specifies the brand determination and classification of lubricating and non-polluting chloroprene rubber CR3211, CR3212.CR3213 (referred to as CR321) and mixed non-polluting chloroprene rubber CR3221.CR3222.CR3223 (referred to as CR322), technical conditions, inspection methods, acceptance rules and packaging, labeling, transportation and storage.
The standard is applicable to butadiene monomer, sulfur and heat-resistant agents! As a regulator, butyl rubber CR32CR322 is made by light emulsion polymerization.

6.1 Out! CR32 and CR322 should be inspected by the quality inspection department of the manufacturer. Each batch of products shipped out of the factory should meet the technical requirements of this standard and have a quality certificate in a certain format. 62 Users have the right to inspect the received CR321 and CR222 according to the acceptance rules and inspection methods specified in this standard. If they do not meet the technical requirements, they must raise objections within two months after arrival. 6.3 Sampling is carried out according to GB6731. The surface is smooth and not powdery. 6.4 New samples are mixed and tested. If one of the test results does not meet the requirements of this standard, re-sample from the two screened packages and re-test. If the re-test results still do not meet the requirements of the corresponding grade, the batch of products should be downgraded or be unqualified. 6.5 When the supply and demand sides have a disagreement on the product quantity, the two sides can negotiate to resolve it or the arbitration unit can make a decision. When dust is released, 40 rubber bags can be randomly selected from the whole batch of rubber and their total net weight can be weighed. The weight difference is less than or equal to 5/1000 of the rated weight basis. It is qualified.
7 Packaging, marking, transportation and storage
7.1 [R321.C322] The rubber cavity should be packed in polyoxyethylene plastic bags, with outer cover or kraft paper. The net weight of the package is 25±0.25kg. The packaging should be filled with stone powder to prevent sticking. 7.2 The packaging should have obvious signs, including the manufacturer's name, product name, grade, brand, pollution type, batch number, net weight, trademark, moisture-proof, labor-proof and other signs.
7.3 Before leaving the factory, CR321 and CR322 should have quality certificates, including manufacturer name, product batch number, model number, production date, quality indicators and this standard number.
14 During storage and transportation, they must be strictly protected from sunlight, heat sources, moisture and dust, and the packaging must be intact.
7.5 CR321 and CR322 should be stored in a dry and ventilated warehouse. The shelf life is one year from the production date if the product is less than 2CC, and half a year if the product is less than 31CC. A1 Preparation of mixed effects

3.2 Procedure
Weigh 1g of the sample (accurate to 0.0002) and put it into a 250 μm volumetric flask, add a 50 μm carbon plate, plug it, put it on a vibrator with a vibration rate of 100 ± 10 times/min and vibrate it for 25 minutes, take it off and transfer it to a micropipette with G-2. Use a pipette to draw 10 μL of sugar. , add 25mL of 0.25% (m/m) potassium iodide solution into a 5mL conical flask, use a 1Uml burette to titrate with sodium carbonate standard titration solution until it turns blue, add 2mL starch indicator, and continue titrating until it turns blue. Perform a blank test during this time.
