3.0.2 Hexagonal head bolts
The type and size of hexagonal head bolts for pipe flanges shall comply with the requirements of GB5782, as shown in Figure 3.0.2, and the end of the bolt shall be chamfered.
3.0.2 Hexagonal head end bolts

1. The type and size of equal-length studs for pipe flanges shall comply with the requirements of GH901, but the two ends of the studs shall adopt balanced angle ends, as shown in Figure 3.0.3. The studs with thread specifications of M36×3, M39×3, M42×3, M45×3, M48X3.M52×3, M56×3, M64X3, M70×3, M76X3, M82×3, and M90X3 shall adopt fine buds, thread size and public chips: shall comply with GB196 and GB197, the end of the stud shall comply with the requirements of GB2 chamfered end, and the rest shall comply with the requirements of GB901, Figure 3. 3

4 Materials and their mechanical properties
4.0.1 The materials and mechanical properties of commercial grade fasteners shall meet the requirements of GB3098.1, GB3098.2 and GB3098.6.
4.0.2 The chemical composition, heat treatment system and mechanical properties of special grade fasteners shall meet the requirements of Table 4.0.2. Mechanical properties test specimens shall be cut from the upper edge of the rough surface after specified heat treatment. The specimen cutting positions are: 1) For rough surface diameter 40μ: take the sample at the center; (2) For rough surface diameter 10μn, take the sample at 1/4 of the diameter: The rough surface of equal length double-headed screw and full-thread stud shall be subjected to batch energy test. The rough surface of nuts shall be subjected to hardness test by batch.

5 Technical conditions
5.1 Commercial grade fasteners
Technical conditions of commercial grade fasteners. Including threads, performance grades, tolerances, surface defects, acceptance and packaging, etc., shall comply with the requirements of the corresponding national standards for fasteners.
5.2 Special grade fasteners
5.2.1 The source materials of special grade fasteners shall have the steel mill's certificate of conformity. 5.2.2 Special grade fasteners shall be sampled and inspected after batch heat treatment, and shall comply with the requirements of Table 4.0.2, and the mechanical properties of the products shall be guaranteed to be not less than Performance under sampling state 5.2.3 The thread size of equal length studs and full thread studs shall comply with the provisions of GB196, the thread tolerance shall comply with the provisions of CB197 g, and the manufacturing tolerance, surface defect reduction, etc. shall comply with the relevant requirements of G901. 5.2.4 Each threaded stud with a nominal factory force PN211.0MPa shall be subjected to magnetic particle inspection according to JB4730 one by one, and shall comply with the L-level requirements
5.2.5 The thread size of the special nut for pipe flange shall comply with the provisions of CB1u6, the thread tolerance shall comply with the provisions of GB197 6H, the manufacturing tolerance, surface defects, etc. shall comply with the relevant requirements of (J36170. 5.3 Inspection
5 .3.1 Commercial-grade fasteners
The delivery inspection of commercial-grade fasteners (hexagonal head bolts and nuts) shall be carried out in accordance with the requirements of the corresponding national standards. 5.3.2 Special-grade fasteners
The delivery inspection of special-grade fasteners is carried out in units of one batch, each batch refers to one furnace number, and products of the same type, specification and production process (when the length of the screw is less than 100mm, the length difference is 25mm, and when the length is greater than 100mm, the length difference is 50mm, which are all considered to be the same batch. The maximum batch of low-profile studs is 3,000 pieces, and the maximum batch of nuts is 5,000 pieces. 5.4 Surface treatment
Alloy steel fasteners should be bluing treated. Stainless steel fasteners are not surface treated. 5.5 Acceptance and packaging
The size, appearance, performance inspection, acceptance and packaging of fasteners shall be in accordance with the provisions of GB90. The manufacturer shall provide a quality certificate according to the requirements, including:
(1) Name of fastener (including product grade), specification, size and quantity; (2) Material brand or performance grade;
(3) Standard number (for fasteners with performance grade, GH standard number: for fasteners with material brand, HG:20631); (4) Factory date and inspection mark

7.0.1 The use conditions of grade hexagonal head bolts and nuts shall meet the following requirements: (1) PN2.oMPa (Clsss150);
(2) Non-violent circulation occasions
(3) Use non-metallic gaskets;
(4) The medium is non-flammable, non-explosive and non-toxic. 7.0.2 In addition to the requirements of 7.0.1, special-grade studs (double-ended or full-threaded screws) should be used. Spiral wound pads, metal-clad pads, toothed combination pads, metal pads and other semi-metal or metal gaskets should use high-radian studs (double-ended or full-threaded studs) such as 35CrMoA or 25CrMoVA.
7.0.3 Full-threaded studs should be used in high temperature, severe cycle situations or high-voltage conditions of PV15.0MPa. 7.0.4 According to the type of fasteners, product grade, adopted parts performance grade and material brand, the nominal pressure and working temperature range to be determined shall be in accordance with the provisions of Table 4. 493
