3 Terms
3.1 Mixer
Technical conditions
Equipment installed in the water (brine) tank of a vertical evaporator or an ice pool to stir the water (brine) in the pool and accelerate its flow to improve the heat transfer efficiency.
4 Product classification
4.1 Type
The types of mixers are divided into vertical axial flow type and horizontal axial flow type. 4.2 Model
4.2.1 Model Indication Method
The model of a mixer consists of capital Chinese phonetic letters and Arabic numerals (hereinafter referred to as numbers). The model indication method is as follows:
Revision number: Indicated by numbers, omitted for the first design product Impeller nominal diameter: Indicated by numbers, mm Mixer code: LB for vertical, WB for horizontal 4.2.2 Model Example
LB180: Indicates a vertical mixer with an impeller nominal diameter of 180 mm. WB400-1: indicates that the nominal diameter of the impeller is 400mm, the first modified horizontal mixer. Approved by the Ministry of Machinery Industry of the People's Republic of China on June 16, 1995. 1408
Implementation on July 1, 1996

5 Technical requirements
-General requirements
The mixer shall comply with the provisions of this standard and be manufactured according to the drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures. It can also be manufactured according to the agreement between the user and the manufacturer.
5.2 Materials
The main material standards used in the mixer shall comply with the provisions of Table 3. Table 3
Material name
Standard number
5.3 Unmarked tolerances
GB1220
GB 699, GB 700
Grey cast iron parts
JB/T6421
The unmarked tolerance dimensions of the machined surface shall comply with the provisions of tolerance grade m (medium grade) in GB/T1804. The uninjected tolerance of non-machined surfaces shall be in accordance with the provisions of tolerance grade c (rough grade). 5.4 Impeller
5.4.1 When the material of the mixer impeller is gray cast iron, the surface should be smooth. 5.4.2 When the impeller material is plastic, the surface should be smooth and uniform in color, and the injection port and burrs should be removed. The internal material should be tight and should not have defects such as pores and looseness. The material properties should meet the requirements of the drawings, and its brittle temperature should not be higher than -40C. 5.5 Shaft
The mixer shaft should be free of cracks, burrs, scratches, dents and other defects that affect quality. 5.6 Insulation resistance
The motor terminal of the mixer should be subjected to insulation resistance test, and the insulation resistance between the insulation line and the ground should be not less than 2M2 (measured by 500V megohmmeter).
5.7 Assembly technical requirements
5.7.1 All parts should be cleaned of dirt, burrs, sharp edges and uneven places before assembly. 5.7.2 If the oil cup structure is adopted, it should be filled with lubricating oil during assembly. 5.7.3 After the mixer is assembled, it should be guaranteed to run flexibly and without obstruction. 5.8 Appearance quality
The mixer should be beautiful and generous in shape. Except for the plastic impeller, the surface should be cleaned and painted with moisture-proof, water-resistant and anti-corrosion primer. 5.9 Warranty period
If the user complies with the provisions of the product manual, within 18 months from the date of shipment from the manufacturer, if the mixer is damaged or fails to work normally due to poor manufacturing, the manufacturer shall replace or repair it free of charge. 6 Test method
6.1 No-load operation test
Fix the mixer on a special test rack, connect it to a power supply of rated voltage, and check that it should run smoothly and without obstruction. 6.2 Insulation resistance test
Under normal temperature or relative humidity less than or equal to 80%, use a 500V megohmmeter to measure the insulation resistance between the insulated circuit of the motor terminal of the mixer and the ground. The value should be not less than 2MQ. 7 Inspection rules
General requirements
The mixer should be inspected by the technical inspection department of the manufacturer in accordance with this standard and technical documents, and can only be shipped after passing the inspection. 7.2 Inspection items
7.2.1 The mixer is only inspected at the factory.
7.2.2 The inspection items for the mixer's factory inspection are as follows: a
Inspect processing quality;
b. Inspect appearance quality;
c. Insulation resistance test;
d. No-load operation test.
7.3 Factory inspection
Each mixer shall be subjected to factory inspection after manufacture. 8 Marking, packaging and transportation
8.1 Label
8.1.1 Label
A label shall be fixed on the mixer in an obvious and flat position. The label shall comply with the provisions of GB/T13306 and shall indicate the following:
Manufacturing unit and trademark;
Product model;
Product name;
Speed;
Total motor power:
Net weight;
Manufacturing number:
Date of manufacture.
8.1.2 Product Certificate
When the mixer leaves the factory, it shall be accompanied by a product certificate, which shall include: a.
Manufacturing unit and trademark;
Product model;
Product name;
Factory number;
Inspection conclusion;
Signature and seal of the inspector and person in charge;
Inspection date.
8.2 Packaging and transportation
JB/T7658.7-95
If the mixer is ordered separately, it shall be properly wrapped or boxed. If it is supplied with an evaporator or refrigeration equipment, it can be packaged and transported together. Additional remarks:
