This standard specifies the basic parameters and dimensions of single-action sheet metal stamping hydraulic presses. This standard applies to the Y27 series single-action sheet metal stamping hydraulic presses. This standard is formulated with reference to ISO9188:1993 (F) "Machine Tools - Parameters and Dimensions of Closed Single-Action Mechanical Force Machines with Nominal Force of 400kV to 4000kN" (hereinafter referred to as IS) standard), combined with the requirements of double-action sheet metal drawing process and parts for parameters and dimensions of hydraulic presses.
The basic parameters and dimension tables in this standard are neither in the form of ISO standards nor in the form of other current parameter standards in this industry. The main reason is that the selection range of parameters and sizes specified in ISO standards is too large, which is inconvenient for users to select products (this refers to "parameters and sizes", the same below) and manufacturers' designs, while the selection range of parameters and sizes of other current parameter standards in this industry is too narrow to meet the needs of the market. Therefore, this standard combines the different characteristics of ISO standards and other current parameter standards in this industry, and for the first time in this industry, formulates the parameter standard of "selecting parameters and sizes within a certain range by using corresponding or cross methods"; due to the different structures and performances of hydraulic presses, the parameter items of this standard are determined by the specific functions and characteristics of hydraulic presses; this standard also refers to the provisions of ISO standards, and especially emphasizes that the parameter standard "does not limit the selection of users and the design of manufacturers". In this way, it can adapt to the needs of the domestic market and international trade, technical and economic exchanges as soon as possible, as well as the need for leapfrog development by adopting international standards. This standard has been implemented since January 1, 1997. Appendix A of this standard is a prompt appendix.

3 Basic parameters and dimensions of single-action thin plate stamping hydraulic press 3.1 The parameter diagram of single-action thin plate stamping hydraulic press is shown in Figure 1. 3.1.1 The parameter diagram of single-action thin plate stamping hydraulic press only expresses basic parameters and dimensions, and does not restrict the user's selection and manufacturer's design.
3.1.2 Meaning of the codes in the parameter diagram of the single-action thin plate stamping hydraulic press: a) lI is the maximum opening height of the slider;
b) S is the maximum stroke of the slider;
() S is the maximum stroke of the hydraulic pad (lower slider); d) B is the left and right dimensions of the slider and the workbench (referring to the workbench plate, the movable T workbench, the same below); e) T is the front and rear dimensions of the slider and the T workbench; [) B) is the left and right dimensions of the hydraulic pad's push rod hole distribution (referring to the center line distance of the maximum distribution of the push rod hole in the left and right directions: g) T, is the front and rear dimensions of the hydraulic pad's push rod hole distribution (referring to the center line distance of the maximum distribution of the push rod hole in the front and rear directions). 3.2 Basic parameters and dimensions

3.3 Principles for selecting parameters and dimensions of single-action sheet metal stamping hydraulic press3.3.1 For one nominal force specification, only one hydraulic cushion force parameter 1000
3.3.2 The opening height, slider stroke and hydraulic cushion stroke, workbench (left and right, front and back) dimensions, and hydraulic cushion push rod hole distribution (left and right, front and back) dimensions can be adopted according to the parameters and dimensions listed in Table 1, or can be cross-selected.3.3.3 Speed
3.3.3.1 For one nominal force (specification) product, only one idle travel down speed parameter and one T working speed parameter are selected respectively.3.3.3.2 Under normal circumstances, the slider return speed should be equal to or greater than one-third of the slider idle travel down speed3.3.4 In special circumstances, when the slider and workbench dimensions and hydraulic push rod hole distribution dimensions specified in this standard are not used, the recommended dimensions in Appendix A (Reminder Appendix) can be used. 137
