in the grain industry.
Some standard content:
ICS35.240.99 Grain Industry Standard of the People's Republic of China LS/T1707.1—2017 Replaces LS/T1707.1-2004 Classification and codes of grain information-Grain storage-Part 1: Classification and codes of grain storage operation2017-03-10Published State Administration of Grain Implemented on 2017-06-01 LS/T 1707.1—2017 Normative reference documents Classification principles and methods Coding methods and code structures Coding principles Classification and code table for storage operations LS/T1707 "Grain Information Classification and Coding: Grain Storage" is divided into three parts: Part 1: Classification and codes for storage operations; Part 2: Classification and codes for grain condition detection; Part 3: Classification and codes for equipment. This part is Part 1 of LS/T1707. This part was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T1.1-2009LS/T1707.1-2017 This part replaces LS/T1707.1-2004. Compared with LS/T1707.1-2004, the main technical changes are as follows: the classification method of mechanical ventilation for grain storage in the original standard is simplified; the "common agent category code" in Appendix A Table A.1 of the original standard is merged with the corresponding agent types; the relevant content of "electromagnetic ray treatment" in the original standard is deleted; the relevant operation content of simple storage and oil storage is added. This part is based on GB/T20001.3-2015 "Standard Writing Rules Part 3: Classification Standard" and GB/T7027-2002 "Basic Principles and Methods of Information Classification and Coding", combined with the main storage operations in grain storage enterprises, to give a comprehensive code. This part is proposed and managed by the State Grain Administration. Drafting units of this part: Henan University of Technology, National Grain and Oil Information Center. The main drafters of this part are: Wang Ruolan, Lv Jianhua, Huang Yawei, Tang Xuejun. The previous versions of the standards replaced by this part are: -LS/T1707.1—2004. 1 Scope Grain information classification and coding Grain storage Part 1: Classification and code of storage operations LS/T1707.1—2017 This part of LS/T1707 specifies the classification principles and methods of the main storage operations in grain storage enterprises, the coding method of the code, the code structure, the coding principles, the classification of storage operations and the code table and other technical indicators. This part is applicable to information processing and information exchange in the grain industry. Normative reference documents The following documents are indispensable for the application of this document. For all dated reference documents, only the dated version applies to this document. For all undated reference documents, the latest version (including all amendments) applies to this document. GB/T17913 Phosphine circulation fumigation equipment for grain and oil storage GB/T29890 Technical specification for grain and oil storage LS/T1201 Technical specification for phosphine circulation fumigation LS/T1202 Technical specification for mechanical ventilation of grain storage LS/T1707.2 Classification and coding of grain information Grain storage Part 2: Classification and coding of grain condition detection 3 Classification principles and methods Classify and code according to the business type of grain storage enterprises. 3.2 Line classification method is adopted. 4 Coding method and code structure 4.1 Coding method 4.1.1 A hierarchical code is adopted, which is divided into four levels, namely, major category, medium category, minor category and detailed category. 4.1.2 This code is represented by 5 Arabic numerals, the second level is represented by two digits, and the other levels are represented by one digit. The first level code is 1 to 9. The second level code is 01 to 99. The third level code is 1 to 9, and the fourth level code is 1 to 9. Each level code is a sequential code. 4.1.3 For the code of the category name whose classification ends at a certain level in the middle, "0" is added to the designed total code length (5 digits) during information processing. Code structure District Fourth level category Second level subcategory Third level middle category Third level major category LS/T1707.1—2017 5 Coding principles This part includes the main warehousing operations involved in warehousing enterprises. The order and level of all codes have nothing to do with importance. In principle, when classifying operations, they are classified according to their general operation methods in most warehousing enterprises. 6 Warehousing operation classification and code table Warehousing operation classification and code table are shown in Table 1.
